This is our fifth visit to Indian Rocks Beach, but the first time staying in this unit. You cannot beat the views and location. Owner was very responsive when we had a question upon check out. Would stay here again!

The condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to all the bars/shops/restaurants, but it felt tucked away that we were in our own quiet paradise. The unit is on the end right above the hot tub on the second floor facing the ocean. When we were at the condo, all our time was spent sitting on the patio watching the fisherman catch small sharks off the beach or talking with new friends in the pool area. This part of the beach was so much quieter than a mile north due to the big public beach area. We were so happy with how quiet the beech and entire condo unit was. The condo unit has an elevator and the entire and the parking is assigned under the structure. It felt very safe with a lot of lighting. The condo had very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The living room had reclining couches which were also very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. There’s nothing negative to be said about the facility itself and the amenities. The only negative (this is minor and will not deter me from ever staying again) is that it wasn’t exceptionally clean. The unit was definitely cleaned between each renter, but the floors and trims throughout could use a deep clean. Also there was a lot of dust and some spider webs in the corners of the rooms in the ceiling and on the windows where there were fake plants. Again, this is completely nitpicking and it’s a rental, so it’s understandable. Overall, 5 out of 5!!

Our check in was difficult because the condo had not been cleaned due to an error on the cleaner's calendar. We were not able to connect with owner, but fortunately the cleaner's card was on the frig, and she came immediately when we contacted her. We love the location and the beach.

This was in the perfect location close to everything we needed. Being on the beach and having access to the pool and hot tub was the best. The sunsets were amazing. The condo could use some TLC and updates on the linens and rugs. Had no place in the bathrooms to hang wet towels or put personal items.

We loved our stay at Anna Marie’s condo! The location was perfect. The pool was clean and shaded nicely through the morning. The beach access was great and it was nice to have the storage closet for the beach equipment and toys so less sand came back to the condo with us. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The best part was watching the beautiful sunsets each evening on balcony! We would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends.

We had a great time! The unit was great, clean, and fully stocked with amenities. Host was always responsive to any needs. The ocean view can't be beat! Enjoyed the pool area as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 (2 teens) really enjoyed the location of this condo. There were several walkable restaurants, an ice cream shop & fishing in the intercostals across the street. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. We will stay there again!

We enjoyed the space, amenities and the close proximity to the beach! Was a little busy and disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool area during the 4th- people just don’t respect property anymore.

We were very pleased with our stay and the accommodations were above expectations. The unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The pictures don't do it justice as there is new and updated furniture and a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom with a daybed as well which gave us plenty of room. The storage closet downstairs had plenty of beach equipment and left us room to store our gear as well. The location is central to really good restaurants and shops. The only negative, which is completely out of the owner's hands, is if there are people staying above you and they walk with heavy feet, you will hear them stomping around upstairs. Again, this is the only complaint, just be aware, but it's not enough of an issue to keep us from renting again next year. The view is spectacular and access to the beach is quick and easy with very soft white sand and not overly crowded. We will definitely rent again!

We wanted the weather and water of Clearwater without the crowds and Indian Rocks totally delivered. The condo was perfect for our family of four but could easily accommodate a larger family. Beach access on the property made popping up for snacks etc easy. The condo is located in the southern portion of IRB and is an easy walk to some nice eats - Pipo and Bettys, Crabby Bills and Anecdote brewery were faves for us. Plenty of chairs, floats, umbrellas even some fishing gear in the storage closet. Responsive host. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!

On the beach, nicely decorated, most every thing you will need in the kitchen plus some recreational items in the storage area. Walking distance to some local restaurants and shopping plus CVS. The beach and pool were never over crowded during our stay. Host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back!

This condo was just as advertised. Had enough space for our family of 4 and was so close to the beach. It was great to walk right out and be able to leave stuff there to grab a bite to eat for lunch in the condo and come right back. The storage unit had lots of toys/chairs and umbrellas for use. That was great!!

The condo was wonderful! I liked the bedrooms in the back and a roomy den and kitchen area with a beautiful view of the beach and water. We found the condo to be exactly as advertised. If available, we will book again next spring. Thank you!

