Passez vos vacances de détente dans notre maison ensoleillée sur une lagune paisible avec vue sur le premier trou du parcours Harbor en dunes sauvages. Vous allez adorer l'emplacement idéal de notre maison, située dans un cul-de-sac dans le quartier de Lake Village à quelques minutes de l'entrée principale de la station. La belle plage déserte est à seulement 6 minutes à pied de la porte d'entrée. The Grand Pavilion et le Wild Dunes Village Plaza sont à seulement une courte promenade à pied ou à vélo loin. Décorées dans un style décontracté "Beachy", ce chalet spacieux est parfait pour votre famille ou un petit groupe. Le premier étage comprend une salle à manger, une cuisine de manger dans un salon confortable avec vue sur le lagon, porche d'écran et vaste terrasse donnant sur le cours de la lagune et le golf.
Il y a trois chambres en bas et une à l'étage qui dormiront un total de huit. La suite chambre principale en bas a un lit king size (7/16) et salle de bain complète attenante avec deux lavabos. Il y a également 2 chambres, une avec un lit queen, l'autre avec des lits jumeaux, en bas qui partagent une salle de bain complète. Le premier étage comprend une autre suite de maître qui a aussi un oreiller haut-lit queen, un balcon privé et une salle de bain privée attenante avec douche. Lit et de bain en peluche draps sont fournis dans toutes les chambres.
Dehors, regarder les couchers de soleil de notre vaste terrasse ou faire une sieste dans le hamac près de la lagune. Le pont a beaucoup de places pour manger en plein air et divertissant. Le porche d'écran confortable est idéal pour profiter de cette tasse de café le matin ou pour le curling avec un roman sur un après-midi. Pour les cinéphiles et les amateurs de musique, notre maison comprend un système de cinéma maison haut de gamme avec son surround et haut-parleurs stéréo dans les espaces de vie et une suite parentale en bas. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and rhe location to the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass, Harbor course, tennis center were a bonus. House has everything you need and the lagoon location was quiet and appreciated. Layout is inviting for family time! Golf cart rental is a must down here. Not because of the house location but because it just adds to the vacay jumping on the cart with the family for a spin in this great community. Lisa (owner) was great with good communication. Easy check in/out! Thanks Lisa!

The accomodations were as marketed. The property was clean and updated. Access to the beach and Wild Dunes Resort amenities was very close and made our trip everything we hoped for! Would highly recommend.

My family and I had an excellent stay at the cottage! It's located in an great location on Isle of Palms, in a very safe and family friendly community right down the street from the beach. The cottage is spacious with plenty of great amenities, and we especially loved overlooking the lagoon and community golf course right outside our back door. The owners were responsive while providing very helpful directions and information for both our arrival and throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a fun trip trip Isle of Palms and Charleston area.

Great location with a roomy and quiet back deck overlooking water and a fairway on the golf course. Also walking distance to the beach. Parking is limited to 2 or 3 vehicles.

This was such a nice property. House was decorated so special with original art work on the walls. Deck had a nice view of a pond and golf course. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for us to cook which we did several nights. Lisa responded quickly to any questions I had. We had a family of 6 adults staying there and there was plently of space as well as privacy as needed. We rented a LSV cart from Lightning Bugz for the few days there. Great service for getting around between the islands.

We are a blended family with kids ranging from early elementary to about to graduate high school. So we need space & comfort, and Lisa’s place delivered! Comfortable, beautiful and relaxing with everything we needed at our fingertips! We especially enjoyed the porches, hammock, and proximity to water. Our family’s favorite memories were: birdwatching, lizard finding, and we mayyyyy have fed the turtles a goldfish cracker or two! Lisa’s communication was also top notch, she is wonderful! Would absolutely love to stay here again for our next visit to Charleston/IOP!

Wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this home enough. Great location near the beach and an easy drive into Charleston. Grocery store and a few good restaurants down the street. It was a great place to host our Thanksgiving vacation.

We are childhood girlfriends celebrating a milestone birthday. The Lagoon Cottage is a very lovely, uniquely designed property. Honestly, felt good vibes when I first saw the listing on VRBO. The owners were very professional, responsive throughout the bookings and during our stay. This place is a gem! Serene, peaceful, cozy, amble room inside and out. Very welcoming atmosphere, quiet, comfortable, awesome views of lagoon and simply very inviting. We splurged and had a chef come in for an evening dinner - the kitchen setup and dining area was perfect for our celebration. We immensely enjoyed our Birthdays and stay here and would welcome a return visit!

We had such a lovely stay at this well appointed home. The location is beautiful, quiet, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, but without the massive amount of traffic on Palm Blvd. Will definitely look to book this again for our next Isle of Palms visit.

Can't share enough about how nice the house is and the location is perfect. The house is close to everything, clean, quiet, and with ample privacy even with neighbors being close by. The neighbors on the left and right are year-round residences and could not have been nicer.
We had a wonderful time with plenty room for our entire family of 6 and two friends from the Charleston area joined us for couple of days.
Lisa was an incredible host and communicated everything so well leading up to our stay we never had to connect while on our stay. Everything about the house and area was as described. Even, my kind of picky teenage daughter loved it and shared it was our best beach vacation and we have had a few so that was saying something.
I would recommend checking out the IOP Marina, fun place for lunch and to rent a boat if so inclined but make reservations well in advance. IOP Marina is a short bike ride or drive from the house. They also have kayaks and paddle boards for rent.
There are plenty of beach chairs provided and a beach wagon that worked out nice. We were not sure how far it is to the beach before getting there had a rough idea, it was closer than we thought, would say about 2-3 blocks though they are not true blocks per say, 6–10-minute walk and 80% of the walk is in the shade.
It is also an easy walk (about 5-10 minutes) to the Wild Oats resort area for tennis, golf, deli, coffee...etc.

Convenient to wedding that was at the Boardwalk Inn. Lots of room for all of us. Property owners were very responsive when had an issue. Only issue was the parking because we had 2 trucks and an SUV. Not equipped for that size of vehicles.

We stayed five days to attend a family wedding. The house is beautiful, well equipped, and very clean. We walked to the beach in just 5 minutes and loved seeing the alligator we named Georgina glide by several times in the lagoon below our balcony.

We stayed at Lisa's beautiful home in the Isle of Palms for a small bachelorette getaway. This was the perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring downtown Charleston and the surrounding areas. While it was a bit too chilly to partake in many of the resort activities, the beach is a short walk away and a great location for watching the sunrise & sunset. I highly recommend this vacation home for anyone visiting the Charleston area.

Very comfortable and lovely home with a very well-stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed hanging out on the deck with the view of the lagoon- we never saw any alligators despite the signs!! Lisa was always quick to respond when we had questions.

Very nice home in safe gated community in Wild Dunes. Nice and quiet inside Wild Dunes and a nice change from the busier main part of IOP. Except for construction work on the house right next door (which no one can control) it was very quiet and private. Would def recommend renting golf cart to get around the island including the two blocks to the beach. Which is also super quiet and private which we loved! Overall great experience and lovely home with everything you need. Would definitely recommend this place for sure!
