Très joliment décoré et bien équipé, tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable et confortable! Il est la lumière naturelle tellement qui vient dans des portes coulissantes en verre à l'intérieur.
Regarder le Dolphin de la grande terrasse avec votre famille et des amis est une aventure en soi! Le pont a beaucoup de places pour 6! 2 nouvelles tables de hauteur de la barre et les sièges capitaine. Aussi un planeur de détente pour regarder les étoiles ci-dessus!

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the 3rd floor deck is beautiful. The location is nice and having the condo amenities (pool, tennis courts, etc.) is a plus. The property manager (Bryant Real Estate) has an easy process of checking in/out. I would rent this condo again.

Lovely condo with amazing views

We traveled from Southern Illinois to visit family and attend a concert in Wilmington. We watched the dolphins every morning from the deck, enjoyed the beach everyday, and grabbed ice cream at a neat little local place. The condo was super clean and had plenty of space for my family of four. There is an aquarium about 3 mins away, a donut shop 5 min in the other direction, and we as also took the ferry to Southport for a day trip. We recommend a stay here for anyone wanting a beach visit with little to no crowds, easy access to everything, and plenty of stuff to do if you need some time away from the sand. We went on a walking ghost tour at night in Wilmington too!

This listing is exactly what is shown: Super clean, modern, comfortable, well-appointed, beautiful location. Beds are very comfortable and drapes block the sun sufficiently should you want to sleep in. A porch on each side of the condo offers sun or shade at any time of day. No comfort has been overlooked by the hosts. Whatever your idea of a perfect vacation, this condo will help provide it: beach/ocean/sun time, relaxation on the balcony and/or enjoying the nearby restaurants/museums.

The apartment was perfect for us (two couples). It was clean and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean was phenomenal. The buildings and grounds were very well maintained, and the deck was a great place to hang out and watch the surf. I’d rent here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the condo very much. Loved the large open balcony. The condo was overall clean although there were a few stains on the cloth furniture and carpet in the bedrooms. As expected at a beach condo. We did like the private parking and the location was perfect, convenient but out of the busy area.

Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. Quick access too. Place was clean and had all we needed (with exception of broken dryer and ice maker which owner says they are replacing/repairing). Clubhouse pool and hot tub unusable due to too many chemicals that day. If you plan to go eat, plan in advance and allow lots of time for traffic and wait times. The unit itself was great. Beds comfy as well and back porch so peaceful!

Another wonderful week at Bianchi! This condo is beautifully appointed in a serene environment. We've stayed at the property for the past 5-6 years and the owners keep the property well maintained and have made improvements over the years as well. Bryant RE was also very helpful as the wifi switched to a new account during our stay, they quickly dispatched a technician who got us reconnected.

The condo was nice and had all the necessary things in it, the view was excellent and the location great. The one issue was the sliders are very difficult to open. these Sliders need some TLC maybe cleaning the track or greasing the track etc. My mom could not open them.

My family had a wonderful time at Kure Beach when we stayed at the beautiful Bianchi condo. Plenty of room for the five of us to spread out and being right on the beach was wonderful. Had everything we needed to cook our own meals. If we stay again, I would rent beach chairs and an umbrella to sit on the beach with some shade.

There was a complaint from the downstairs neighbor of a water leak, the assumption by the management company was the owner, the HOA maintenance or unsub entered the unit without my permission. To make things worst the unknown individual left the front door wide open and somebody went thru our luggage. The rest of the
stay was unpleasant as we were worried about security. I will post additional details and pictures on google review. I documented everything with emails and pictures.

This was our third time staying at Bianchi and it never disappoints.From all the stress of last year, upon entering Bianchi a feeling of rest swept over you with the view of the ocean before us. . This place is beautifully decorated and well stocked. Even though the winds were gusty on the beach with blowing sand, my husband and I were able to enjoy the ocean view from our balcony minus the sand:). We look forward to many more stays at Bianchi and feel it is becoming our home away from home.Thank you so much.

This is a lovely decorated condo right on the oceanfront. The small touches make this condo feel very homey and warm. The location is great and the beach is just a few feet away. We loved our stay.

Ocean Dunes Beach House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Court, Ocean Dunes. Being right on the beach made all the difference. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo was exactly as advertised -- very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and located right on the beach. The spacious living room provided lots of good seating, with a large TV, with cable and Netflix, as well as a DVD player. The kitchen was newly-renovated with upscale appliances and was very well-equipped. Having a washer-dryer was certainly convenient, too.. The spacious decks off the living room and the front bedroom, provided the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. Kure Beach was a great location, definitely quieter than Carolina Beach, which was just up the road.

Everything about the unit was as advertised, and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Furnishings were a bit too formal for the beach, but very nice.
Check-in was quick - but no one in the Bryant office was wearing a mask.