Excellent views, clean, large condo. Everything we needed! Balcony was gorgeous to enjoy dining! We will be back to same condo if available next year!!!!! Pool and hot tub warm and never crowded. Good for all ages. Quiet neighborhood. Short 20 min drive to clearwater for any nightlife or touristy stuff. Excellent communication from host. Very accomodating. Pictures are all as described and even better in person! Enjoyed a week here!!!

We have stayed at Oceanside on several occasions in a different condo. We heard great things about this condo and decided to try. The stay was outstanding - even better than our go-to condo. The condo was immaculate. The space for our family of five was great. The use of the storage shed was key for trips to the beach. The location was perfect to hit the local restaurants. Great stay for our family.

Day 3 of condo stay my mother, wife and I started to experience upper respiratory symptoms associated with staying in this condo. Left a day and a half early. Although in a good location for Indian rocks. The condo owner and management company need to monitor cleaning crew and maintenance of the unit more closely. Blinds missing on all window treatments, and sliding doors. Flooring issue, extra blankets and pillows in closet not washed. Large amounts of dust were found on end tables, entertainment centers, fake plants, window sills, and MAIN AC AIR INTAKE. Must seal all container, due to tiny sugar ants found in kitchen (while cooking) and living great room area. Although bath was some what clean, the shower and bath tub could have used another scrubbing. After informing owner of this, nothing was done to rectify the problem, only a thank you for update. Needles to say, we will never use this property again. I urge others to rethink this location... But if anyone chooses to stay at this location in the future, I urge you, bring your own cleaning products, clean before you bring in your belongings and have a personal handy man on call. You may need them.

This was by far the best vacation we have ever been on. Indian Rocks Beach is a hidden gem. The condo was clean, beautiful, and well stocked. The only hiccup was the previous renters took home the key to storage shed. So we had to buy a couple chairs, which we left. The key was given to us on Wednesday which was 5 days after we checked in. The owner was very gracious in giving us a discount, which was more than fair. Would love to stay here again.

This was our first experience with Vrbo property so we were not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised and will stay in these properties versus hotels when able at future destinations. The host is very responsive, easy booking, easy check in, check out instructions. Everything was found exactly where was told it would be. Parking is covered which was a bonus. This property is exactly as described. Clean, spacious, beautiful…location is excellent, property is well maintained. Great size for our family of myself, my husband and our 2 adult children. Everything in condo works well, lots of everyday items in kitchen area made it easy to cook a few meals and enjoy dinner on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We had a small issue with the air conditioning upon arrival but host was very responsive and began working on solution to remedy the issue immediately. Technician even came out on a Sunday to check it out. Took a few days to get the part as it needed ordered but not hosts fault at all. There was a group of obnoxious teenagers that took over the pool area every evening from around 7-10. Teenagers are teenagers but this group was a lot over the top! Felt bad for the pool guy a few mornings because the hot tub was just a foam mess from all the sunblock. Families in rest of building were very nice and sociable. Community grill looked nice, we didn’t use but lots of families did and seemed to work well. Quiet time was 10p-8A and was respected by everyone. Small nuisance, People above us were “heavy walkers”, sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Beautiful views, sunsets, beach is very clean. Overall this is a lovely property and we are grateful to the hosts for sharing their little piece of heaven with our family. Would definitely rent this property in the future. Until next time!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous beach. Very clean and has all the amenities that you could want and need. This is our 2nd time renting and will definitely be back.

The location was perfect , waking up everyday and sitting on the loveseat watching the ocean. I can’t say enough about it! Our family had a great time, we used the amenities, and it was in a great area, Indian Rocks. Many thanks for a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. The condo was clean. Not being able to lower the thermostat below 72 was a small issue for us but overall it was a good stay. Owner was very easy to contact.

This property is PERFECT!!! The location could not have been better for us as we prefer a quiet stay. This condo is in a smaller complex with amazing beach and pool access. It was roomier than what I was expecting and our family of 5 was not crowded at all. We would LOVE to come back to this property! If you’re considering this property, DO IT!! You will not regret it!!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay and I can’t wait to go back and bring my parents and my sister and her kids I was hoping that your neighbor might and you might be friends so we could rent the two units at the same time
