Das Schrankensystem hat quasi nie funktioniert und wir mussten teilweise länger diskutieren an der Schelle zum Ein- und Ausfahren.

Situation of villa overlooking the water. En-suites to all bedrooms. Parking was good and convenient. Veranda with view of water was good. Beds comfortable. Good access to the water from the villa. Generally good.

Not sufficient comfortable seating in lounge area for six people. Kitchen surface restricted. Lighting was dim, particularly in the kitchen area. Main bedroom needed two bedside lights not one.

Villa 197 Kitchen/dishwasher was full of ants Most of the dishes in the cabinet were sticky Watch out when moving in with toddlers- Stairs are way too steep and the cutlery drawer is under the oven

Design is nice, views are good

Nice design and location ruined by terrible service and client stay conditions, but still charging 400+ euros per night: - use swimming pool with the kid? Pay 20 euros and ask if they can find spots! - want a hair dryer? 25 euros deposit! - room deposit 500 euros (not really understand why since there is no minibar) - want coffee capsules? 10 euros for 10 capsule pack 😂 - they also ask you to clean your room before check out and get the garbage out! - and that is when check in is at 16 and check out is at 10!

Location of hotel

Hotel staff act in unpredictable way charging me additional 400 euro for 2 hours of extra cleaning after I have paid the cleaning . Be aware that your deposit will stay in hotel for unexplained and made up reason.

Great location to visit Zeeland, explore nature and pick up oysters. Lovely house, all clean properly organized

Grill needs to be taken with you , only gas or electric . No designated grill area for charcoal grilling
