Luxury & Spacious 3 bed / 3 Bath Villa in Gated Community - Great for Families
Belle, grande villa familiale de luxe avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain, située dans la communauté exclusive de Comanche Trace. La propriété bénéficie d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec des plafonds haut de 12 pieds et un grand salon et salle à manger qui donne sur un patio privé et isolé avec cheminée, parfait pour se divertir. Les trois chambres sont surdimensionnées et comprennent 1 lit King, 1 lit Queen et 2 lits superposés (4 lits jumeaux), chacun avec sa propre salle de bain attenante. Le salon a deux grandes portes françaises de chaque côté d'une cheminée en pierre qui s'ouvre sur la cour. La cuisine est spacieuse et comprend tous les ustensiles et fournitures nécessaires pour préparer un repas gastronomique.
La villa est située à 10 minutes du centre-ville de Kerrville, à 25 minutes de Hunt, à 30 minutes de Fredericksburg et à 60 minutes de l'aéroport de San Antonio.

I live close to this property and needed extra room for my out of town family members. They were visiting our hunting ranch and I felt the girls would be more comfortable in a house with room and modern amenities. This house was everything as presented on line. It sleeps eight people easily. The house is BEAUTIFUL and very well appointed. It had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed it so much that it was hard for the girls to leave. We had one 5 year old granddaughter and she loved the bunk beds. I will absolutely rent this place again!

We had a big family reunion on the family ranch. We wanted to stay in Comanche Trace because it was convenient nearby. House is lovely, clean and spacious. We were staying at the house with our daughter and her fiancee. The clubhouse on the hill is also lovely and one night we had dinner there which we very much enjoyed.

Always take the grandkids somewhere for spring break in Texas. First time taking them to Kerrville. Had fun and the house was really clean and nice. Just wish there was a little more to do in Kerrville.

We had a lovely stay on our summer girls trip. We enjoyed the area and took advantage of weekend brunch in the clubhouse. The home was well-maintained, very clean, and instructions in regard to the house we clear and helpful. We would stay again if the chance arose!

Everything about this property was perfect. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our Christmas meal. The floor plan was amazing and felt larger than 1900 sq ft. This will definitely be our go to home when we stay in Kerrville again.

Beautiful Home, much to enjoy
This house is more like a home, it was cozy, had a great kitchen and every bed is really comfortable. The community is very nice and felt very safe. Our host was very good about communicating and after we checked out he remained helpful with our questions. Definitely would recommend staying at this beautiful home anytime you are in the area.

Great place for a family stay
Great place for a family stay
My family and I stayed here to celebrate my grandmothers 100th birthday, and she happens to live in Kerrville. We had a great place to come back to you and invite other family members who are in town to enjoy this house. Complete with full kitchen, big TV, outdoor area, and lovely space! We even move the coffee table and did a little dancing in the living room. What a great place and I would definitely come here again in the future!

Great property in a great location.
Very comfortable golfing retirement community. A very beautiful setting. Gated for safety, but terribly unnecessary, the views from the on site restaurant were stunning, and we took pictures that we will frame. The hosts left a lot of helpful information about the area, and we used a lot of it. Thank you. You're one of the best hosts we've ever had.

Shawn was WONDERFUL to work with! We had reservations last year and then COVID-19 hit our country and all closed down. Shawn took note of the situation and accommodated beyond our expectations. A year later, we got to rent his home.
The home is quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Shawn takes great care in providing comfortable bedding and seating areas for great conversations. Check in was easy, as well as check out. If we are ever in the area again,we would seek out his home first.

Birthday weekend for my daughter and myself! Beautiful home with all the comfort of being at home! The beds were so comfortable. There are baths in each room. The house was immaculate! We will definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is absolutely beautiful!! The home is super nice and clean. Property manager is very responsive and friendly. My only hiccup was checking in but i think that was my fault due to me not opening up the app for full information. But, the manager resolved my issue rather quickly. If I'm in the kerrville area again, i definitely will choose this place if it is available. One more thing to note is that there are not only deers on the property but gazelles too! Who would have thought that Texas had gazelles! My mind was blown away... Loved it here!!

