The minute we arrived we were so excited about the details in the apartment including king size beds, tv service, supplied linens and friendly owner. We can’t wait to book our 2025 return. Short walk to beach and restaurants.

The apartment we stayed in was beautiful, clean and spacious! The large yard and landscaping was very well maintained and the wrap around porch was a joy for our family to relax on after Long Beach days. We couldn’t ask for a better location as we were able to walk to the beach and all the surrounding restaurants and attractions.

My family and I (husband, 1 year old, 2 year old, and grandparents) had a fantastic time at this beautiful home! The accommodations were wonderful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, tons of linens, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The huge wrap around front porch with ability of an enclosed gate for little ones was perfect. The owner of the home Martha was extremely communicative and friendly, and couldn’t have been a better host. The location could not have been more ideal. You could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, or cafe within 5 mins! The grounds were kept so pristine, and it was truly an overall 10/10 experience. Definitely book! We hope to be back :).

Spent my birthday weekend in a lovely VRBO rental in Beach Haven just blocks from the beach, the restaurants and shopping. The home was lovely and well equipped, beds were comfortable and 2 1/2 baths. Our family really enjoyed the stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again. Wonderful owners what they communicated constantly with us highly recommend.

Great spot for our family with two kids under 10. Easy walks to beach, restaurants, ice cream, and Fantasy Island. Property had everything we needed and Martha was a fantastic host!

We cane here for a bachelorette party since this is where the bride always vacationed as a child in which I had the pleasure of joining at that time. The house was in great location, walking distance to everything with the beach right there. The owner was sweet and helpful with anything and everything

So beautiful and cozy
We stayed in this apartment the weekend of our wedding and loved it so much we asked to stay another night. It has everything you could ever want and more, was as clean as could be and Martha was a pleasure to work with. A true rare gem of a find!!

Clean and functional in perfect location
This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property and we've had perfect visits on both occasions. The unit is clean and provides everything you need for a spot at the beach...which is visible from the front yard. Highly recommend and look forward to another stay here.

Loved our stay!
Due to the current circumstances, I was a little hesitant to rent. However, the place was immaculate and we felt good about our stay. It is tastefully decorated and the owner has thought of everything you might need (beach chair, ironing board, cooler, grill, outdoor dining , etc). It is on a quiet street, but centrally located so you can walk everywhere. We were a family with two small children and were fine in the space. Weather was beautiful and a lot of our time we spent at the beach.

My parents had a wonderful stay here! Thank you Martha for being so welcoming to them. The highlight of their trip was watching fireworks at Fantasy Island from the porch.

Extremely clean and comfortable apartment that is situated in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. Charming back yard, and convenient outdoor shower. We’d love to go back and spend more time there.

Wonderful Stay!
We stayed Labor Day weekend with our two young boys. The place was the perfect size for us. It was close to the beach and to restaurants. We loved the landscaping and yard. It was nice to just sit on the porch in the morning or evening. The outdoor shower was convenient. The house was decorated nicely and had a lot of natural light. It felt private, but at the same time Martha was easy to reach with any questions.
Our boys loved the plate of cookies!

Perfect spot in Beach Haven
My family of 4 were thrilled with the accommodations and location. We did not have to drive to get to the beach, shop, dine out or hit the main Beach Haven attractions.. The property owner was incredibly sweet and accommodating on every front. It was a real vacation!

This place is perfectly located, a block from the beach and from our favorite breakfast and ice cream places. It's small but not cramped, just the right size for our family of four. Furnishings and appliances are excellent, the beds are unusually comfortable, and linens and towels are provided. Martha is welcoming and responsive. The place is a great combination of modern amenities and old-fashioned charm.

Beautiful property, super clean apartment, updated bathroom and kitchen.
Martha is welcoming and friendly and right on property if issues come up(which they didn’t). She even helped us in with our bags. Even though we were in BH the week of Storm Florence , we enjoyed our stay biking , eating out at Parker’s Garage, Buckalews and the Chicken or Egg and attending two fantastic plays at the Surflight. We will go back to stay again next summer at this lovely house.

Great apartment!
I definitely wanted to write a review regarding this property and the owners. It surpassed my expectations, even though I had communicated with Martha and were aware they were completely renovating the apartment. I was so excited to see it and stay for the week. The decorating choices were lovely, so clean and pristine. The cookies of course, were a hit. We so enjoyed the privacy of our porch to have coffee in the morning, while admiring the gorgeous plants, flowers and huge yard. Bob and Martha were so kind, friendly and helpful. I would love to stay again and would definitely recommend to friends. To ditto the other reviews, the location is awesome. Thanks Martha and Bob!!

We love Beach Haven! This was the first time we stayed in the apartment, wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I. Beautifully decorated, clean and inviting. We parked our car and walked everywhere... whether shopping, restaurants, concerts on the Green, or the beach it was easy to get around. A plate of homemade chocolatate chip cookies upon our arrival was a lovely touch. Thank you Bob and Martha!

Wonderful Weekend!
What a great apartment! Martha thought of everything, from home baked cookies on our arrival, to sand chairs, to fans (which we needed in October!), just to name a few things. Martha and her family were lovely, welcoming hosts. It was a cozy, clean, well decorated apartment. We parked our car on Friday when we arrived and never used it again all weekend: great, central location. I would definitely recommend this property to friends/family. My husband, our two children and I really enjoyed our stay. We love LBI: summer time and off-season alike. We plan to return to Martha's in the future!!

Great apartment close to the beach
We had a great week at this apartment. We'd been to Beach Haven many times and especially like 2nd St. The apartment was clean and decorated nicely. Our dog loved the porch and so did we. Martha was so thoughtful and let us borrow a gate to use on the porch so the dog would not escape. Everything you could possibly need is in walking distance. We would definitely go back!

Perfect location. The beach is only one and a half block away. Supermarket and restaurants within less than 5 minute walking distance. Martha is very nice. The appartment is cozy and clean equipped with all you will need for your stay. It has a separate porch where to relax after a beach day which is very nice. The street on which the house is located is very quiet. It was our first time on LBI but we will certainly return.

Perfect location for our Beach Haven family visit. Easy walk to Beach Haven funspots. Apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable--even beach chairs and umbrella provided! Great porch overlooking nicely landscaped yard. Martha is a warm and gracious host. Will definitely return.
