Beautiful Private Gold Canyon Home
Notre maison est située dans un quartier très calme de plus belles maisons sur de grands terrains. Bien que n'étant pas une communauté fermée, il a ce look et la sensation que tout est très bien entretenu. Notre maison se trouve sur 2/3 acres avec un mur de la vie privée. l'extérieur de la maison est de style adobe et dispose d'aménagement paysager du désert à l'avant et de nombreux palmiers, oranger, tilleul et autres palmiers à l'arrière entourant la piscine non chauffée. Du patio orienté vers le sud, vous pouvez profiter des magnifiques levers du soleil du matin et des couchers de soleil du soir
La maison elle-même est d'environ 2600 pieds carrés et a été construite en 2010. Les planchers intérieurs sont principalement carrelés avec des mises à niveau de plancher de bois dans les deux chambres d'appoint. La chambre principale est tapissée. L'intérieur de la maison est décoré dans un mélange de sud-ouest et contemporain. Une grande porte d'entrée surdimensionnée en bois vous permet d'accéder à une spacieuse salle familiale / salle à manger / cuisine ouverte. Sectionnel en cuir confortable et un grand téléviseur LCD sont présentés ici. Un ventilateur de plafond déplace bien l'air et il y a beaucoup d'éclairage ambiant. Il y a une tanière pour se détendre dans la salle familiale. Une baignoire profonde et douche séparée sont en vedette dans le maître avec un mobilier confortable et une grande télévision LCD. Une grande promenade dans le placard est également situé ici. Dans l'autre aile de la maison sont deux chambres séparées avec lits queen et un joli mobilier. Dans l'ensemble, une maison habitable très confortable pour des séjours courts ou longs. Grand garage abrite une de nos voitures et une voiturette de golf qui ne sont pas à l'usage des locataires. Un parking pour deux voitures est disponible à l'extérieur de la maison. Une buanderie comprend des appareils électroménagers droits. Ceci est une maison non-fumeur qui est entièrement meublé sans avoir besoin de quoi que ce soit, sauf vos effets personnels. Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir remplacer tout ce que vous utilisez pendant votre séjour. Merci!

Beautiful and very comfortable home. Our small family of 3 (2+10 year old) found this home to be a great base for an active week of hiking, biking and exploring. Great location and everything we needed we found. Grill, hot tub and lounging chairs for soaking up the sun! Thank you for sharing your oasis with us!

What a beautiful, comfortable home!
It was a perfect size for our family to host Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen and was well equipped and the counter was large with plenty of chairs. Of course, the pool was too cold to use but we sat around the lovely patio area.

This was perfect for our family of four. Convenient to all that the east valley had to offer, Petroglyph Trail, Sully Mountain, Salt River Tubing, Goldfield Ghost Town, Tonto National Forest, etc. Scottsdale and Phoenix are only a little bit further.

Oasis.
We stayed here for spring break. The home is beautiful and private. Felt like we had our own little resort with the pool and the private back yard. The pool was immaculate, but a little chilly. In talking with the pool cleaner we found out that this is typical for the area. Very few pools are heated. The home is located in a very quiet, safe neighborhood so my wife was comfortable walking in the mornings. Truly a relaxing vacation. Owner was great to work with. One of the best vacations I've ever taken. We will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Fantastic home in a great location!
This was our first 2 month winter stay in Arizona and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Don and Judy’s house was comfortable, well equipped and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We loved the house’s proximity to the mountains and golf courses. It was a great place to hunker down in during the pandemic! We will definitely return!! Thanks Don and Judy!

Desert Oasis
This house was immaculate in every way. Had all necessary household supplies and was clean throughout. The interior design is appealing to the eye and the inside of the house is huge. Love the master bath and the pool was incredibly refreshing and clean. I will be booking again next year!

Home away from Home
A home away from home. Stocked with what we needed and grocery close by. Rooms were spacey - with the tall ceilings - liked the dining room, kitchen, and family room all connected with a side den. Nice poolside patio and quiet neighborhood. Accent lights at night in both the spacious back and front yards. (and some inside). Very nice neighbors next door that checked to make sure everything was OK. A nice well furnished clean home - would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful property.
This beautiful 3 bedroom home is located in an extremely quiet area of Gold Canyon. The three beds are really only big enough for 1 person. The pool was nice and clean but too cool for use at this time of year. Overall a great place especially when the weather is perfect as it was for us.

