Cette belle maison de montagne est nichée entre les stations de ski Big Boulder et Jack Frost, au sein du lac Harmony! Juste une courte promenade de la plage privée de Lake Harmony. Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue d'hiver sur le domaine skiable de Big Boulder depuis le pont arrière privé. Il comprend 6 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, une grande salle familiale avec une belle cheminée à gaz en pierre et une salle de jeux avec table de billard, jeu de fléchettes et 50 téléviseurs en haute définition avec Blue Ray et un service de diffusion en continu à utiliser avec vos comptes Netflix et Amazon. Juste à côté de la salle de jeux se trouve un patio couvert séparé et un bain à remous! Tous parfaits pour les grandes réunions de famille. Les 6 chambres comprennent 2 chambres de taille King, 2 chambres de taille Queen et 2 chambres avec lits superposés. Un des lits queen est au niveau inférieur avec accès commun à une salle de bain complète que vous pouvez faire privé le soir. Il y a un canapé-lit supplémentaire dans la salle de jeux.

This was an excellent vacation home for our family/friends. It was clean and well maintained and quite spacious. It's not easy to find homes with this many bedrooms and this one offered it and the space throughout the rest of the home to accommodate.
The neighborhood is also really fantastic with close proximity to key things and everything you would need.
The owners were also very responsive and helpful both before and throughout our stay.
I would absolutely recommend this place.

The house is in a nice, wooded neighborhood with deer and other wildlife we even saw a big black bear. The small beach and the lake are very close. We took a walk every day around the neighborhood. And we found plenty of family-friendly activities nearby. The kitchen was stocked, and the furniture was in good shape. However, we did experience several problems the most traumatic was mice. Late Sunday night we saw one running across the kitchen floor. The host assured us it was an isolated situation, just a field mouse. But the next morning we purchased two traps. So, glad we did because we trapped 3 mice in the same area and had to send several emails and pictures before the host took the situation seriously enough to call in a professional pest service. Their slow reaction was very unacceptable and upsetting. The other major problem was a piece of trim with exposed nails. It was around the door of one of the kid's rooms. Again, the host was informed on Sunday, but the handyman did not come until Wednesday. Again, this was a very unacceptable slow reaction to a safety issue. Some of the other concerns... a reaped shower curtain liner; dirty coffee maker; broken freezer door handle; and the floor of the outside trash bin was so full of loose trash that we could not set the trash cans upright. The host had a real opportunity to wow us...but unfortunately, they missed the mark! Due to their slow response time and lack of attention to details.

We especially loved the setting and the floor plan. I would give it a rating of 9 out of 10 for our family. The only problems was that the table did not sit 13 people and that there was no other table for puzzles or games. Luckily a late arrival solved that problem bringing another table with him.
The bedrooms were great. All 13 people slept in beds. The pool table was greatly enjoyed!!
We definitely would rent the house again!

The owner was easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described and well layed out. It was very clean inside and out. We had a group of 6 couples. We each had our own room and there was plenty of space in the dining room, living room and game room. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was close to everything. We definitely highly recommend the house and the host Kathy.

Our group has rented multiple houses in this neighborhood over the years and we all agreed this was one of the best. Very clean with hood quality bed linens provided (and beds made). Everything was updated but house was still cozy and confortable. Main living room was surrounded by windows with an adjacent seating area by the big gas fireplace. Great views of Big Boulder slopes from both living room and hot tub, which was very clean and had an easy to use cover (not always the case). Well stocked kitchen. With each room having its own heat control everyone was able to set their preferred sleeping temperature. Tim and Kathy were great communicators and very accommodating.

Very accommodating for our family of eight adults and two children under four. Separate areas for individuals to do what they want or for all to be together. Lovely back deck with woods and beautiful large rocks. Deer walking around.
Close to lake but a steep hill to walk back to house, no problem just a warning.
Description says it will accommodate 5-7 vehicles. We had 4 with just enough room.

The chalet was clean and well-equipped. This was the second time we stayed here, and it didn't disappoint. The deer off the back porch was, once again, a nice treat.

Property was wonderful. Use the fire pit in the back did some nature walks and it was wonderful. It even snowed on one day that we were there making it even better.

