Veuillez consulter la description de la chambre. L'été est un minimum de 7 nuits, sauf si des lacunes dans le calendrier se produisent. Nous louons du samedi au samedi.
L'utilisation des installations de l'Association Tahoe Keys est facturée séparément par l'Association sur une base quotidienne ou hebdomadaire. Cela comprend les piscines intérieure et extérieure avec bains à remous extérieurs adjacents à la piscine intérieure, les courts de tennis, la plage et l'aire de jeux pour enfants.
Notre condominium maison de ville est situé au large de l'eau sur la lagune de Tahoe Keys et à proximité du canal du lac. Vous êtes à 4 minutes à pied de la piscine intérieure et à 5 minutes à pied de la piscine extérieure et de la plage privée. Les courts de tennis sont juste en face de la rue, tout comme le terrain de basket.
Les installations récréatives partagées de l'Association des propriétaires de maison nécessitent un laissez-passer. Ils sont disponibles au bureau de l'Association moyennant des frais. Le coût dépend de la durée du séjour et des installations utilisées. (Tarifs journaliers et hebdomadaires disponibles.) Appelez-nous pour les frais actuels et les heures d'ouverture de l'Association. Assurez-vous de le savoir avant de réserver pour éviter les surprises.
L'étage a été entièrement rénové, novembre 2009. Les deux salles de bains à l'étage ont tous les sols en marbre et douche / baignoire avec portes en verre clair. La salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée a été rénovée en mai 2015. Dessus et éviers de vanité de granit. De nouvelles toilettes. Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur.
De nouveaux tapis de chambre et de hall à l'étage ont été installés en 2009.
La cuisine et le salon du rez-de-chaussée ont été rénovés en 2016. Des planchers de bois franc, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable ornent le remodelage. Voir nos photos pour le nouveau look.
Il y a un petit patio donnant sur le lagon, avec table / chaises et barbecue au propane.

We loved staying at the condo in Tahoe Keys. The home was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Greg was very communicative, being upfront with the possibility of construction on the bulkhead. He also provided recommendations of restaurants and activities in the area.
The condo is in a great location with easy access to all the restaurants and activities in South Lake Tahoe. I would highly recommend staying at the condo in Tahoe Keys!

My husband and I came up with three of our adult children. The place was cute and clean with all the amenities you need. The owner, Greg, got back to us very quickly when we had questions. I would recommend this home!

We stayed a week in the condo during the 4th of July. We enjoyed great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our teenage boys had plenty of space to themselves and having the dock right outside was perfect.

This unit is great for a small family. The deck is so pleasant in the mornings and although gets sun in the evening (in June, 2021); it's quite comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped & BBQ works great. Owner is very responsive! Would def'ly go back.

Location was nice, condo was clean. Condo is in need of a few repairs, small things we noticed upon arrival but were not a big deal and didn't affect our stay. Would recommend a TV upgrade in the master bedroom and maybe TVs in the guest rooms. Internet was hit and miss for us which was only an issue because our kids were still doing virtual school. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We enjoy this stay very much for our family of 4 a get-away vacation. It's a perfect size property, each one has its own bathroom to use. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, pans, pots, for our meals. Great location with direct access to the lake. Great that we brought on our kayak. Many fun exploring trips in the area . We got so comfortable with the condo and don't want to leave at the end.

Overall my wife and kids had a great experience. We used board games provided and had movie nights. And might I say the movie selection was 5stars. I would most definitely return for another stay. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The condo was spacious for 5 of us and was very comfortably furnished. We enjoyed a few of the card/board games and there were a lot of them! The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook breakfast everyday and a few meals as well. The view of the mountains in the distance was great to wake up to. Greg was very responsive both before and during our visit. Overall, It we all had a great time.

Has everything you need in kitchen very comfortable beds and a variety of games. The keys are right out the living room door the view is beautiful. Owner was very responsive to our need. Definitely would use again.

Nicely remodeled townhouse with beautiful views. Tahoe Keys is the only place I stay. It's close to one of my favorite trials and is easy to get in and out of. Very nice quit community. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

We stayed at the property for three days. The proerty was very clean, the location is right at the lake, with beautiful views!!! The property is close to many restaurants amd shops. We had a wonderful time!!!

The property owner/manager (Greg) was very kind and helpful throughout the process when I was looking for information about the property. Greg responded within a matter of time. The property was clean and very spacious. My family really enjoy our stay. We will definitely stay again for next time when go for our next Lake Tahoe vacation. The only recommendation we have is have the water heater do not have enough warm water after 4th person taking a shower. We have to wait at least half hour to have a warm water. Other than that, we have wonderful time staying and enjoyable family together. Junior

This condo is an end unit, right on the water. It is very comfortable and clean with beautiful views. Love all the upgrades.

We had 5 adults staying in the 3 bd 3 ba condo. The communication with the owner was excellent, the condo is in a great location with easy access to the lake and town, and the condo had everything we need for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities needed to cook and BBQ. We brought our boat and having the dock right out the back door was so convenient, and the views were awesome. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking. We are already planning our trip for next year.

Our family enjoyed our stay st this cozy property. The check in and check out process were clear and concise, we were close enough to many south lake activities and enjoyed the house in the evenings after long days enjoying the beautiful area. The house was clean and prepared for our arrival, the beds were comfortable and the instructions clear. We hope to be back sometime in the future for another stay in an area that our family had gone to enjoy.

House was clean and cozy with a great view, one of the rooms wouldnt heat up even with the heater cranked up and door left open, but other than that, everything was very tidy and nice. Good responsive host

We have stayed at the condo twice now. Our family loves the floor plan. It is clean and well equipped. We will definitely rent again.

We loved our stay and only wished we were here longer. It was very clean and the updates were beautiful. Being able to sit out on the patio overlooking the water was awesome. We took advantage of the pool, spa and pickleball courts, which were also top notch. Looking forward to a return trip in 2019!
