Beautiful views. Everything about this home was so perfect for us. So much open space on each floor. Relaxing inside and out. It was a hard place to leave. This home helped make for a great memorable time in Utah for us.

We spent the weekend grilling out, enjoying the hot tub and reconnecting with old friends. The house was immaculate, you can really tell the owner puts a lot of work into the property. The positioning of the house makes it feel worlds away and extremely private. Anthony was extremely accommodating and allowed for early check in. Communication with him and the housekeeper was very easy and streamlined. We floated the Provo River and got some beach time at Deer Lake State park. Can’t wait to come back in the future!

We were visiting the area to celebrate our anniversary and this home was perfect in so many ways and really enhanced our getaway. We spent several of our afternoons sitting out on the deck enjoying the wonderful view of Mt. Timpanogos. The inside of the home is well designed and beautifully decorated and there isn't a bad view from any window, allowing you to enjoy any space you choose to be in. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, cooking utensils and pans. I'm always a little cautious about using hot tubs as not every place we've stayed at has done a great job of keeping up with the chemicals but this one was impeccably maintained. The location of the home is very convenient with easy access to any of the area activities. We can't wait to return!

The house is “amazing” and “perfect” to quote our gang. It’s large enough to accommodate a group of adults comfortably with privacy. The kitchen is spacious and stocked. Anthony is a great host! We had a fantastic time and recommend highly!!

We loved the location and the house amenities. However, the house needs maintenance, for example the shower in the Master Bathroom is missing the door, this was not conveyed to us at the time of the rental, so we had to shower in the miniature bathroom in the main floor, this bathroom has very poor lighting and the shower stall is less than 2 square feet with a very heavy curtain outside making it difficult to get in and out of the shower. I did point these things to the owner, and hopefully he replaces the curtain with a glass door and the light fixture in the small bathroom if there are no plans for fixing the master bath. Other than that, the house is great, specially the kitchen it has every appliance and condiments to make a special dinner the family would enjoy..

We enjoyed the privacy of this beautiful home, comfortable sleeping accommodations, open kitchen and living room, as well as the lovely views and the deck. We love to hike and the home is conveniently located near several trailheads.

The home is exactly as advertised. We had two families with older kids together for a week and we all LOVED the place. I’ve been wanting that snowy cabin experience and it was exactly what I was looking for. I would love to stay here again.

The listing is spot-on accurate. My friends and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. Sundance is minutes away and fly-fishing on the Provo River downstream from the Deer Creek Reservoir is 30 minutes away. I hope to come back, next time with my family.

Our family of 12 couldn't have asked for more. The place was absolutely incredible and the views were even better. It was only a 10-minute drive to Sundance Ski Resort and all sorts of other close and fun destinations. The house was roomie, cozy, and meticulously cleaned and decorated. The two best things that immediately come to mind are the views from the kitchen windows and the heated floors (YES, the floors are heated!). We had a few questions throughout the trip and the owner could NOT have been more helpful and customer service-oriented. I recommend this house to all and we will also be back to this house as a family vacation spot for years to come.

Loved staying here! Everything was as advertised with a few unexpected bonuses—like, a friendly neighborhood deer that would come right up to you and eat out of your hand, hundreds of wild turkeys walking right around the home, dozens of elk in the hills close by, and wonderfully comfortable heated floors all throughout the home. Highly recommend!

This property is located in a beautiful mountain setting, and we were lucky to be there as the trees were changing color to bright yellows and reds, and the tops of the mountains were just dusted in snow. There is abundant wildlife as we saw many deer, wild turkeys, and other birds. The property is located a very short drive from Sundance ski resort and just a bit further to Park City, and it's only about 15-20 minutes from Provo. I recommend taking a drive through the Wasatch Mountains on Highway 92; the views are spectacular! The home itself is very roomy and well decorated inside. The decor was what I would imagine in a European hunting lodge and has many interesting paintings and furnishings. The kitchen is well laid out and well stocked. The dining room table is huge and could easily accommodate a couple of large families. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Anthony, the owner, is very responsive, and easy to work with, and the whole rental process was seamless. The deposit was returned very timely. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing, back to nature getaway, in a spectacular, designer home!

My friends and I were in town to run the Utah Valley Marathon and were looking forward to relaxing in the mountains. This house did not disappoint. Every window shows a stunning view, beds were comfy, it was very clean, and there were great places to just hang out as a group. We had a problem in the master bath and the owner and the housekeeper were immediately responsive. We hope to come back and run the marathon next year and this will be our first choice for housing for sure!!

