Notre belle et très confortable villa est située dans le très prestigieux South Dalton Ranch à Durango, Colorado. Notre villa est une maison très propre et fonctionnelle sur le 3ème fairway du Dalton Ranch Golf Course. Il dispose de nombreux équipements, dont un très beau bain à remous pour 8 personnes dans un cadre privé donnant sur le parcours de golf. Un barbecue en plein air sur le pont le rend idéal pour les réunions et les divertissements familiaux ou sociaux. Le wifi est également dans la maison. La télévision par câble avec toutes les principales chaînes sportives et d'actualités est disponible! Magnifique maison dans un endroit génial !!

La chambre Links est la chambre principale et est située au rez-de-chaussée. Il a un très grand lit californien très confortable ainsi que de nombreux placards et tiroirs! La salle de bain Links a une très belle baignoire avec douche à vapeur séparée et double vasques et une commode fermée privée! Il y a aussi beaucoup d'espace de rangement dans la salle de bain principale.
La chambre Dalton a un lit Queen avec une 1/2 salle de bain à côté et est située au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre Dalton a sa propre entrée privée de l'extérieur. Il y a une très belle Armoire Antique pour ranger vos vêtements! Un ventilateur de plafond est une belle commodité dans la chambre Dalton :)
La chambre Trimble a un lit queen et un futon avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Une commode est située dans la chambre Trimble ainsi qu'une lampe de chevet!
La chambre Cascade a un lit double et un lit simple idéal pour 3 enfants ou 2 adultes simples. Les chambres Trimble et Cascade partagent une salle de bain complète avec douche et baignoire et sont situées à l'étage!
Notre maison est livrée avec une cuisine moderne qui dispose d'un four double + micro-ondes intégré idéal pour cuisiner ces repas de vacances en famille. Une très belle et grande table de salle à manger formelle pouvant accueillir 12 personnes ainsi qu'un bar à petit-déjeuner dans la cuisine pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. La cuisine contient un lave-vaisselle, un compacteur de déchets et une cuisinière à gaz Beaucoup d'espace de rangement et ne vous inquiétez pas de vous heurter dans la cuisine car c'est une très belle taille :)
Il y a un garage pour 2 voitures avec un ouvre-porte de garage qui ouvre l'une ou l'autre porte. Ce garage gardera les véhicules bien au sec et hors de l'allée et de la neige en hiver :) Il y a beaucoup de place pour 2 autres véhicules sur le tablier à l'extérieur du garage pour 2 voitures. Le Patio est bien situé sur le 3ème fairway du Dalton Ranch Golf Course.
Notre Villa est très privée dans son emplacement situé au bout d'un cul de sac. Fantastique maison pour se divertir !!

This property was perfect for our family. Grandparents down to grandchildren, it was very comfortable. We found it not only beautiful, the neighborhood was gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. The hosts were helpful, friendly and informative but not intrusive, and we found it well stocked and spacious. We are already wanting to book this property again. Thank you Ron and Felicia

In the area with family for a wedding just down the road. Perfect location and great facilities to hang and chill with my siblings between events. Would absolutely stay again should we find ourselves in Durango.

House was clean and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Had all amenities as described and the use of the 2 car garage was great, we were able to park our Harley’s out of the weather and not worry about them overnight. Would gladly stay at this residence again.

Ron's home was perfect for our large family, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 3 couches in living room, large dining room table fit us all. Location was the best, right across from the Hot Springs, in-between town and ski basin. Hot tub was a nice bonus! Only small comments, No complaints, some pans in kitchen needed to be just thrown out and we ran out of forks at every meal. Would definitely stay again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that needed attention.
Not enough towels for everyone. Everything was heavily used and wore out. Coaches, pots, pans, etc. TV’s need to be upgraded, they were small and older.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was as listed with all the amenities needed to make everything easy. The location is about half way between Durango and Purgatory right on the golf course. The neighborhood was very quiet w/ hardly any traffic. The kids enjoyed sledding down the hills on the golf course. Gas fireplace and hot tub were awesome. We had a fantastic time.

We couldn't find extra towels at first, but after rereading the instructions left, we found them and there were plenty. The location was ideal. We were there for a funeral for our uncle, and he had lived right next door, and our cousins both lived in the neighborhood. Our only complaint was that it could have been cleaner.

This home's location is absolutely wonderful....quiet, gorgeous neighborhood and very private even though it's on a golf course... the home is spacious and had plenty of room for our large group of family that stayed there! The BBQ grill and hot tub were a nice added bonus. The only drawback is that the home is not well maintained at all. MANY things were not working or were taped together....leaky faucets, baseboards and doorways needed painting, carpet and door handles and screens were in disrepair, the home was not stocked well at all... every cabinet had random things and broken pieces of things in them.... almost like no one maintains this home. It was not "dirty", in fact it was clean! Just in sad shape. The beds were VERY tough to sleep in.... the master bedroom bed was the only comfortable one. No one else slept well in any of the other beds.... So overall, we had mixed feelings about this home.

