It was a bit odd the reception being closed not having any staff on site . In saying that the room security door code was sent via text message by 1 pm . we got into the room okay . Sign of the times I guess !

Location was perfect Close to shops and straight across street from bowls club Would definitely stay again

We were checking in after midnight. The manager was really accommodating and really helpful.

Lovely room and nicely renovated since our last stay but cockroaches in the bathroom this morning spoilt it for me. They’re coming up the drain.

I was a bit taken back when told I couldn’t park my Spyder in the park outside my room and that I had to split park with my friend who had a motorbike and his own room. Eventually common sense prevailed and I was given a different room and allowed to park there but I just found the need to justify parking outside my own room a bit annoying after a long day’s riding. As I say, no huge drama and it was all resolved soon after but I would have thought that just telling bike riders that they need to split park because that’s the Motel Policy is a bit rough. Otherwise, lovely spot and nice comfortable and quiet stay, thank you.

The beds were a little too hard for my liking. I m fussy I know but the coffee is not my type. I can only drink decaf ..
