The Station 1 Condo was a delight for my family. The views from the back deck were breathtaking. Both bedrooms were very spacious. The location on Wrightsville Beach was fantastic. We took a short walk to eat at different local restaurants three times during our stay. Station 1 offers great amenities in addition to a beach access. We would 100% book another stay here.

We were right at home and enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Love Station One. Not the first time I’ve rented a condo here. Great stretch of beach and so many restaurants within easy walking distance. Condo was fine. Appreciated the great window treatments as the sun can get bright in the morning. Very nice chairs on the balcony. Place had everything we needed. But it’s wrightsville beach so bring your own drinking water. Water there is nasty.

We had a nice weekend stay at this property. We loved the ocean view and how easy it was to get to Wrightsville Beach shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and spacious for our group of 4.

Stayed here for a girls’ weekend and had a wonderful time. The unit was clean. Decor was shabby chic and comfortable. Good location.

Great view & great area!!

It’s exactly as pictured. I booked it without having been to Wrightsville Beach. I stay on the OBX while my daughter is in camp. I thought it would be nice to spend a week afterward on our way back to GA. This wasn’t for us but exactly as pictured. The view is nice. The place is dark and outdated but the pictures reflect it. Owner was very attentive when I needed something. Conveniently located especially if you like walking. Very old building. Coin laundry system in the hallway-something I haven’t seen in years. Older crowd lives there year-round and dominates the pool scene.

We had a great weekend walking distance to good restaurants and view of the ocean was great.

The property is clean and in an excellent location. Nearby restaurants. Great view from the balcony. Nice pool. The hostess is very responsive. I’d recommend it.

Absolutely awesome place on Wrightsville Beach

The owner Sarah made this trip even more special by being readily available whenever I would annoy her (sorry). The check in process was super easy, the staff even walked me through where to unload and where to find our unit, super friendly and very helpful. The unit was meticulous! Everything that we could have possibly needed was already stocked. The furnishings were very summertime vibey! We don’t watch television but every room had its own television (I appreciated that even though we didn’t use them) there is a trash chute on our floor and an ice machine on the ground floor. The view of the beach from the living room (and balcony) was completely stunning! Watching and hearing the ocean that close was an amazing experience. The community pool was also fantastic!! 8ft at the deep end was enough to have me and my kids out there literally all the time!!! Beach access was directly outside of the pool area and was about 30 steps to the GORGEOUS Atlantic Ocean. We spent our midnights there and sunrises there! (Oh we were there during business hours too…that’s where all of the best fun was had) Papa John delivery and lots of eating in walking distance. Grocery stores and even library less than 10 minutes away! This was a gift for my birthday from my parents and it was by far one of the best beach trips I’ve EVER been on (I’m a water sign….so I’ve had TONS of beach trips) I would DEFINITELY recommend staying here. I can’t wait to book here again.

Very nice two bedroom condo in the best location. Convenient to everything. The property is in good shape and the beach is just 100 yards away.

The stay was good but the headboard fell on my head soon as I laid back in the bed and the patio doors are not only heavy and hard to close but there are no screens. My wife and I choose waterfront locations not only for the view from our room but we also like to sleep with the door open so we can sleep to the sound of the ocean at nite. We had to leave the patio door open a bit to hear the ocean and of course moths got in the room. Not a big deal but just wanted to make it known for those who want to hear the sound of the ocean.

The condo was in a great location on the Wrightsville island with close access to the beach and local shops. The condo complex also has a pool which was very convenient. The condo unit itself does need significant renovation due to peeling paint, cracks in walls and floors and window that was blown in and held up with duct tape. The unit also needs a deep clean to address dirt and grime in corners and under beds and furniture. Concerns were communicated to home manager who stated that due to supply chain issues, repairs could not be readily made. She was able to provide a dust buster to clean out some areas ourselves. Would stay there again for location but would recommend renovation and deep cleaning for more particular guests.

Just had a couple days here, but the location was great, views beautiful and Sarah was very responsive and accommodating.

I brought my mother back to her home town to visit family. The view was very nice and the location was perfect. I would stay again in the future.

The unit is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is that an instruction sheet for the TV be provided. We had to text Sarah because we couldn’t figure it out. Sarah responded promptly but we wouldn’t have had to bug her if there had been instructions. We had a great weekend. Thanks.

This was just right for our 3-generation girls weekend getaway. The condo was comfortable and well equipped for us to cook, lounge, and enjoy the beach without worrying about the details. And the location is fantastic - good restaurants nearby for a walk and a quick drive be to the grocery store. And the view is perfection!

Check in and check out were remarkably easy. The unit is well equipped, clean and perfectly located. I would highly recommend it for any trip to Wrightsville Beach.

What a glorious condo. Photos online do not do it justice. Perfect location. Very comfortable. And the view…just takes your breath away. Beds are comfy..master has a king adjustable bed..such a plus. And it has its own door to the balcony. The pool is wonderful as well. And the beach is steps away. The complex is easy check in and out. They have several luggage carts to haul your belongings. Condo steps away from the elevator and laundry facility. Thank you to our host, Sarah! Rent this place…you won’t regret it!

View was perfect. Location was great since we didn’t have a car. Easy walking to restaurants, grocery, coffee. Easy beach access. Sarah was very accommodating..

Great location on Wrightsville Beach with easy parking. Check in was easier than some as keys were at security office in building. Condo was very clean as advertised. Furniture is a little dated and rustic but clean and functional. Kitchen looked like it has undergone a recent updating which was a plus. Master bedroom even had adjustable bed! The real benefit was the beach towels, umbrella (needs small repair to stay in anchor), chairs. Not all units offer these. Overall would definitely stay again.

My family and I sought a long weekend escape to the beach. Steps from the beach with a beautiful pool, we didn’t expect the condo to have thought through so many of the conveniences a family with kids seeks . From the games available to beach supplies we were covered for sunny and rainy days. When we had a few questions, Sarah was very quick to respond and either address the questions or provide user friendly options.