Do not hesitate to book this house. It was extremely clean upon arrival and has all of the necessities to enjoy your stay. From a fully equipped kitchen, to starter kits of toilet paper, cleaning products and paper towels. The hot tub was spotless and offered a beautiful view of Big Boulder. There was plenty of space to gather as a family or find a quiet corner to read and enjoy the view. We had a fun night of darts and pool in the game room after our traditional spaghetti dinner. All came after a great day skiing at Jack Frost, only a 10 minute drive. The house is very efficient, warm and cozy even in negative degree weather. We felt very lucky to enjoy this home and can see that the owners have a lot of pride in their home. We have been booking houses in Lake Harmony for 25+ years and everyone agreed this was our favorite. Looking forward to returning.

The house was spacious and in a wonderful location close to Big Boulder and many family restaurants. The bedrooms were comfortable with ample space for sleeping. Great area for walking and winter sports. The view of the lit slopes at night from the house was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook and eating area large enough for my family of 13 so we could all sit together for meals or game time. The three full bathrooms were an extra plus for my large family. We all enjoyed the pool table and playing darts while others relaxed in the hot tub which had easy access to the house. Kathy was a great communicator and was kind enough to accommodate a special request for check out time. It was a memorable weekend for us all and one we will remember. I would recommend this lovely home to any family looking to spend quality time together in a warm and welcoming home. We look forward to returning again.

The property was clean and had all our kitchen needs. With so many bedrooms, we had plenty of space. Easy to find, and good restaurants nearby, like Terra Cottage and the Boulder View Tavern (Live music on Saturdays nights).

We (two sisters) were trying to find a place to celebrate Christmas together with our two families - with grown children. There were fourteen of us and the house was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of places to gather, and also spots to find some solitude. We enjoyed the jacuzzi despite the frigid weather, and the fireplace kept us warm and toasty. You could always find a group around the pool table in (mostly) friendly competition! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. Kathy and Tim were very responsive when questions arose. We are hoping to continue this new Christmas tradition, so perhaps we will be back!

My husband and I stayed with 6 friends here for a get-together weekend and loved it! We had a lot of fun in the hot tub, we loved sitting around both the outdoor fire pit and the gas fire indoors, and the bedrooms were great! We saw deer in the woods outside and enjoyed walking/running through the area and having great lake views just a quick walk away. The big table and ample living room space make this a perfect place for a group of our size. We'd definitely go back and recommend this house!

Our family loved our stay at this property. We had 3 generations and there was room for everyone to play a game of pool, just relax or unwind in the hot tub. We loved the layout of the home, the furnishings were new and comfortable. We loved the Lake Harmony area and staying at this property helped make it a memorable vacation for us all.

This lovely home was just right for our family get-a-way being centrally located between family from Upstate New York and Delaware. Plenty of room for everyone, nicely decorated, equipped with everything we needed, and convenient to area attractions like Kalahari Waterpark, and Jack Frost National Golf Course. We saw deer in the yard, and even a bear strolling the neighborhood.

A very well appointed house that was great for 4 families to share. Great location. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table! Only complaint is the lake harmony estate tennis courts were closed (not property owners fault).

Perfect family getaway!
We’ve done the beach vacations with all the amusements and activities… but this was a very different kind of getaway for our family!
Loved the connection with nature all around us! The deer are very tame and come up to the house pretty regularly. We enjoyed the hiking trails, many scenic waterfalls, Spring Sand Beach was perfect for a family outing!
End each day with the hot tub and/or a fire pit… we enjoyed every minute!!!

Great location, we used the hot tub almost every night, was very clean when we arrived!
Only downsides were having to bring our own towels, and refilling the propane for the grill when we only really used it once. Other than that, we had a great trip!

Great Family Time in A Beautiful Home
The listing was everything and more. The setting made for such a relaxing week. Gathering around the fire pit at the end of the day was perfect, sharing our time. There was room for all of us, the rooms are spacious and the coolness of the evening made the fireplace so enjoyable. We could walk to the lake if we wanted to and enjoy all the deer roaming the neighborhood. It was so nice that we could all sit around the dinner table at night and then enjoy the hot tub. The grands even taught grandma how to play pool. Would love to visit sometime in the late fall or early winter. Loved all the openness and especially the windows.

Short and sweet…The sheets were dirty and the hot tub was green. The property owner was very quick to respond about the hot tub, but when you’re only there a few nights, one night is too many to miss. For the rate we paid, I would have liked towel service. We had to supply our own towel. Probably a good thing as the sheets were dirty in a few of the rooms.