The location of this property is absolutely beautiful!! The home is super nice and clean. Property manager is very responsive and friendly. My husbands 50th birthday!
We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and lots of room! My step son surprised his dad for his 50th birthday and drove to The Villa. What a memorable moment when my husband opened the door! We enjoyed the wineries, picked pumpkins from the pumpkin patch, played golf, ate at some great restaurants and even stayed at the house and cooked on the grill and relaxed. It was an amazing time. We cant wait to plan another trip to come back. Thanks Shawn for being such a great host!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood
Our family was in town for my son's tennis tournament in Kerrville. The house was clean and suited our family perfectly to be able to stay for the weekend. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. My interaction with the property manager/owner's family was easy, and I found them to be responsive to my questions. We would love to stay in this home again.

BEAUTIFUL AND PEACEFUL GETAWAY!
This villa was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday with friends! This beautiful space was peaceful, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend; even down to the "little" things like shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms. Shawn was absolutely wonderful to communicate with, extremely responsive and very kind. The location is fabulous; just 2 minutes to one of the major parks with direct river access and a very short drive to local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We so enjoyed our weekend and can't wait to return again to visit. Thank you to Shawn and Michelle for allowing us to have such a special and fun weekend in their beautiful home! :)

Beautiful spacious home! Felt the listing needed to be updated to state how many it actually sleeps. We searched for “homes that sleep 12” on home away and this house came up and truly only sleeps 10 but they will allow up to 12 if you elect to bring air mattresses and such. This info was buried at the bottom of the listing info. However, we made it work and loved our stay regardless of the misunderstanding. The master bath is stunning! Wish this was my permanent home!

We rented this villa to accommodate family coming in from Dubai for Christmas. It was literally the perfect solution to our inability to handle all of our family at our home in Kerrville.

Best Girl's Trip!
First off, the house was absolutely beautiful! There were 8 of us in our trip and the house accommodated all of us comfortably. We went for my bachelorette trip and had the best time. This was our first time in the area and we felt confident that we were staying in a safe location. We enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the patio and making memories to last a lifetime! We were only a short drive from Fredericksburg which was really convenient. The drive into Comanche Trace was so beautiful that we stopped multiple times to take pictures. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone searching for a place in the Kerrville area. Shawn was so easy to work with and was always a phone call away for assistance. Thank you Shawn for opening up your home to us for the weekend! We had so much fun and are already talking about coming back to stay!

Best Rental Home in Kerrville
This is the 4th time my family has rented this home. The home is beautiful and spacious. It has all the amenities of home. The home location and surrounding area is awesome: gated community, golf course, fishing ponds, walking trails, and deers roam the surrounding area as well as an occasional armadillo sighting. Best of all, the home location is quite!!! My daughter is a USA Athlete and we come to Kerrville to attend competition matches. This rental house has been great for her to unwind and relax during competitions. We always look forward to renting this home when we return for a match. Thanks to the owners for sharing your beautiful home. We'll be back!

Truly a home away from home. Ideal 3bed 3 bath
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, well-appointed, well-stocked home at the top of the hill at Comanche Trace is perfect for families or small groups. The owner makes access super easy with digital door locks. The home has everything one would need from coffee cups to wine glasses to paper products to pots and cooking utensils. Parking more than two cars could pose a challenge. But, this wasn’t a big deal for us. As we have family in Kerrville and Comanche Trace, we plan to return to this home again in the future. Thanks.

Excellent place to stay!
This house was an amazing place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was prompt on any questions! We hope to stay again. We were at an annual retreat at His Hill in Comfort Texas. It was well worth the drive back and forth. It completed our girls trip!

Great Hill Country Getaway
Great villa in a convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed the place. Spacious enough for our group (5 adults and 2 children). Love the outdoor patio too. The welcome basket was a nice touch and we enjoyed all the treats. Thanks! Maybe we’ll see you one day, in Kerrville or Calvert County!!!
