My family and I spent a week in this beautiful home and were so comfortable. Beverly was so quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with community activity suggestions. The home is a good size and very well maintained. I highly recommend this property if you really want to enjoy your time in Watercolor.

This property was everything promised and so much more! The age of our family members ranges from 10 to 70! Each and everyone had an incredible time. The home was clean and neat and included wonderful amenities. The spacious island kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and the open kitchen/family room floor plan worked perfectly for our family. The private pool and bar-b-que grill were a hit too!The homeowners provided excellent detailed written instruction for check-in, check-out, and neighborhood amenities. We had a wonderful, memory-making vacation that will be fondly remembered for years to come. I highly recommend "Heaven Can Wait" for anyone wanting a combination of first class quality, location within the community, decor, amenities, and comfort! This property deserves 5+ STARS!

Gas leak at the house. Neighbor called while we got our family out then we find out the owner knew about the leak. Our entire family was in that house !!!! No excuses for this to not be fixed !!!

Thank you for opening your gorgeous home to our family! As a design enthusiast, I was blown away by the your home’s beauty and interior design details. The layout worked perfectly for our family. Grandparents downstairs, kids and grands upstairs. Our grand daughters loved their bunk bed room!
The location was perfect—one block from Camp Watercolor and an easy golf trip to Publix. This was our first trip to Watercolor and I was worried about being so far from the beach. But, with double red flags most of the week, we were able to enjoy all of the amenities this beautiful community offers. The best part was all of the fun memories made with our family!

This home will not disappoint - it is luxurious yet comfortable, spacious and well-stocked with items that make it feel like home.
Beverly promptly responded to the only question we had upon arrival, and our pre-trip communications were made easy through the VRBO app. Beverly even reached out before our arrival to see if there might be anything special needed for our Thanksgiving meal preparations to ensure that the home's kitchen would have everything we needed to celebrate the holiday there.
We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in this home. We have spent 12 Thanksgivings on 30A, and this home ranks at the top of the list of properties we have rented in the area thus far. We absoultely would stay there again.

Staying at Heaven Can Wait was the best decision for this trip! The house is BEAUTIFUL inside and out. You can tell there was a lot of love put into making this feel like a home. We had more than enough room for our group and by the end of the week we all wished we could stay longer!
The pool was a huge bonus and sitting on all the porches was very relaxing. It was a great location being close to the grocery store, yet right in the heart of the neighborhood where you could ride around and explore the pools and paths.
Beverly was AMAZING and so helpful! It was such a relief to know we had a host that was available for any questions, we appreciated that so very much.
We hope to be back, this place was such a gem!!!

This home exceeded our expectations! It is beautifully decorated and well stocked with amenities (dishwashing, laundry, bath soaps) until we had a chance to go to the grocery. Our family of 10 had plenty of room to sleep and spread out.
Bev, the owner, was attentive and always available to answer any questions.
We highly recommend this home for your vacation stay.

We had an amazing week together as a family in this beautiful Watercolor home. There were 14 in our family and each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the bunk room was just perfect for the 4 young girls in our group. The house is extremely well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The only challenge we encountered was the parking - we learned (after 3 citations) that we couldn't park our cars on the street in front of the house. We needed to move the cars in and out of the driveway to get the golf cart out. But would go back in a heartbeat!

We had the best time on our vacation in Watercolor. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. The backyard pool was perfect for our kids to play in. Camp Watercolor is soo close and we would walk there with our small kids. The home was well stocked and well cared for. Beverly was great with communicating and helping us plan all along the way. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Watercolor! For parents with small children I would mention that the curtains in the bedrooms are very high end and do a good job of minimizing early morning sun. We had a great experience.

We had 6 adults and 4 children under 8 in the home and it was perfect!! Kitchen was wonderful for cooking and kids lived in the pool when we were at the house! We could walk to Camp Water Color!! It was a perfect beautiful place!!

This is the best quality house we have ever stayed at. There was a gracious amount of dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, etc. I could go on and on about the quality of this home. High end appliances such as Wolf cooktop and oven, sub zero refrigerator, ice maker and wine cooler, Cuisinart coffee pot and Kruig coffee maker. Quality furniture, custom made drapes and bedding. The pool and spa were wonderful. The owners were just a text away and responded quickly. The Rosenmans know what they are doing with their rental and were so accommodating for our every need. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you for a great week!

Beverly is a Great host! She answered every email completely in a short amount of time. Everything that we were told was true. Her help made it extremely simple to pay, rent extra bikes, and rent a Golf cart. This was my first time renting a house and I was concerned, but Beverly was wonderful! Thank You!!

Real life Heaven
Our first trip to Watercolor was made even better by this beautiful property. The house is in GREAT condition, well built, and a great layout for sleeping babies and louder children. Pool is a perfect size for jumping in at the end of the day or first thing in the morning. Kitchen was VERY well equipped with more than you need on vacation which we appreciated as I usually bring EVERYTHING. Easy 1-2 minute walk to Camp Watercolor which made it very easy with young children. Easy 1-2 minute golf cart ride to Publix for odds n ends.
Owner/property manager checked in during our stay and was also very helpful and knowledgable of the area.
We would stay here again and again.

Wonderful Week in Watercolor
We visited Heaven Can Wait with my extended family which included six adults and five kids between the ages of 7 and 10 years old. The house was absolutely perfect for our family. It was conveniently located just a block away from Camp WaterColor which was the kids favorite resort pool and also very close to Publix. The bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach club was very easy. Beverly was beyond helpful and very responsive. We would love to stay at this property again in the future.

Wonderful vacation!
We loved every aspect of our stay. The home was gorgeous and well appointed. It was exceptionally clean and there was more than enough room for the ten of us. The location was ideal. Camp Watercolor was right down the street. The beach was a mere six minutes away and Seaside was about five minutes from us. In other words, the location is ideal! Our hostess was wonderful! She was accommodating on every level. I highly recommend this property.

Watercolor Wow!
We absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfectly located and so beautiful! Plenty of space for the entire family! Amenities include spacious bedrooms, an en-suite in each bedroom, pool and spa, entry to all of the pools in watercolor- so much for the entire family to do! The gem golf cart is a plus and makes parking downtown a breeze. The house was light, bright and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We loved everything about the house! The owner was gracious and responsive to our needs - she even sent over a gorgeous/delicious custom made charcuterie board to help my parents celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. Highly recommend this property - 5 stars!!!

Perfection
This was our first time in Seaside/Watercolor and we could not have had a better experience! Heaven Can Wait is gorgeous, clean and well-maintained. We loved having the Gem to use and really enjoyed walking into Seaside and having Camp Water Color just a block away. Our 11 year old son had so much fun. Beverly was very kind and responsive. We’ll be back for sure!
