Larger, beautiful home with pool and spa in a lovely neighborhood, right by golf course. The best part of the home was the amount of sleeping space available which makes it a good choice for a large group. Only two bathrooms but was not a problem for our group. Wonderful

This is the place for us! Thanks for letting us stay for our summer vacation and we'll be back. Home is a short walk to two major golf country clubs and is wide open. Very good value compared to others we looked at with pools and 5 bedrooms, which was great for our kids and grandkids. A quarter-mile to the Sedona "village" they call it and about 15 min from Sedona "downtown". We liked the "village". Less traffic. Very near all the best hiking like Oak Creek and Cathedral rock and can even early morning hike and run on the golf courses by the house or have an afternoon wine at the club house restaurant. What we liked best? It's not in heart of downtown Sedona and tourists. This is why it worked incredibly well for us, our kids and grandkids. Such a tranquil peaceful area Easier to get to the wineries too since you back track on 179 for a mile and then cut through Cornville. Grand Canyon was only about 1.5 hours north too - if you back track on 179 to the 17. Thank and again we'll be back.

The check in, the location, the convenience of groceries, accommodations, direction for pool/hot tub, EVERYTHING! Your kind concern and communication with us was so thoughtful! This home was truly wonderful for our families, with just the right amount of open space combine with being in-one-home with great layout so that we could spread out and be apart from separate families when we wanted. Great furnishings and pool and hottub were fantastic with a great patio veranda overhang to protect us from sun at lunch and dinner dinings outside. The host was very helpful with our questions and we will definately stay here again. Location is great for the local hikes at Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock and stores/restaurants in The Village, they call it. Bike rentals and ability for a short walk to golf course, Oak Creek Country Club, which my husand did too while we were out with car etc. Thanks so much for having and will come back in fall.

We had an fantastic extended family vacation here and couldn't ask for a more wonderful and welcoming home. Spacious, inviting, with views of Gunsight red rock, and close to hikes at Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock and rental bike shops just a quarter mile down road. Large supermarket also nearly walking distance. And within walking distance is the Golf Country Club we played at and practiced on driving range and sat at their grill to watch sunsets. Also loved this part of town, since traffic in other parts looked excrutiating, so we think its a well chosen location. We will definately be back. And our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Overall an excellent experience. The few issues we did have were promptly dealt with by the owner, and he was very effective with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and flexibility this house affords, with the indoor and outdoor space and amenities. In particular, we enjoyed the outdoor area - both the jacuzzi and pool, in addition to the covered lounge and eating area.

We had such an incredible stay at this house and it was by far one of my favorite vacation rentals I’ve stayed at! The house was immaculately clean, in a great location, the beds were very comfortable, and communication/check in was super easy. Having the pool and hot tub was so wonderful and someone even came and cleaned them on our first morning there! The house was perfect and a great place to relax with very easy access to all Sedona has to offer!

Looks like a nice home but it’s clearly a property the owners don’t put any money into. Second bath looks like a bathroom from a roadside Hwy hotel. Shower head and knobs are barely functional. Screen door to the back yard was broken. Blinds falling down in master bedroom. Pool was dirty and had Algae and mineral build up on the walls. Many old leafs in the pool and spa. Remotes missing for TVs and gas fireplace didn’t work. No bbq scraper. All these things are unexpected for a VRBO especially with the price tag. All and all the place worked out just not the full experience our family wanted for a spring break trip with the price tag. Think twice before renting this one.

We loved staying here with our two kids and a bunch of adults. The kids loved the pool and swam everyday. It’s located right next to some amazing trails and also the golf course which was ideal for some of our family. It was also nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Sedona but still close to everything.
The house is nice ~ we didn’t realize the two bedrooms were through the garage but they worked well for the kids and us. The house could have been a bit more stocked and things like toilet paper and salt but other than that we have no complaints. Jeff even had the pool preheated for our kids when we got there which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was great. We stayed in the winter so the heated pool was really nice. The location was perfect for the following reasons:
Very close to a super market, Sedona was super crowded but this property is far enough away that we didn't have to deal too much with traffic, and there were a lot of good outdoor activities within 20 minutes. We had people off all ages from 2 - 57 years old and there was something for everyone.

The 5 bedrooms & 2 baths easily accommodated our group of 8 friends. The house provided areas for sufficient privacy, sleeping quarters & gathering. The spa & pool were fabulous, perfect location for hiking @ Bell Rock & Courthouse Butte. Easy access to dining out & Clark's market. This was our 2nd stay with this property owner (different houses) and BOTH were excellent experiences. Highly recommend!

Great communication with property manager. However, there was an opportunity for more cleaniness, pool was dirty, TV's in the rooms did not work ( controlers), guest showerhead needs to be replaced the water did not flow appropriately and on our last day there were a lot of ants that got inside the rooms.

