Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Located near to places we wanted to visit.

Check in was at a complete different location and away from the apartment. Although stated clearly during booking, it is not convenient for travellers who are not familiar to Turin. Had plans of cooking but did not as kitchen was not maintained well in terms of cleanliness and lack of equipment.

The apartment is spacious and pretty comfortable.

The biggest inconvenience was that the wi-fi didn't work. We kept contact with the host on whatsapp, presented the issue, they said someone would come by to fix it but no one did.

Very poor check-in process to get the keys: you need to go first to an office on the other side of the city to get the keys, then you need to cross the entire city to reach the apartment.

Beds and pillow were very comfortable. Very big apartment.

The apartment wasn't well cleaned. Dust everywhere. The apartment is super OLD and definitely needs a refurbishment. Only one toilet where there was no water on shower or flush. We reported this problem since the beginning and they took more than 5 hours to fix it. We lost one day inside the apartment waiting for 5 hours the plumber to come. We had to stay on the apartment with no water to take a shower and no flush on the toilet. The staffs didnt care for our problem. The flush of the toilet is much more than 20 years old and everything is too old and doesn't work properly. No air conditioner on the apartment and the fans provided super old and also doest work properly. There were no light on the hall. There was no bin bags, no washing up, no sponge... no nothing. On the booking pictures is one thing but when you arrive you realise is not worth it.
