The property and location were amazing! We loved the large rooms and all of the space which this house provided for our family! The parking was great and being on a quiet side street was a big perk for us!!! Fantastic place and will certainly return! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!!!!

This is our 2nd year staying here and we love the house and the beach. The weather, water and beach were fantastic all week. Dan and Tammi make themselves available if you need them. They really do take care of their guests and the house has just about everything you might need.

Enjoyed our stay tremendously - elevator is awesome for ease of move-in and move-out. Place was nice and clean and well stocked on the kitchen with kitchen-ware. Beautiful to sit in the top deck and watch the ocean. Only issue we had was couldn’t get propane grill to fire up. But that was minor and we really enjoyed Margaritaville!

This is a beautiful home and we had an amazing vacation. There was something for everyone; relaxing on the beach, shopping, fishing, kayaking, and so much more. We enjoyed being able to cook meals in the spacious kitchen and being able to take a break from meal prep and go to restaurants near by. The azaleas were in bloom and were gorgeous to see. We had three couples and we were able to each have our on dedicated bathrooms. The elevator was a lifesaver with all of our luggage and groceries. The outdoor shower made for quick cleanup to get any excess sand off. We are from a northern state where it was snowing and around freezing while we were here, the 60-78 degree temperatures were a pleasant change of pace. The owners have thought of everything!

I cannot say enough about this house. We have rented in Topsail for 30 years and this is the best house ever! This is our third time in Margaritaville and it is awesome. The location is the best on the south end of Topsail. It is on a private side street so there is little to no traffic. The front is sunny and gorgeous. I paint so we sit below and paint on canvas. The backyard is beautiful with a sodded yard to play, grill, sit, relax... There is a hammock, chairs, grills (both gas and charcoal). It is all hardwood flooring, no carpet is a plus for us and allergies. It is very well laid out and beautifully decorated. This house has everything a traveler would want, a full stocked kitchen, ice machine, two tables for eating or puzzles, a very large island with barstools for eating, socializing, etc. It is a wonderful kitchen and living area combination with so much room. This year we went in Feb and it has a fireplace for ambiance and cozy touch. There are “smart tv’s” in every room. The teenagers love this for Netflix, etc. There is a downstairs den/sitting area with a recliner, a nice modular sofa for the kids to have their own space. BONUS!! We loved all the amenities, bedrooms, hot water heater that never runs out (important with a lot of people). Margaritaville has two outdoor hot/cold showers. One is enclosed under the house and the other is on a large square decking as you come off the private beach walk way. The bedrooms are comfortable, all tastefully decorated, clean and cozy. The 3.5 bathrooms clean and convenient for every room. There are a lot of places to go read a book, there are large captains chairs on the top floor to see over the deck at the views of the ocean. We saw dolphins every day. We found loads of sharks teeth and shells. This spot must be known for surfers as we always catch some surfers late in the afternoon down the beach. Our family had a great time. Tammi and Dan were great to work with and accommodating. We will be back!!

This was our time staying here if that tells you how much we enjoyed the property. It was clean and big enough for all of us and right on the beach. What more could you ask for? Thanks Dan and tammi!

Could not have been better from the weather to the stay at the house. If I could change anything it would the hike over the new dunes, but we all managed. This house is easy to entertain different ages without feeling on top of each other. Thank you for sharing.

The house is beautiful and well maintained all ocean front bedrooms was a plus. The kitchen is large enough at least 4 family members were in there at the same time cooking breakfast for our crew. Beautiful beach as well already booked for next summer.

Very nice vacation home on a great stretch of beach. The owners were responsive and available but we had no issues at all. Everything was just right.

Our family of six adults and four children thought this vacation home was awesome. The location is quiet, has the perfect parking set up and has a nice area for grilling and kids to play. The elevator location is perfect with the ability to unload and load you car right from the elevator. The two outdoor showers helped a lot and the men and kids liked showering outside. The interior is spacious with a unique set up where the kids hung out on the second floor. The kitchen is well equipped including in counter ice machine and we prepared most of our meals there. Generous seating for everyone at once and we also loved that we had a second table where we were able to complete four puzzles during our trip. Overall a great experience and the owners were exceptionally responsive. Highly Recommend.

This is a great house! It was the perfect size for eleven family members. With a well-stocked kitchen, we were able to make some wonderful meals. We have rented properties all over the world and rarely find a dining situation where a large group can eat at the same time. This property has two tables which facilitated all of us. The two living rooms gave our younger children a space which was really nice. That said, we have never rented a property where the master bedroom did not have a closet. It was strange to have no hanging space or room to stow a suitcase. We felt it was unfortunate the master bedroom closet was an owner’s closet and locked. It was the same situation in the bedroom with the bunk beds. With four people staying in that room, the closet here was also locked as an owner’s closet. We also found it curious dogs were not allowed in the house because of allergies yet there were two leashes in a drawer. Overall a great house with just a few areas that could be improved.