The home in Oak Creek was absolutely lovely. The pool and patio area were very nice. The pool furniture was perfect for star gazing. Jeff was the perfect host. Responsive when needed and otherwise out of the picture when not.
Our group constisted of my husband and myself, my daughter and her husband and our 16 year old granddaughter and 14 year old grandson.
There are several restaurants nearby and a small but adequate grocery market.
I don't know if we will return to Arizona, but if we did, I strongly consider renting this house again.

My family and I wanted to be together for the year memorial of my Sons passing. This home provided us enough space to all be together sharing stories and being together while also only being 20/30 or so minutes from the hiking trails and water. Our only recommendation would be for more specific instructions on check out requirements. :) Highly recommend this home and the hosts are super helpful and respond quickly.

We had the best time! The pool and hot tub were an absolute highlight - our kids raved about how much fun they had! The kitchen was great, ample dining room, lots of chairs and seating, tons of towels, lots of space. The 3 king beds were all comfortable, the kids bedrooms are through the garage which was fine for middle and high school but not ideal for really little ones. We were close to everything we wanted to do, from hiking to biking, to relaxing, to a road trip to the Grand Canyon. Everything was easy and nice about this experience. Thank you!

12 friends in their 30’s stayed here for a weekend filled with pool, hot tubbing, wine tasting and hiking. The pool and hot tub are definitely the highlight of the house and there is a view from the patio of the beautiful Sedona mountains! It’s spacious and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, pans, etc.
The two rooms off the garage are as advertised but I slept great in one of the garage rooms. It was cool enough and comfy beds.
Extra propane for grill and Jeff was really communicative with any questions we had. Also, if you’re looking for a wine tour, Arizona winery tours was also a great experience.

A little under a 20 minute drive into most of what we did in Sedona. Closer to Cathedral Rock if you're looking to do that hike (100% recommend you do)! Communication with the host was great! Had one issue that was resolved very quickly and did not disrupt our day at all. I would recommend!

We had a great 2 night stay in Sedona. The house is beautiful, kitchen is large, backyard with pool is great. Jeff and Eli were very responsive to all of our questions beforehand, and incredibly accommodating when we realized we had accidentally booked the wrong dates, allowing us to adjust the timing by one day. The neighborhood is very quiet, grocery store and golf are less than 5 minutes away. Views are amazing, and great running routes nearby. Very highly recommended!

We were cancelled out of this property less than 7 hours before we were supposed to occupy. The VRBO Customer Care Service Center was absolutely no help in getting us an alternate place to stay. We are extremely disappointed in your service.

Beautiful Place
We rented this house for a week. The place was great. The house was immaculate and there were plenty of towels to use for the pool. The owner was very responsive to questions. You have a view of the red rocks from the pool. We used the table outside a lot. Just turn on the fan and you don't feel the heat. I look forward to going back.

Family Reunion
We are families from Washington and Tennessee that try to get together every 2 years. Kids ages range from 21-3. Sedona provided so much for all age groups. We loved the house and it’s location. The kids loved the pool after a hot day of exploring and the adults the convenience of room! There was plenty of room for everyone to space out. The owner was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions. The information about the house provided on arrival was also much appreciated and left no guesswork. If we decide to come back to Sedona we will definitely rent through Jeff! Thank you!

Senior Graduation Trip
We started in The Grand Canyon and ended up in beautiful Sedona. Our stay was great. This is a perfect rental for our family and friends. The two bedrooms off the garage were not an issue that would keep us from booking this property, they are spacious sleeping area. The outdoor oasis was perfect for a hot day in Sedona. Disappointed - 3 Stars
The property manager was absolutely outstanding/responsive. Easy check-in. The rental packet sent just prior to arrival date had good information but the contact information in the house is completely outdated/numbers do not work (needs to be updated). When we arrived the trash was already at the top of the container and bags were laying beside. I think that may have been a timing issue but certainly there's enough people watching the house that it could have been prevented/resolved. The directions to the pool and spa were ok but a little confusing. While everything seemed to work, the home is older and in need of many many updates. The pool and house was very clean. The kitchen counter-top is broken and detached from around the stove (seemed unsafe), carpet is old, bathroom and kitchen still have original fixtures/appliances. It's an old home with paint in a great location. The pool is really nice (the best part of the stay) but the sides have a lot of chemical build-up. I spent 2 hours cleaning a greasy barbecue but it worked really well. Great location. With updates and a change to the weird bedrooms in the garage it would be a great place to stay.. The two bedrooms in the garage had a slight smell of mold, very warm, and are located in a very odd place. While extra bedrooms were needed, guests slept on the floor and living room pull out couch rather than the bedrooms- that really don't accommodate well.
