Nous sommes ravis de partager notre merveilleuse maison au bord du lac avec vous! Nous sommes l’une des meilleures valeurs que vous trouverez pour une maison de vacances privée à Table Rock Lake. Nous sommes certains que notre maison privée au bord du lac est un lieu de détente et de détente en famille ou entre amis dans les montagnes tranquilles d’Ozark au bord du lac Table Rock.
Si vous recherchez le refuge familial idéal, vous avez trouvé le bon endroit! Toute la famille a la possibilité de profiter de la vue panoramique sur le lac depuis l’un des deux porches. Nous proposons 5 chambres (la 6ème chambre est une chambre avec lits superposés), 3 salles de bain complètes et 3 espaces de vie séparés. Nous sommes situés à la fin d'un point, avec des vues sur le canal principal et des criques. Excellent emplacement pour les pêcheurs et les familles qui aiment l'eau. Il y a une rampe de bateau publique juste derrière notre maison avec de la place pour garer des remorques de bateau sur la propriété. Oh, et n'oubliez pas le smores pour un feu de joie au bord du lac dans votre arrière-cour. Cette maison a tout!!

spectacular lake view. With 11 individuals in the house, I was admonishing all to take quick showers as I was afraid we would run out of hot water. Hot water was fine. We really enjoyed the two upper decks and the ground floor patio. the house was clean and well maintained

Backyard slopes down to a boat ramp.
Note that the bunk bedroom has no doors and is therefore open to the lower gathering area.
Trundle bed has no bed linen and host could not provide additional for it.

Lovely, large house. Things to know before going: listing is for 18 people, yet there are only 12 bath towels. Bring your own supplies (only 4 trash bags provided, minimal dish detergent, no shampoo/soap, minimal TP). Just be prepared to bring supplies and towels. We also couldn’t find a broom. Host very responsive and promptly replaced the back up fridge that was broken. The location is amazing, gorgeous sunset/lake view!

We had a great time at this lake house. We had 15 people and everyone was comfortable. The location on the lake is perfect and the views are gorgeous. The airconditioning works very well. The beds are semi comfortable and there is an abundance of pillows. There is great water pressure in the showers and plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. The towels are brand new and we had more than enough of them. The kitchen is stocked with eveything you need if you want to cook a meal. We couldn't get one of the coffee pots to work, but luckily there are two there. We could not find the remote to play the wii. The bedroom with the bunks doesn't have doors but this was a great area for the kids to sleep and hang out. We would stay here again for sure. One thing to keep in mind though is the neighbor across the street. Wendy, the property manager, warned us to not go on the lot to the left of the house and she was right. We walked through there to go and look at the dock and the neighbor across the street started screaming at us to get off of his property. We knew better but he could have handled it way better. All in all we had a great time!

This home was the perfect size for our big family gathering. There was plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed eating and playing games together at the extra large dining table. We also loved the double wide deck with the option of open air or roofed and screened in. We took full advantage of the fire pit too! The one thing that would improve the stay would be to upgrade the mattresses, especially the beds downstairs. Overall, however, we loved the view of the lake and the close proximity to town for groceries and fun places to explore like Eureka Springs. We would certainly visit again!

We had a large family group that stayed during fall break. We took kayaks and utilized the boat ramp right by the house for fishing and taking pictures on the water. It was a quiet neighborhood and we absolutely loved the deck overlooking the lake and the screened in porch. The house was very clean and the owner was very nice and great to work with. The mattresses could use a little update and the TVs in some of the down stairs bedrooms didn’t really work but other than that it was a really great property and we would definitely come back.
It was a great location because part of our group visited Branson about 50 minutes away and made several trips to roaring river that was only around 20 minutes away.

Very nice place! The only thing that would be better is if there was a place to leave the boat at a dock there instead of having to take it out of the water everyday.

