The condo is in a great location in a very nice neighborhood close to restaurants and activities. It is well decorated and stocked with everything we needed.
The host communicated before and during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything and to assist us if necessary. Great host! We would stay here again.

Judy is a very responsive host. Her communications were very detailed and she checked in to make sure that everything was meeting our expectations. Back of condo is on green space, so it’s very private and the green space has a wonderful walking path. Perfect location for accessing communities from all directions around the greater Phoenix area. Covered parking and gated complex. Pool is lovely. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

The Unit was great: baths are gorgeous, kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could need, bedrooms are generous and queen beds are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are kept clean and hot as we were there in January. The location is perfect for us with access to restaurants, grocery stores and shops only a few blocks away. Hiking trail access is only a mile away, Walking through Paradise Valley exclusive areas is quiet and right there. It was a great time and we will be back.

There was a little problem with the A/C heating system but it was out if their control to fix immediately. They did respond quickly though.

Really happy with our stay! The condo was great, loved sitting outside every night on the patio. The pool is beyond wonderful, very big and great landscaping. Only small downside was the traffic noise when sitting on patio, but not enough to deter us from staying again. Would definitely recommend to people!

This property was just right for us. It offers easy access to shopping needs and has lots of beautiful neighborhoods to walk in. Judy was great to work with. She’s a very nice person to talk with and makes sure you have what you need. We would stay there again. Thanks, Judy!

Very comfortable modern clean 2 bed/2bath condo. with patio overlooking greenbelt. 2nd floor no elevator. The complex was very quiet and very close to Paradise Valley Mall area with numerous shops, restaurants and golf courses. Small pool and covered parking in complex. Highly recommend for extended stay. Owner lives nearby and is very responsive.

Well equipped kitchen good bathroom with walk in shower.
Excellent WiFi comfortable lounge.
For elderly people the 18 stairs every day may prove a problem, also the traffic noise from Shea Blvd.

A very comfortable well-appointed second-floor unit in a most convenient Paradise Valley gated complex. Near Tatum & Shea intersection close to grocery and PV Mall shopping. Lovely neighborhood offers mountain views and quiet streets for walking. Pool on premises; golf nearby. RELAX!

Clean well kept condo
Our stay at Marbeya condo was very nice.The owners were very accommodating and easy to deal with. No issues at all. Very nice condo with nice pool area and condo itself was well equipped .Condo even had pantry items ,spices etc which is always nice.Nice furniture on a comfortable sized deck to enjoy some outdoor space if you like.Would not hesitate to recommend.

We wish to let all know that this was a great condo, the only complaint would be the mattress in the master bedroom would need to be replace. We enjoy being close to grocery store & gas station. The environment is very nice and clean and safe. We would rent this condo any time.

Just as we expected from the picture!! Great experience!
We just rented this beautiful condo for two weeks. It was all the owner had said. Newly decorated, nice area, close to everything, easy to get around!
We definately will be back! Sat on the porch most mornings and evenings til dark, enjoying the walkers and bike riders on the path. We also enjoyed using the path for long walks.
Judy was very accomodating. Anytime I had a question or suggestion, she was answering me promptly. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well.
We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking in this area!.

Beautiful condo, anemities and location
This was our first time using VRBO and we were completely satisfied and happy! The condo was exactly as described in the ad (very beautiful), the location was perfect for our stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. We contacted the owners for one instance and they responded immediately and resolved the issue at hand.
The property was very clean and well maintained, everything was user friendly and had all the comforts of home. It was a very quiet community and we felt safe in the gated community. The availability of the pool/hot tub was definitely a plus.
We will definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends, if they are in the area and we hope to return!
We spent most of our time sightseeing the beauty of Arizona and much of our time was in old-town Scottsdale and the surrounding communities. We especially loved the closeness of the golf courses to the Condo. Other exciting things we did were the Top-Golf and Apache Trail.

The accommodations were exactly as you had described. We enjoyed our stay very much and the condo had all the comforts of home. We do hope to come back in the future and will keep your condo in mind.
