Ужасная квартира, никому не советую! Оценка в описании - враньё!
По факту маленькая, не убранная квартира с ванной комнатой, в которой постоянно ужасный запах канализации с унитаза!
Холодная, со сквозняком от балкона!
Wi-Fi очень слабый. Телефонный интернет не ловит почти нигде в квартире.
Коридор общий с соседями, к тому же ещё и стены очень тонкие. Слышно всё, что делают соседи. Общий балкон. ПРИ БРОНИРОВАНИИ В ОПИСАНИИ ЭТОГО ВСЕГО НЕ БЫЛО УКАЗАНО.
И самое главное, то, что ключ от самой квартиры такой же, как и ключ от соседской квартиры. То есть соседи с лёгкостью могут открыть вашу квартиру пока вас нет в ней.
Как только зашли в квартиру, увидели весь этот ужас и попытались договориться с хозяевами о возврате денег, они даже не попытались пойти на встречу.
С учётом всего вышеупомянутого, ставлю квартире 0 балов из 10.

Unfortunately, the apartment is connected to another one. You can hear everything from the neighbors. Shared terrace from the neighbor, you can see into the bedrooms. Therefore, I would not return to this accommodation.

The apartment is very modern, new and clean, its location is great, the city centre is approx 10 minutes walk and the area looks to be safe. The communication with the owner worked very well via the booking messaging app, they were always there and provided quick and useful answers to any questions. The pre-ordered breakfast was very tasty every morning and sufficiently enough portions.
Maybe only one small thing, there's a common ante-room with the other apartment and due to that the main door was always kept open. Also, whenever someone arrived back to one of the apartments it was a bit noisy.

The appartment is very cozy, clean and comfortable. Beds are pretty comfortable. Hosts are helpful, stay in contact all the time. Definitely worth to stay there.

Everything good, host was very friendly and helpful. The area is pretty good - you reach the center of the city within a few minutes, other attractions are pretty good too. Around the block you have restaurants like Chleb & More where you can have a good breakfast.

Perfect place. Very nice appartaments. All you need is there. Downtown is near, shopping center also. Very convenient for families for 4 persons.
Additionally would be grate for matrace on the couch 😉

Great option for a family. Well equipped and comfortable room. Good location, parking. Excellent and friendly staff, help in all situations. You can work from your room.
Sometimes construction work was carried out next to the room.

The lady Anna was very quick to respond to any of texts regarding getting to and into the apartment. Key system is smart and easy to use. Apartment was clean and water was hot. And the complimentary condiments very welcomed too. As for location great 400m walk to galeria kaszimiersz and another 400m walk to tram 50 that will bring you to galeria Krakowska and bus/train stations
. Would stay again and will recommend to my mates.

Location is the best. Also, I had a parking space, paid extra but super important to book it. Nice terrace where you can sit for a coffee. Staff was helpful, they even brought me small coffee machine.
We didn't know how to use washing machine. Beds could be better. There was noise from the construction site nearby. There was some problems with internet connection. One day it didn't work for few hours.