House is in gorgeous neighborhood on a golf course with a very nice backyard space. Hot tub was clean and perfect temp (rarity in rentals).
It was nice having garage door openers to get in and out.
Evaporative cooler worked very well (had never used one). You do have to refill it, but very easy to do.
Beds were comfy.
Kitchen was spacious and well-equipped.
We didnt use the tvs or any of the stereo stuff, but wifi worked well.
Host was accessible and accommodating.

We have vacationed in a number of VRBOs over the past few years and have always been impressed with the cleanliness, that is until our recent rental in Durango. What was a great location turned out to be the filthiest property we have ever rented. Huge disappointment…. Not sure what they meant by updated kitchen, maybe because it had a dishwasher, but all other appliances had to date back to pre-2000. Make sure you wear shoes or your feet or you will stick to the floors and be BLACK, except for the upstairs bathtub where you may fall on your tush because the bathtub floor was slick and slimy. Furniture was reminiscent of my grandmother's house, the area rugs were frayed, the pillows had no structure and the bedding was minimal. Old, old, old stuff. Make sure you wash your clothes when you get home !!!
PS. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, you only get enough for two days.

The house was beautiful. It wasn’t very clean .We found trash in a couple of the beds,there was mouse poop in the kitchen cabinets,The back door handle fell off as soon as we tried to open it.So did the oven door handle.There was huge spider webs in different rooms.I think it’s an awesome place but could use a little maintenance and a new house cleaning service.Also couldn’t get some of the remotes to work.We would have fixed the back door but couldn’t find the screw.Overall a nice house in a nice location.

My friends and I rented this property for a ski trip to purgatory, and it was fantastic. The location was really close to the resort and town, the property was very comfortable and well stocked, and the heated floors really made the experience exceptional. Thanks Ron!

If you’re looking for a clean house to relax with your family this is NOT the place. Spider webs and dead bugs in all of the windows, entry and inside by the back door. Trash left in trash can from previous person, dirty sponges left to clean with. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, had to go into town at 8:30pm to by our own!! Mold in master bath and broken tiles, outdated and dirty bathroom upstairs, hair left from previous visitors. When I brought these issues up with the owner he didn’t acknowledge any of these problems, just threats to show pictures of the mess we supposedly left, which we didn’t. We swept the kitchen/living area, folded blankets, put everything in its place, washed dishes, wiped counters. No direction online as to what to do with linens, which were also old. Old dirty stained pillows, had to put on our own pillow cases. Garage door didn’t work. Keys for the front door were left on the floor by the front door, which also had leaves and spider webs everywhere. Old smell and stained carpet upstairs. Left with old dirty sponges to clean dishes. Back door was practically broken and could hardly shut. Bottom bathroom didn’t lock. Nail sticking up on wooden bed upstairs that kept snagging us, had to nail down ourselves. Absolutely no care to detail on cleanliness and concern of visitors. When I tired to have a private conversation to address these issues he made threats to post pictures of how we left the house a mess, which we did not. We’ve used VRBO for years and have never had an experience like this. Very disappointing, will definitely not be back and do not recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Durango and our stay in the villa. The property had accurate description, well equipped kitchen, great grill, and really appreciated the garage for car and bikes. The owner was very responsive to our needs and quick response. Great restaurants, rode the Durango to Silverton train with friends and always a great experience!
The hot tub feels good after a long ride and used almost daily. Area is very quiet. I would stay at this property again.

Family Get Together
Had a great time ! Hot tub was a hit; location was perfect! Kitchen well stocked and the plenty of seating for sit down dinner at the table. We were even able to get in a little early so the little ones could catch a nap. We'll be back !

Great golf location
Home sits just off the 3rd tee at Dalton Ranch which is a beautiful course and community. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the area immensely. The home has a some maintenance and cleaning items that needed attention, many noted in other reviews so no need to re-state here. Thank you to Ron and his family for letting us stay in this home.

Beautiful location needs a deep clean
Property owner is fantastic to deal with and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. However, the property was not properly cleaned. We found dead spiders and cobwebs all over the place. I have owned a mountain home and know this can be an issue, however, it was supposed to be thoroughly cleaned and it was not.
The furniture is outdated as well, and the hot tub was way too dirty to deal with.

Good location, pretty view out the back. Big enough to house our large family. Property is a little outdated and could use a "deep cleaning" but over all, we were satisfied with the house.

Needs a little improvement
Our family of 12 had a good time. The house was large enough to accommodate everything we needed. However, the house wasn't cleaned well. We had to re-clean some things upon arrival. Overall, a positive experience, but could be better with additional cleaning. We hope to stay again in a cleaner environment.

Great Year Round Location in Beautiful Durango
Our family with children and grandchildren had a great time in this spacious home. It is only about 20 minutes from Purgatory Resort for skiing and snowboarding in the winter and close to many golfing, hiking, biking activities in the summer. It is about 20 minutes from Downtown Durango, with a wonderful main street to shop and eat. The beds and furniture were comfortable and perfect for families. The home was clean and fairly well stocked. We did make a few suggestions to the owner but nothing that changes the overall rating. There is a high end small grocery store very close and a larger typical grocery store about 10 minutes away. It is in a lovely neighborhood.
