not clean enough. there were dead cockroaches everywhere

The decor & ambience was just lovely. The owners have managed that rare balance of effort and functionality - for parents of 4 young children, it was delight to stay somewhere beautifully decked out but not precious!
BBQ was dirty upon arrival, which to be fair, the agents did send somebody over to clean - but we checked in late Friday afternoon so it was Monday evening before we could use BBQ.

Location nice, air conditioning great, good family house.
There should be a sheet of instructions for the house about air-con, roller doors, rooms that are meant to be inaccessible, info about spa being there but not usable. Generally a basic welcome and instructional letter specific to the home rather than the generic on offered.