Large home on the lake with easy access to the water for boating. Our grandchildren enjoyed throwing rocks in the water and collecting driftwood for the fire pit. The house provided comfortable arrangements for our 4 adult couples and 10 children under 13yrs. Spacious and fairly childproof (some tchotchkes had to be put out of reach of the smaller ones) allowing children space for play with hurting themselves or damaging property. (We had lots of indoor time due to several rainy days). Access was easy from the provided parking; we were able to get four mini-vans./suvs in the driveway about 20 feet from the front door. The neighborhood was very quiet during our stay. The house was spotless with ample linen, clean sheets and comfortable beds. Large appliances (oven-cooktop, microwave, washer, dryer and 2 refrigerator/freezers) more than met our needs. A toaster and 2 coffee pots were also provided. Lots of TVs, but no instructions were found on using the systems; we didn't try very hard to make them work. That didn't matter for our group, but could be an issue for others. I suspect the host would have provided help if necessary; she was very responsive to our messaging through the VRBO system. Check-in and check out instructions were timely and simple. We would definitely consider this property for a return visit. While the cost might seem high, divided among five families (would we have wanted to do that) it's a good price. We highly recommend this property and host.

For boat owners, the boat ramp is in the backyard. Boat slips are on the West side of the house. For families who want to explore the area, it is centrally located for hiking, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Shopping and entertainment in Branson, MO or Eureka Springs, AR is within a 30-minute drive. Exploring the incredible Dogwood Canyon is a 10-minute drive--tip is to purchase your general admission tickets and the Tram Tour ticket online and in advance because the tram tour sells out quickly. We also went horseback riding at Dogwood. The price is reasonable and the countryside is beautiful. The restaurant at Dogwood Canyon has indoor or outdoor seating with an incredible view of a waterfall--just one of the many.
Lastly, if you don't want to leave the property, it is perfect for relaxing--especially in the screened in deck or on the outdoor deck. Roasting hot dogs and making smores around the fire pit is fun but it's also great for relaxing around, telling stories, and consuming beverages of your choice.
I know I am gushing over this place but I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's from Colorado to Florida and I fell in love with this property and the places to visit in the area.

We had our early family Thanksgiving here. It was great, plenty of room for everyone. We hope to be back in the warmer seasons to be able to enjoy the water. Overall we have no complaints and enjoyed our stay!!

Great house with a bit of a mouse problem
We loved this house and the view! However, we saw several mice during our stay and found mice droppings and hair in some of the sheets upon arrival. Other than cleanliness, this property was great! We enjoyed being able to take our boat straight down to the boat ramp!

Happy 80th/ Barker Family Reunion
Beautiful view of the lake from the large desk, great place to relax or socialize.
Disappointed we had no dock for swimming, or place to dock the boat & wave runner. We had to use shell knob's public boat ramp dock to get my 80 yr old father into the boat. The boat ramp was just below the property which was convenient. The fishermen in the family enjoyed the lake and caught a few. The lake water was a perfect temperature for swimming, tubing, knee boarding, paddle board, kayak etc... The lake home was spacious and comfortable, cute nautical theme décor. My family made memories that will last a life time!

Outside area (screened in porch and large deck) was our go-to for ‘happy hour’ and conversations. Firepit was also very enjoyable.

Family get together
This was a great property to use for our large family get together. Even with the deck right outside the back porch, it was a quiet get away. We had no issue with large amounts of traffic or any safety concerns for the children. Other than some tuffs of black hair rolling around the house and the basement walkout door being difficult for some to open, we enjoyed our stay and liked the property very much. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a large family getaway.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ the lake! We had 16 people in total and this property had ample space to accommodate our needs. Though it rained most of our weekend, we still were able to comfortably hang out in doors, fish and simply take in the views. Quiet neighborhood and though the boat access ramp is at the foot of the property, we had zero issues with traffic.
Would definitely return and believe we may look into having this be an annual event. Thanks Wendy!

Great Location
We were looking for a place on the lake that was a bit less crowded than some parts of the lake. This was a perfect spot, in a quiet cove, just a short distance from the shell knob business area. The house was great and accommodated out whole group comfortably. I would definitely book again for a large group.

We rented this house for our team celebration. We had 10 adults and there was plenty of room for socializing and eating for everyone. The bunk bed and twin beds are better suited for kids than adults but they work. The location on the lake is great! Secluded and peaceful! Highly recommend!