Beautiful Gold Canyon Home
Don and Judy’s home was beyond our expectations - beautiful inside and out. We spent as much time as possible in the backyard and enjoying the warm sun by the pool. The property is very close to the activities we enjoy (golf, hiking, exploring). It was a pleasure working with Don. He was always very quick to respond to our questions and requests. It was our first experience with a VRBO and it guaranteed it will not be our last. Don was extremely helpful making sure our stay went perfectly. The property was not only beautiful it was easy to feel at home there. Everything you could need was available from laundry, to wifi and a coffee pot, really too much to list. This home will be the top of the list for our next stay in the Gold Canyon Area.

My family and I were very happy with this house!
The house itself is of the highest quality and also, in a very nice neighborhood. It was close to a good restaurant and Walgreen’s was conveniently close by. There was very little traffic on the street and there were golf courses and hiking trails close by. It also has convenient access to 60 Hiway. It’s also great that the backyard was a very nice size with a beautiful pool and lounging area with a TV for viewing your favorite sports and programs.
The house was comfortable and we especially liked the fact that the master bedroom was on the opposite side of the house of the other two bedrooms. We had a 9 month old baby with us and did have to provide our own crib/playpen. But, that wasn’t an issue for us. Really, the only thing we would have preferred is that the master bed was king sized rather than queen. Again... not that important.
We had the opportunity to meet the homeowners. They were very welcoming and friendly. They were also committed to making our stay as nice as possible. It is definitely going to be our first choice next time we head back to beautiful Gold Canyon to visit our parents! We made a great choice! In a word... CLASSY😊�

Relaxing Oasis
This home is a wonderful place to stay. The house, the backyard and the neighborhood were all exactly what we were looking for. The owners and the caretakers were available to us for any questions and were easy to work with from start to finish. The home was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated inside and out.
There were so many positives about this home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with appliances, dishes, and spices. There was also coffee, paper products, dishwasher soap and laundry soap. You just replace what you use. It was so nice to have it there initially! There were plenty of bath and pool towels, and a nice washer and dryer. The furniture was comfortable, clean, and well maintained.
The backyard was the best part. We were able to spend afternoons in the pool, grill dinner, and in the evening, sit on the patio watch football and enjoy the landscape and lighting.
We did not want to leave, and will gladly return in the future. Thank you Don and Judy for the use of you home!

VRBO made it easy to find a great home in a great location for our family to be together. This home provided everything we could have asked for, including a much-needed sparkling pool to lounge in, plus nice extras like a good supply of dishes and cookery to keep everyone happy. Gorgeous home with a beautiful backyard
We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this beautiful home in March 2019. We could have not been more happier. The back yard with the pool, patio and BBQ is an amazing oasis. It is a quiet neighbourhood and nice to watch the birds and wildlife. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were always available for any questions we had. Very nice property located in quiet neighborhood of Gold Canyon
This spacious, beautiful, well furnished home was a perfect fit for our relaxing 4 day stay while in the eastern Phoenix metro area, Location was great, being near the trails of the Superstition Mountains. The well equipped, clean pool area was nice to take in the warm afternoon temps, Don was very easy to work with , and accessible to answer a few questions we had. Having stayed in many VRBO rental homes, I rate give this property a 5+ rating. Thank you Don.

Beautiful, spacious house. Perfect location for the Renaissance Festival.
We stayed here with our friends and their son for the Renaissance festival. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The nightly rate was similar to the local hotel we stayed at last year but staying at the house was so much more comfortable, felt like staying with a friend.

A 10 star home- a must stay!!!
This is easily the best place we have ever stayed in our years with VRBO!! The house is beautiful and I would love to buy a house like this!! This does not feel like a rental but more like being at home! I have a bad back but the beds are so great that I didn't have any problem sleeping! Don was easy to work with and he has made this house a must stay for all!
