Its the nicest property in Rocky Point. Once at the resort you could be at any high in resort in the world. Very beautifully landscaped and very friendly employees. The only complaint is the check in process. We waited 30 minutes in line to get our parking pass. You would think that could get set up and sent to a renter long before getting to the property. Side note, I wish they would clean up all the half built properties that seem like will never be completed.

Great spot! The Views from the living room were amazing! Boan, was very helpful and great with communicating with his tenants. From the moment of our arrival he made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable vacation. The entire place was very clean and had everything you need. From beach towels, to cooking utensils.

Decided to go to Rocky Point last minute, found the property at a great price. Fantastic views, easy check-in. Property was spacious and very clean!

This was a great property with awesome ocean view. We enjoyed having the doors open to hear the waves crashing. We had great communication with the owner. He allowed us to check in early since the unit was ready upon arrival. We had a mishap with the curtain rod coming down as my husband tried to open the door from the Master bedroom to the balcony. The owner got someone right away to fix it within the hour. The place was perfect for my family of 4. It was a great home away from home. We spent a lot of time at the beach but the pool and hot tub were also very close and my boys enjoyed that. We went with a few other families - all staying at Bella Sirena Resort. It was a great vacation for us and we'd definitely stay here again.

The first impression was WOW look at that view!! I don’t know what was updated in the unit but it might have been recently painted. Beds were as hard as rocks and the pillows were like pancakes. It as nice to have the washer and dryer as we spent most of our time using the beautiful amenities.

Provide with everything what needed to enjoy your vacation. Will be nice to upgrade all beach towels and provide with some beach furniture, maybe beach chairs for example.

We really enjoyed this beautiful condo. Our teens loved the pools, restaurant and beach. The beds were comfortable. The living space and patio were very spacious. The view of the sea from all rooms was amazing to wake up to. The resort is very well taken care of. We had a great quick trip. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great condo. AC worked great, fans in both rooms and living room, extra pillow and blanket for pull out couch provided. Clean and large kitchen. 2 bags of ice were provided which came in handy for our ice chest beach trips. Beach towels provided. Beds were comfortable. Patio has amazing views of beach and property. Many pools to use on property. Great staff and bartenders at the pool bar. Easy checkin process. Only issue we had was the guest shower did not drain quickly and filled up while using shower. Spoke to host and they sent someone out right away to remedy issue.

We stayed in building A and it was very quiet. The grounds are so clean and beautiful. We were there Mon- Sat and it was very quiet. Great snack bar at the pool. Hope to return soon

We love love visiting Rocky point and Sandy beach is the best place to stay! The room we had was awesome! Very clean and great communication the whole time.

Place is pretty outdated. Older tvs that can’t keep up with the technology plugged in. Fridge kind of worked…
Fixtures falling off the wall. Exposed sharp screw in the bathroom just sticking out for a child to get hurt. Window installed without and trim or caulk so exposed to the outside elements.
1 of the sliding doors didn’t lock.
There was no bedding for the 3rd bed!!

The place was beautiful! The resort was beautiful! The TV in the bedroom wasn’t working which was fine bc the little time we watched it was in the living room. The remote in the living room wasn’t working but my husband was able to make it work eventually. Overall beautiful vacation! Would definitely stay here again!
