Aspens 5B - Cozy, Rustic Condo located right across from Giant Steps Ski Resort.
Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper en louant ce condo. Il est niché au milieu du complexe Aspens Condo avec des vues spectaculaires. Il offre 1 lit king size, 1 lit queen size, 3 lits jumeaux (2 lits superposés) et un lit de repos. (gigogne à ne pas utiliser) Peut accueillir un groupe de 8 personnes confortablement. Le pavillon de ski et les remont��es mécaniques Giant Steps sont situés juste en face de la rue. Dispose d'une cuisine approvisionnée de base vous permettant de rester et de pr��parer votre repas préféré tout en profitant du confort du feu à bois (du bois de chauffage est fourni pendant des mois précis) ou de vous blottir sur le pont qui vous offre une vue magnifique De toute façon, vous apprécierez vraiment ce que ce condo a à offrir.

Kitchen has everything we needed. Walkable to the few restaurants. Need to drive to Navajo lodge.

Overall it was fantastic. Location was perfect. It is right across the street from fishing pond that we all caught both rainbow and tiger trout. There is a park with pickle ball courts that my kids thoroughly enjoyed. Our youngest loved all the stairs and the fun loft. My only complaint was at first arriving we had to take out the garbage. It looked like it was left from the cleaners and I’m sure was forgotten but it was inconvenient as we we’re bringing in our things, trying to situate kids and get dinner to have to worry about someone else’s garbage. Other than that it was great!

Nice winter condo
It was a nice condo in a conveniently located area. Plenty of beds for a smaller space. The condo was stocked with everything you could need. We never had to communicate with the property manager so I shouldn’t have to rate it. We would stay here again in the future.

Fun Cabin Experience
Loved the cabin feel + atmosphere. Our kids loved the loft + bunk bed area. Was such a fun few days in the snow complete with such a fun, authentic cabin feel.
We are a family of 8, and although the sleeping arrangements were awesome for 8 of us, the living space was pretty tight. Wish there was more seating … specifically around the kitchen table.

The condo was great. Very clean, well stocked. Close to lift. We were very comfortable. Property management company very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend this condo.

Great location across from Giant Steps Lodge. The kids loved the bunk bed loft! Has a great cabin-y vibe with lots of wood and retro ski poster. Would book again for sure.

Great location & lots of beds
Great location right across the street from Brian Head Resort. Condo makes great use of its space with lots of beds and even a fun bunkbed loft for kids. Kitchen is fully stocked; even has a crock pot which would be great for winter stays. Would definitely return in summer and winter.

Great hot-weather retreat
Brian Head turns out to be a perfect place to stay when the rest of the southwest suffers a heat wave. It is close to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and several higher parks, and never got too hot. The unit was comfortable, fully stocked, and could easily accommodate 6-8 (more than we had). It was slightly smaller than envisioned, but big enough for the 5-6 of us since we were mostly outside. I would consider returning!

Perfect Condo
This condo was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The layout was awesome. We will definitely be back!! Walk straight over to the resort and ski. Soooo convenient.

We had a wonderful stay - the home was perfect for our needs. The only possible improvement would be access to laundry facilities. We loved it and would plan to stay again.

Dealing with the Coronavirus
Property was well equipped and clean. Management responded to our needs. When Brian Head shut down operations, they gave us a refund for days that had to be canceled.

Wonderful Condo
This condo was terrific. Plenty of room and privacy for adults, fun sleeping arrangements for children, well-stocked, and a great location. We would definitely rent it again.

Great mountain getaway
Beautiful place, great view, nicely stocked with anything you could need. Walking distance to the mountain and food/grocery. The kids and I had an excellent time here. We would love to come back.

Perfect location
We loved the location! Beautiful view of the slopes! Lots of light in the cabin which was nice. Beds were comfortable! The only down fall is the walls are VERY thin so we got to listen to the loud movie the neighbors were watching until 3am!! This is not the owners fault so I did not take stars away!!

Excellent location!
This unit had a view of Giant Steps and the slopes. It was a short walk across the road which was perfect since we’re skiers. We were especially pleased that the kitchen was so well stocked. Many rentals offer the bare minimum and since we cooked all meals, this was greatly appreciated. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed using the fireplace. There was plenty of wood. We would definitely recommend and use this condo again.

Great property with nice view and plenty of sleeping space. Host was excellence and immediately available for all of our questions (which we would have known had we read the instructions carefully). Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway
We really enjoyed staying at this property for a long weekend. The condo was well appointed with cookware, spices, all the extra little amenities that made it feel cozy. We played games in front of the fire around the large coffee table at night and had a great view of Giant Steps ski lifts. I would recommend this condo to anyone seeking a cozy getaway!

The stay was absolutely perfect except for advanced amenities.
The condo was perfect for my family. The view of the slopes from our kitchen table was gorgeous. The kitchen was pretty much stocked with everything you would need. There were plenty of blankets for the cold nights and the heaters worked well. I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because of some amenities that would have been nice to have such as a pool, spa, sauna, laundry facilities. But other than that it was absolutely a wonderful place to stay.

Great place! Cozy and neat.
This was a great place for two families. The lofts were set up great for kids and there was lots of practical storage for putting away clothes and hanging up ski gear. Only downside is no laundry facility.
