Situé sur un chemin privé dans les collines boisées juste au nord de Pittsfield, notre maison vous accueille - en toutes saisons. Juste au cœur des meilleurs sports d'hiver du Nord-Est, il est à environ 10 milles des stations de ski Killington et Pico. Sugarbush, Okemo et le célèbre Mad River Glen sont tous facilement accessibles pour les excursions d'une journée. Pour les golfeurs, le terrain de golf public n ° 1 du Vermont, Green Mountain National, se trouve à seulement dix minutes, et en plus du parcours de Killington, il y a un nombre surprenant d'autres cours dans une heure de route.

La cuisine est assez grande pour manger en famille, et la salle à manger occupe confortablement 10 à 12 personnes. Les deux niveaux supérieurs sont exceptionnellement lumineux et aérés avec de hauts plafonds cathédrales et de nombreux puits de lumière.
Les deux chambres situées au niveau moyen inférieur peuvent accueillir respectivement 3 et 4 personnes et partagent une salle de bain rénovée. La chambre des maîtres au rez-de-chaussée accueille 5 personnes et a sa propre salle de bain.
En plus des lits dans les chambres, il y a un canapé-lit (double) dans la tanière et un autre canapé-lit (simple) dans le salon. Lorsque tous les lits sont pleins, la maison peut accueillir un maximum de 15 personnes.

We stayed for a small bachelor party and had a great time! Everyone had room and there was plenty to do.

We had a great visit. The house was well appointed and clean. Instructions were clear and everything was as we expected. We will hopefully stay here again! The house was quite warm (to be expected, homeowner provided fans and dehumidifiers etc) so bring personal fans if you want them to sleep with. There was a big fan in the hallway but it would have been nice to have one in the bedroom. All in all it was a great stay! Thank you!

My family and I have been renting ski homes for many years. David’s home was, by far, the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. My mother-in-law would have been impressed with the cleanliness of this home. The house was perfectly appointed and was perfect from the time we walked in until the time we left.

Cabin was perfect for an affordable father/son ski/snowboard trip to Killington. Mountain was an easy 25 minute drive from cabin. Highly recommend 4x4 vehicle for access road. If your looking for a rustic feel with modern amenities of WIFI and a hot tub and don't mind being in the woods, this is a great place.

Great place for groups! Lots of beds in the 3 bedrooms, plenty of room, not a lot of privacy, but the house is built to spend time together and enjoy the great big open space. Thinking of coming back next year!

Had a great time with my friends, everything was basically provided, house heated well and owner was friendly and kind. The hot tub was great and everything was clean, put out and ready to use! Would definitely rent again if I was doing an extended stay!

The house was perfect for our group. Nice space for playing games and hanging out in the evenings. We did have a problem with having toiletries, the fireplace and TV but the property manager responded right away with helpful responses.

This house was perfect for me and 10 of my friends! I wish the pictures were updated because the house is much nicer than the pictures make it look. 2-3 beds per room and couches that are super comfy. House was relatively clean, but I would recommend you bring your own sheets and towels (sheets were dirty). Hot tub was awesome and great communication from host. You can park at the farm on the bottom of the hill if your car can’t get up the hill (our minivan struggled). 20 min to Killington skiing- I would recommend to everyone!

House was clean, organized and comfortable. The beds range from very soft to firm so make sure you pick the right one for you! Kitchen was very well stocked. Owner very responsive and patient with our questions. We would definitely come back should such an opportunity arise.

Amazing Vermont Experience
Me and 9 of my friends spent our spring break here (during April)! It was honestly so peaceful and the house is in a great location. It is right near hikes (15-20 minute drive) and there are little shops 3 mins from the house. There’s also skiing nearby too. The views are breathtaking. The house was the perfect amount of space for the 10 of us. The house is very homey and gives a cabin like feel. The hot tub is definitely a plus! Communication with the owner is also great.

In speaking with the caretaker of the property this isn't the first time this miscommunication has happened. I feel like this should be a simple fix. Also the first two night we had to clean up garbage that was left over from previous renters that a bear had gotten into and dragged to the neighbors yard. We had called the caretaker but he didn't come until day two to take the trash away. These were just minor issues and by no means does it diminish what a great property this is.
The house itself was nice and clean and we had a great time. The property is in a nice and peaceful area. The house had a great hot tub that we enjoyed, it also had a nice little pool table. The front deck and back deck were great as well. Everything was in working order and very clean. I would have no problem recommending this house to anyone. Its also in a very convenient location. Close to a general store and a short ride to Mad River Valley and Killington.

David’s house is beautiful and was the perfect house for our family vacation. Very close to everything we wanted to do and see. Only issue that came up was check in through Vrbo says 3, but it should be 6. David did reach out immediately to apologize as the house keeper was half done with cleaning. Grows on you
My first impression of this property was not the greatest. The previous renters were ill-equipped to wash dishes; all the dishes had to be pre-washed before being used as they were sticky and greasy. The home is very outdated and in need of some updates. The mattresses were not very comfortable and had several stains beneath the mattress covers. The hot tub and location are what make this property a perfect getaway had we visited during a normal time when the entire state was not under Covid restrictions, there would have been plenty to do with kids and family. The owner was excellent deal with when trying to book and having issues with the website. Did not need to contact the owner during the stay instructions and information was left easily available and effortless.

My family and I had a great stay at David's house. Communication with him was smooth and everything went really well. We enjoyed the hot tub, plenty of fires, and the pool table the most. We will keep his house on our list of places to get away to!

We visited the house for leaf peeping, but could easily see it as a terrific ski house also.
The house is very comfortable and really well appointed. Between the fireplace, hot tub, pool table, and living area it's just a terrific house to relax in.
The kitchen has everything you need also including both drip coffee maker as well as keurig type.
The location is excellent for venturing out from and the land around the house provided for seclusion.
I will definitely stay here again and think a nice ski trip would be really fun with a group of friends and family.