Beautiful, roomy and warm. We knew this home was beautiful from the photos on VRBO, but didn't expect the luxurious extras! The first was that it has radiate heated floors and felt sooooo good on my usual cold feet during our cold December stay. The second was that the high ceilings and big rooms helped us feel relaxed and not cramped like in a hotel room. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware you need to create your own meals, and the bathrooms had plenty of TP and towels. The hot tub was a real bonus extra! It was a fantastic vacation!

The massive-dimension, multilevel house with soaring ceilings seemed like a kind of rough hewn mountainside castle that easily absorbed 11 family members having a 3 generation reunion. We could all mill around in the kitchen together and sit at one table whether indoors or out - a rare treat in rental property. three double bedrooms and, best of all, a multi bunk kids dormitory bedroom were just what we needed. The house is beautifully sited with stunning canyon views and provides lots of substantive outdoor seating on the huge deck to look at them. Nearby Aspen Grove splendor was easily accessed for family hiking and we floated en mass down the Provo River. Although these were close by needing only a few minutes drive, watch out for the traffic threat of lunatic Utah drivers speeding around the corners. We saw one major smash near the Sundance road intersection with half a dozen emergency vehicles. The property served us well in all respects.

Great place for large groups! Beautiful, well designed house. World class skiing. Can watch plenty of wild life from the great room. The place is clean.

I went here with my family for a ski trip. Nice Great room/kitchen with a view of the mountains. After skiing, we entered through the garage/mud room. The house held our family and could have held a second family as well. Sundance was ten minutes away and Deer Valley/Park City is accessible with out crossing a mountain pass. The hot tub was good post ski therapy!

The location is great and the house is beyond terrific. Moments away from Sundance and an easy drive to Deer Valley. The veiws are incredible!

Happy to report another tremendous vacation at this spectacular Normandy inspired home in the mountains. This is a perfect year round destination conveniently located to a variety of Utah's premier ski, fishing, hiking and bike trails. As far amenities, this home is turnkey with a large functional kitchen, great stone wall fireplace and beautiful picturesque living room overlooking the mountains. This home is ideal for family vacations, business retreats or quiet time to stare at the mountains and the abundant wildlife.

Went out for Presidents Day weekend and had a fantastic stay. Sundance is a couple minutes away and very reasonable when it comes to lift tickets and rentals. Plenty of guides for fly fishing who know every stretch of the river. spectacular views from the great room over the mountains and saw tons of wildlife. House is decorated impeccably and owner could not be more helpful and accommodating. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat. Really liked the warm floors with radiant heat because it dried the ski clothes! Also close enough to many other ski areas. Try the Owl Bar at Sundance as they have great live music

Stunning home near great ski resorts. Hit Sundance ( eight minutes away), Deer Valley and Alta. All within close proximity to house. The house is like a 5 star resort. Perfect place to relax after a hard day of skiing and cook a gourmet meal. The house easily accommodated ten of us. Besides the great skiing, The Owl Bar at Sundance was a highlight of the trip. I would definitely recommend for a special Utah vacation.

Easy access to multiple ski resorts, large gourmet kitchen , wonderful master suite with marble finishes , steam shower and jacuzzi tub (bathroom is larger than my sons bedroom at home!) Views Views Views...Less than an hour from the airport...We rented ATV's from a nearby resort-super fun

I just returned last night form a 1 week stay in this Sundance home, with my wife, 2 adult sons and daughter in laws. I was hesitant to write a review, as I was being selfish in shielding this gem from others. However, my better side prevailed and I can state the following: Ample room for more than 3 adult couples with wonderful accommodations, spacious rooms and bedrooms. There also is a fourth bedroom which would be ideal for children as it is bunked and trundled. The views are breath taking. The kitchen, dining room and deck flow together. There is ample seating outside and inside to accommodate 8-10 people with ease. The location placed us within easy drives to hike, fish and raft. We enjoyed the house so much that we forced ourselves to leave for activities during the day. This home is a 5 star accommodation priced more than fairly.

I have stayed at this home for several years during ski, fly fishing and golf season. This is a beautiful Normandy style mountain home ideal for family vacations, business retreats or a getaway to the mountains. The home is magnificently detailed, immaculately maintained and outfitted including a professional kitchen to accommodate large dinner parties. I highly recommend this property!

I have stayed here several times during the ski season, and once during the late summer. The proximity to Sundance is fabulous, but there is also great fly fishing, biking and golf nearby. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a huge, great fireplace and a kitchen with all the amenities. The hot tub is perfect way to end a day of skiing.