She even recommended a company to rent sheets and towels from (yes, you must either rent or bring all linens). After our trip, we had left behind a very special pair of diamond earrings and Tammi was able to find them and quickly send them back to us. This was above and beyond service and we were extremely thankful.The house is very spacious with lots of room to spread out. The kid's lounge area on the first floor came in very handy and I loved being able to walk directly in my bedroom from the ocean side deck. The first floor actually has two full bathrooms which I didn't see on the floor plans but it was so great to have. The two big kitchen tables and island bar on the were so convenient to have on the second floor and the kitchen was well-stocked with a crock pot, blender and coffee maker (however, we found the coffee maker to be quite finicky). The beach area is fabulous and the surf was perfect for boogie boarding. We saw lots of surfers each day. And the sunrises, oh my goodness. The sunrises were amazing. We did a kayak tour one evening at sunset (highly recommend as it's much cooler than during the heat of the day). The kids fished of the Jolly Roger pier and everyone caught fish. Someone even caught a blue crab. The kids loved the putt putt course that served ice cream which is a very short walk. And, the best meal of the week was at the Beach Shop & Grill. Excellent! And, you have to make a stop at Quarter Moon Books & Gifts. Super cute coffee shop, wine bar, gift shop with live music many nights. We weren't terribly impressed with the other restaurants near the Surf City Ocean Pier. We also ordered a low country boil from Topsail Steamer one night which was a big hit with everyone! Awesome stay in Topsail and highly recommend!

We had an amazing week. The location is great and the house is well kept, it exceeded our families expectations. Plenty of room to spread out inside and beautiful views of the beach from the porch. Most relaxing part of the day were evenings spent on the porch with family.

This home is welcoming and well equipped for all your needs on a vacation trip. Kitchen utensils, 2 outdoor showers with hot n cold water, built in ice maker, phenomenal ocean front view and one step onto the front deck and you can see endless beach to the North and South. Plenty of parking for other family members and guests. Six vehicles can park with ease. Elevator was quite convenient unloading and loading for the trip. We will definitely rent this property again. Owners very responsive to questions and needs. Two Thumbs Up!

Lovely, roomy house located on the ocean. Wonderful views and great location! House is very comfortable and perfect for our family. We had a terrific vacation!

Staying here again was as good as last years experience. It was able to accommodate the "crew" as before. We always managed to have family dinners together, with enough room for all to sit at one time. There is plenty of room for the kids to play, while not on the beach . Owners were very easy to deal with when there was few issues and responded quickly. We are already thinking about next year.

We had an amazing week in this beautiful property! Every detail was covered and well thought out. The floor plan, elevator, and ice maker were clutch for our large group. Bonus of the week was that sea turtles hatched just outside on the beach.

We were very pleased with this property. The house is beautiful and spacious. The layout is ideal for multiple families.

We just finished a week long stay at Margaritaville and we couldn't have been more happy with this property. Here are some details as to why: The layout was perfect. All adult bedrooms are oceanfront. No need to play rock, paper, scissors! The kids room had two bunk beds- anyone with two kids knows that is important! There is a private boardwalk from the house to the beach. This was a major plus as we could walk right up to each of the bedroom sliding doors from the beach. There is a shower mid way and a landing to keep chairs, etc. This is a new house, which means the deck boards are not worn or prone to splinters. This is major plus with small children. The house decor is well thought out. For example, instead of blinds which no one likes anymore, there are light filtering cellular shades which creates privacy when you need, and a clear window otherwise. The main room has an oversized square dining table and could fit 8 adults and two kids comfortably. There is also a kids/second dining table. Much better than a long rectangle type. The chairs in the main room are swivel chairs- a must have in an open concept room. There are four captain's chairs on top deck , which allows you to view the ocean without the railing being an obstruction. Just remember that you need to rent the sheets and towels through a separate service but it's super easy. The service also can supply beach towels and beach chairs at a reasonable price. The only warning is to plan ahead for food. We kept forgetting certain grocery items all week, so the drive up to a decent grocery store is a 45 minute trip- both ways. Dan and Tammi were very responsive and helpful. In conclusion, this is the first weeklong vacation that I have taken where I wanted to stay one more week. We will definitely be staying at this house again.

This was one of the best places we have stayed at the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped and loved the ice machine. We had plenty of room for the entire extended family. Would recommend more hangers in the closets.

Great wifi( this was important for some). Young ones enjoyed the grass area under house. House was very user friendly.

Great location, would recommend to family and friends. One negative was the gas grill , it should be cleaned on a regular basis, grease build up causes flat ups.

We had a wonderful week at Margaritaville! This property definitely deserves a five star rating! Our group included multiple generations and it met our needs perfectly. It was well equipped, tastefully decorated and extremely clean! The location could not have been better. We plan to return in the future.
