Bienvenue sur Sugar Beach # 521. Votre paradis hawaïen - et votre maison loin de la maison.
Votre condo repose paisiblement au 5ème étage de l'une des meilleures stations de Maui, Sugar Beach. De la véranda spacieuse (patio), vous contempler 4. 5. miles de majestueux, vierge, plage de sable - parfait pour le rajeunissement de promenades tôt le matin, ou des promenades romantiques au coucher du soleil! Vous apercevoir des tortues qui dansent dans la mer, et les baleines en saison (Janvier-Avril). A l'intérieur, les propriétaires ont versé leur cœur et leur sensibilité créatrice dans la création d'un sanctuaire pour les sens, où tout le confort de votre créature sera satisfaite. Leur rénovation a été achevée en Janvier 2017, et comprend A / C central (une rareté à Hawaii), laveuse / sécheuse (pas de stress à avoir des serviettes sèches pour votre prochaine sortie de la plage), télévision à écran plat est dans le salon et la chambre, tous les -nouvelles inoxydable appareils de cuisine en acier, y compris une table de cuisson tournée vers l'extérieur de sorte que vous ne manquerez plus jamais une seconde de vues en front de mer, nouvelle tuile et des comptoirs dans la cuisine et salle de bains - en termes simples, tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter.

Amazing property on sugar beach resort. The view was amazing and we spent most of our time on the lanai watching turtles on the beach or people surfing. Condo has everything you need from beach chairs, coolers, all essentials in a kitchen. Location is amazing within 30mins of everything. Will definitely be back!

My only regret is we didn’t stay twice as long! 6 nights was just not enough time in this little slice of Paradise. We’ll be back! If you are looking for an amazing view look no further. This place has a view that goes on for days and really never gets old. The palm trees, sand, water, blue skies and whales (yes we saw one from our balcony), this place has a view of it all.
The condo itself is well designed, well appointed and worth every penny. The check-in process was easy and the communication with management was quick. Everything you needed was available, and we made use of the washer and dryer a lot which was nice feature.

Location - ONLY because you really need a car to get anywhere. In walking distance there is a small farmer's market and Sugar Beach Baker which are both must visits and an ABC store (think convenient store but nicer). Anything else you will need transportation.
At the end of the day, the positives and the view far outweigh any negatives (which were not much), so I would say if you are looking at this place book it.

The view is wonderful. Plan on being home every night to watch the sunset. We ate dinner on the lanai listening to the waves.

We loved the location of this condo. It faced the ocean and the waves could be heard throughout the lanai and condo. The beach was perfect for walking. We loved sitting at the table on the lanai and watching the ocean.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The check in process was a little cumbersome but it was manageable with a little patience. The onsite sandwich shop had good sandwiches and was reasonably priced. There was plenty of parking and the elevator was a nice option with a 5th floor condo.
We appreciated the book of suggestions and directions left by the owners. It was very helpful.

Great location for all we wanted to do and close to stores amd restaurants. The unit was well furnished and equipped, and the in-unit washer/dryer was very comvenient. The only minor inconvenience was having to go tjrough the bathroom to get to the bedroom, and the pocket door between the 2.

Great location in Kehei. Unit is remodeled and tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. Really enjoyed the ocean front balcony for meals and morning coffee. Property is quite and well maintained with a clean pool and hot tub and right on the beach. Well appointed unit that had everything we needed in a home away from home. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Condo was nice, beautiful oceanfront property. There was some construction going on in a condo above us while we were there and they started pretty early so that was not great listening to them working. Other than that it was a very nice stay and nice accommodations. We did t communicate with property manager because we didn’t need anything and everything worked.

Our stay was great - short and sweet. The property manager was responsive and attentive to our needs. There were spices and cooking essentials for use which made our grocery shopping much cheaper. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and sharp knives! It was also incredibly thoughtful for the owners to supply beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella. We took it down to a beach in Wailea and had the best most relaxing time.
There are better beaches nearby and all beaches in Maui are public. Make sure you check out the other beaches as the water at Sugar Beach is less attractive and less inviting. Locals tend to hang at Sugar Beach and it can be a bit messy. Sunsets are still gorgeous, however and seen directly from the balcony.

