Beautiful property inside and out! Fantastic location! Close to restaurants and small shops. The host provided everything you may need for a perfect vacation! She was also prompt in responding to any questions. The sunsets were absolutely the best part, whether enjoying them from the beautiful deck with a glass of wine or a blanket on the beach.

We had a great time! This location is absolutely wonderful. It was so nice to be right on the beach and be able to go from beach to pool. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The location was also close to shops and restaurants. It was well stocked with the essentials. It was nice not to have to worry about purchasing everyday items. I did see the reviews on the noise but knew this likely wouldn’t be an issue for us. You can hear noise from the unit above and can clearly hear the tenants walking around. I knew this wouldn’t bother us but something to consider if you are sensitive to noise. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We spent a month at this beautiful property. I have to say the owner was wonderful to work with throughout our stay. Probably the only negative is that, like others have said, there is very little soundproofing between units. After a while we got used to it, but it could be a little annoying at times.

This is a great condo in a great location with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico which is steps away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and a CVS just down the street. The condo itself is very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Very comfortable and very enjoyable. We'll be returning for sure

Wonderful condo directly on the beach. Space was plenty for our family of four. Kitchen was well stocked with all amenities, spices and dishes (except for a kettle). Host was very responsive to any and all inquiries prior to and during our stay. We will be back again to enjoy the view and relaxing!

Looking for an awesome place to stay literally steps from the sand and water? This is your place! Located near a variety of local attractions. Waking up to the look over the heated pool and beach every morning was just what we needed. Beds were comfy, water pressure was great, the house was clean. Stocked up on groceries and drinks at the store about two miles away and we never left this tropical paradise. Joy was a wonderful host and super responsive. Can't wait to go back in a few months and relax again!

Great property with unforgettable location! Joy the owner was superb to work with. Online description accurate and all reviews helpful. Well appointed unit with everything you need. Excellent quality of simple things like bath and beach towels. Comfortable clean furniture. TV bigger and better than my own! Area we have visited before and is swell to be active or just relax. We would DEFINITELY return!!

We loved the location of this property. It was walking distance to many places to eat and also to mini golf at Smuggler’s Cove. This property had a lot of space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. A huge plus is that the beds were comfortable and we could get an amazing night sleep! The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the outside sitting area with the table top area and chairs. We sat outside every morning and drank our coffee while watching the dolphins swim past. The property owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would recommend.

The condo was as described. The view and location is outstanding. It wasn't the cleanest place that we've stayed but it was manageable. At check in the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, a pot in the cabinet was coated in food and there was laundry in the washer / dryer. It just seemed like the cleaning crew had an off day. The bathrooms need a re-fresh, otherwise the place is really nice.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. The views were breathtaking from morning till night. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Beds and furniture were comfy.

What a great place to get up, walk to the beach for a stroll. The kids would go from beach to pool. In walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. The unit had everything we needed. The sunsets are amazing!!! Communication was great with the owners. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

This condo was right on the beach with incredible views of the sunsets. It is very comfortable for 3-4 people & was ideal for traveling with our teen daughter. There had lots of supplies- well stocked kitchen with spices, Saran Wrap, foil, etc as well as shampoo, soap, & aloe which we deeply appreciated for sunburn. The communication with the property manager was excellent before arrival and when we ran low on toilet paper. Location is excellent with many good restaurants in walking distance. The TV had very good streaming options & Wifi was very good. We loved the balcony with direct access to the pool & beach as well as stunning views of the sunsets. We used the community grill one night to ate dinner on the pool deck. Be aware - sound carries particularly in the living room/kitchen area with the next door neighbor due to the connecting interior door. The noises from upstairs also carry when people walk around, but it was quiet at night. Overall it was a fantastic Feb break vacation & we all loved our stay.

Property is wonderful & host is A++++++++++++++ note: due to 2 large adjoining doors in kitchen/living room, you do hear 95% of sounds/talking/noise in unit next door. [I had read this in reviews prior to the stay, so was not too disruptive.]

Property is very nicely updated with all the amenities of home. Location is fantastic with direct and easy access to the beach. The heated pool was a hit! This is the first time we had a condo that heated their pool, so it was much appreciated.

We so enjoyed our week at this property! It had amazing views and walking distance to restaurants and shopping! It was very clean and well taken care of. We experienced our first tropical storm and was so beautiful to watch the waves! People in this town were so friendly. I hadn't slept through the night in months and slept straight through every evening there. We will definately be back!

Pool could have been cleaner. And walls and floors above, we could hear everything.
