The location of the rooms is ideal for traveling to Cinque Terre since it is close to the central train station. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. Elisa was very kind and helpful!

Nothing. The only negative was that they had some maintenance work on the building and as a result we could not open the window, but this has not to do with the hotel.

The room/hotel is located inside a residential building - this was not clear to me, and a little hard to find. No lobby… Elevator is challenging… no view from the room.

The room was really nice and bed was comfortable. The room looked out onto a busy square, and was right next to the main street but was not too noisy. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Elisa was very friendly and welcoming and was easy to arrange check in. It was straightforward to get breakfast at the cafe across the road and the pastries and coffee were delicious! we would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment in the city center and a few minutes walk from the train station, close to great restaurants and cafes. Parking is available under the train station in paid parking and there is paid and free street parking close by. The room was beautiful and thoughtfully fitted out and had everything we needed for our stay. Pretty quiet, considering we were right in the city center and lovely and warm. The bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge and a desk, a safe and it had great wifi. The bathroom was great with a large shower, plenty of hot water. There is a lift and it is very secure inside the hotel. Close to all the tourist attractions, ferries and train station to visit Cinque Terre or if arriving by train.

This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations. The location is very close (4 min walk) to the La Spezia station but also central to the square and port. On top of that, the rooms are spotless and pristine.

The host Elisa was friendly and helpful.

Not worth the money at all. Room was ok but quite small. No normal bed sheets. Don't be fooled by the free breakfast as you will only get a voucher for a cafeteria nearby for a cup of coffee, juice and croissant. The service in the cafeteria was terrible. We didn't feel welcome there at all. Drinks and food were also poor. One of the most disappointing stays.

This was one of the best places we have visited with Booking.com, really outstanding. The owners are helpful, the place is newly remodeled with old stonework preserved, it is close to the train station, and close to town, and the rooms were immaculate, The breakfast place across the traffic circle is bustling with the best coffee and pastries in the morning to get you started.

It is a lovely and charming place to stay with a very nice host. We were given many tips from her on how to make our stay pleasant. The place is very comfy and clean, situated in a very central area of la Spezia, 3 minutes away from the train station and approx. 15 minutes from the harbor. The breakfast in the café across the street is a nice plus.

The only minus is the noisy traffic at all times