Our favorite part of the stay was the consistent waves lulling us into relaxation. The property is 20 paces from a beautiful and peaceful beach, and the lanai allows for epic ocean views all day long! Overall, the condo was quiet and comfortable, plus the grounds of the property are well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and Sugar Beach in general is a real treat.

We had an amazing stay at Sugar Beach. The unit was clean, well stocked and a perfect location to explore the island. Our kids played for hours in the ocean which is just steps from the condo. We really appreciated the direct view of the ocean from the balcony. We had no issues during our stay and the owner Mason was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was the perfect place to spend our first time and honeymoon in Maui. It is in a very good location on the island and allows you to explore different areas without having to drive very far. It has all the amenities you can think of- the Washer dryer came in handy & beach equipment was also a big plus as we spent a lot of time on the beach. The view of of the sunset from the condo is simply beautiful. AC was perfect, bed super comfortable, we have zero complaints and would 100% come and stay here again.

This property is PERFECT for a couple. I would say it is not appropriate for any more than 2 people, however. There is plenty of living space to stretch out and relax. The living space opens up to a lanai facing the ocean. FABULOUS! Most days, we had our breakfasts and lunches at the condo and we ate outside on the lanai every time! The crashing surf sound was ever relaxing, the sunshine was rejuvenating! Sitting out on the lanai was an absolute delight!
You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, full size oven, cooktop, dishwasher and refrigerator. Absolutely wonderful!
The ocean is all of 50 feet from the condo! And the beautiful fresh water pool with adjacent hot tub is even closer.
We have nothing but great things to say about Mason (the owner) and Marco (the gentleman who maintains the condo). Both were readily available by phone or EMAIL if needed.
The condo is 30 minutes (max) from the airport, close to 2 different grocery stores, restaurants and pretty much anything else that you'd need.
You will need to rent a car when you arrive at the airport unless your sole intent is to relax by the shore everyday! If that's the case, you can roll out of bed and be on the beach in a minute.
I don't know if we'll ever find our way back to Maui. If we do, we'll be knocking at Mason's door once again.

Views for days......
We are a family of 4 and rented the condo for 6 days. The views and location were great. We didn't use the beach or pool much but loved the location being so close to south Maui beaches without the price. Again, amazing views. The pull-out couch was quite comfortable, as was the main King bed.

Beautiful Condo with a View
We enjoyed our stay at Sugar beach. The condo was beautiful, with excellent views, and nice amenities, such as beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. The owner/property manager was easy to work with and quick to respond. I especially liked the location with easy access to all parts of the Island. The community hot tub was a pleasure after a day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views and sound of waves
The views and sounds of the ocean were amazing. We saw whales from the property and enjoyed the pool. You can walk down the beach to an ABC store. There’s also a small bar on property for a drink before you grill dinner. You can hear the waves from the bedroom at night. This unit is in an older condo complex that needs upgrading and simply just some paint, but otherwise the unit was very comfortable and quiet. The king size bed was comfortable and had nice bedding. They had boogie boards and beach chairs. The floors were dirty but I anticipate that was because of the beach and sand being right in front of the property. The shower also needs a good scrub. We wished the unit had a coffee grinder and some Tupperware but otherwise the unit had the basic kitchen supplies. The property manager was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this unit.

This property is stunning! It is conveniently located in Maui. Updated kitchen appliances. Beautiful views at every hour of the day. On the 5th floor with balcony views of the beach (which you have direct access to!) We were able to watch the sunset on our balcony. I recommend this property to anyone who is dreaming of visiting Hawaii and looking to stay in a heavenly home.

This is our first stay on Sugar Beach and I'd come back. The beach views from the patio were so relaxing. The unit itself was clean and very updated (kinda liked that it wasn't the usual Hawaiian decor :). Marco (the onsite rep) was also very friendly.
