4BR Lake VIEW House avec vue sur Greer's Ferry Lake dans les pittoresques Ozarks de l'Arkansas. Maison à deux niveaux, 4 BR, 2 BA, 2114 pi2 chauffée / refroidie. Cuisine complète, vue sur le lac des deux niveaux. L'agencement de cette maison est parfait pour deux familles à louer ensemble et toujours en toute intimité. Vous apprécierez la grande vue large du lac qui offre des vues sur les bateaux, le jet ski, les pêcheurs, la plage et les rampes de mise à l'eau dans la zone de loisirs de Devil's Fork. Juste à l'extérieur de votre porte arrière se trouve une grande terrasse au niveau principal avec table et chaises pour se divertir, prendre le soleil ou se détendre avec votre café du matin. Terrasse couverte en bas a une balançoire banc et table / 4 chaises. Ceci est une maison entièrement meublée avec un lit queen-size surmatelas dans la chambre principale et 1 lit queen et 2 lits doubles dans les chambres du rez-de-chaussée. En bas a également sa propre salle de bain et salle familiale. Devil's Fork Rec est juste en face du pont avec des plages saisonnières, des rampes de mise à l'eau, etc. Le port de plaisance de Lacey's Narrows, situé à proximité, propose des locations de bateaux, des cales et plus encore.

Great family property
great experience with easy check in and check out. state park with boat ramps 5 minutes from property. nice lake view wwas able to watch fireworks at devils fork state park from upper living room.

This house was very clean! We loved the layout. My college aged girls were downstairs with their own living space which they liked. Plenty of parking and a GREAT view of the lake! The beds were all very comfortable as well. We’ll be renting this house again!

We had an excellent time at this place. Our party consisted mainly of young adults, and the location was perfect for lake activities! The view in mornings was pristine. Plenty of room for my large kids to spread out! And we really enjoyed the board games! Highly recommend!

The view was remarkable and the house was so cozy. A perfect little home away from home.
The entire experience with this property rental was a wonderful. We arrived and got into the house with no effort. The house was very spacious and quiet. It was the perfect place for us to have together time and alone time while seeing the surrounding cities..

Located close to Sugar Loaf Mountain, which is an Island, the view from the top of the Mountain is amazing. We had never been to Arkansas, but next to dinner table is a bread table, which has a lot of literature on places to visit. Try to visit the Dam when it's generating, which is perfect for a float trip on Red River. From there you can see the Dam up close, water is loud and looks so powerful. To get there, drive down pass the visiting center building. After that we drove back up to the building and took a trail to a viewing point of the dam. We also took a drive to Arkansas Natural Bridge. It's about a half hour drive and to see the Natural Bridge is only a short visit. But it's a nice drive. The actual home is very clean and cozy, very spacious with a living room upstairs and downstairs. We did use the fireplace at night, as well as the fireplace. We did not have any issues with satellite. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was for the lack of a dock and there is a street that crosses the back of the house. From the picture it looks like the house is a lakefront property. But using the maps found in the house we found public launching sites. We used Narrows Park and Sugar Loaf Campsite to launch. On the west side of Sugar Loaf Campsite, is a really nice cove, we spent two days there fishing and hanging out. We were protected from the wind there and was very peaceful. In the back of the cove we found a small waterfall.We stayed there 7 nights, and had a blast. We had never been, and still found something to do everyday. We didn't have a boat, but still had fun w our kayaks and Raft w a trolling motor. For us, we found a much needed adventure. God Willing, we'll be back some day.
