Notre maison de ville / villa à un étage offre la plupart des conforts de la maison. Draps de luxe, une baignoire, 3 télévisions avec câble Spectrum, appareils Kitchen Aid, cuisine entièrement équipée, 2 cheminées, laveuse / sécheuse, terrasse privée, barbecue, garage pour 2 voitures avec vue sur la montagne.
Il s’agit d’un duplex / maison en rangée avec une vie privée qui n’est pas offert par la plupart des autres propriétés de Legacy Villas. Il possède un garage attenant pour deux voitures avec un espace extérieur éloigné des condos de l'autre côté de la rue.
Les équipements abondent avec 12 piscines, 11 spas, 2 piscines pour la nage en longueur, un centre de remise en forme, un hamac / jardin de palmiers, des cabanes au bord de la piscine, le Legacy Grille (ouvert en haute saison), un parc pour enfants, 15 fontaines, des sentiers de promenade, des cheminées extérieures, un pavillon et des sols manucurés.

What a beautiful home and resort! Our home was lovely, large, 3 Bdrms, beautiful Baths and fully equipped with everything you would need. Gorgeous grounds and many beautiful pools. A true paradise in the desert.

We initially had quite a few problems entering the home as the security/passcode system needed to be rebooted but the homeowner was easy to reach and the next morning had it repaired. It was very hot in the unit and we all had trouble sleeping. According to the homeowner, the a/c does not go below 73 degrees but we were never able to get it to go below 74. The bathrooms were not cleaned well.

Home was exactly as described. The complex is beautiful with wonderful pools. The home is well stocked and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. Lots of space with a large patio. Great communication from the accommodating manager. We can't wait to stay here again.

We were very happy with this rental property. It was clean and well furnished. The one level (no stairs) was perfect for our little one. The condo was larger than pictured and located well with a pool steps away and a short walk to the main pool. Communication was great. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay
My 13 yo daughter and I stayed here for a week while attending a horse show and it was perfect. The home was clean, well equipped and just as described. We especially appreciated it having an attached garage. Communication with the owner was easy and he very promptly responded when I had questions.

David’s condo was a perfect location for our group who was in town for an equestrian competition. The layout meant that both en suite masters had privacy- while the living area was comfortable and very functional for everyone. Lots of pools in the development meant that they were never crowded and the kids were entertained. Communication with David was quick and easy- he was available for any questions, but everything in the home worked as promised. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations
The photos do not do this property justice: it is very spacious. 2 of the bedrooms are master suites and the 3rd bedroom with 2 beds is larger than it appears in photos.
This house has so many thoughtful amenities: soap, small shampoo, conditioner and lotion in bathroom upon arrival, anything you could need in the kitchen, some games, full laundry....I could go on and on. It’s soooo quiet and lovely in this location. One of the many pools is steps away, walking on the property was delightful. The living/dining area was large and perfect for gathering together but everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom.
I hope we are able to return many times. It really is an oasis in the desert. We are not golfers and frankly loved not being on a course but many many courses are nearby.

Scenic and relaxing
We loved our stay in La Quinta! The weather was colder than usual for the desert, but the hot tubs were perfectly steamy. The house was very spacious, so when we had to be indoors we had plenty of room to either be together or have privacy. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen and household supplies. David was very contentious and accessible. We were able to hike bear creek canyon just down the street and go a little farther to ride ATVs in Palm Springs. Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Winter Respite
The property was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, and well maintained. There wasn't anything missing with the amenities within the apartment. The grounds and related amenities were quite nice and we really enjoyed walking through the grounds and utilizing the workout facility. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a break from reality!

Great holiday
We had a wonderful holiday in La Quinta at the Legacy Suites. Thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations, super comfortable, well furnished, everything we needed. Our family needed a re-charge and it was provided. David, our host, was accessible and made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to stay there in the future.

Relax in the most serene place this side of heaven
So enjoyed walking the many pathways in this resort. There were fountains flowing and trees heavy with oranges and grapefruits. Brunch on the patio was a treat with sunshine through the tree leaves.......all very quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely great!!!!
This place is great-modern, safe and clean. The service and communication with the owner were prompt and courteous. My friend and I went to play golf all week and though the golf was not always the best, it was nice to go back to this place to recover.I have already recommended it to my friends.
