We had everything we needed, and above all (the view and location was amazing. Our family lives in San Clemente and they were so happy for us that we had such a prime location, if you're a local, you know how nice it is just to walk to the beach. This condo checked all the boxes for our family of five. Great view of the ocean and city, walking distance to all of the restaurants both at the beach and Avenida Del Mar [5 min walk]. You really don't need a car. Additionally, there is a free trolly that stops right outside the gate of the complex. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen has all the cooking supplies you will need if you feel like cooking. Hot tub + heated pool if you don't feel like going to the beach. The grounds are kept very nice, the complex is very quiet. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect walkable location between the beach and San Clemente shops/restaurants. Beautiful views! New carpet in main room. Beds comfortable. Daughters loved tanning at the pool/beach and exploring on their own. The tv in the main room has cable but no streaming services, so bring a TV stick if streaming is important. We had a wonderful stay and will book again if we return to the area in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay! The condo is very spacious and well situated. We walked everywhere - from coffee to surf to dinner. We loved the views and ocean breezes! The pool area is quite nice and everyone at the complex was very friendly. Checkin was a breeze. Finding the parking spot and trash bins was tricky but everything else was seamless. We’d definitely recommend this place and likely will book again next spring when we come back!

This Rental was perfect to accommodate my family during our stay. It was 1hr from the San Diego airport. So many restaurants within a mile and walkable if you can walk the hills. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning and night people watching and listening to the waves. There is no A/C but in Oct. we really didn't need it there were fans if needed. There were a few things that could use some attention like the toilet in one bathroom that wobbles and the ice maker did not work. One thing I wish there was when we arrived was some information of the immediate area grocery store, shops, restaurants where garbage/recycling goes and how to prepare for move out. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Pros: Awesome view of ocean/pier, within about a five minute walk to pier, shopping and restaurants. Quite complex, not a lot of people around. Beach and pool towels provided.
Cons: payment process(final payment was collected a month late) comfort of furniture (sofa, dining room chairs, king bed). Walk back from the pier is a bit steep.
PS: washer and dryer works fine. sheets, dishes and towels were clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in San Clemente at Villa Granada 400. The view is fantastic. The property was very comfortable (the sofa had a couple tears in it). It is just a short walk to enjoy a meal at the Fisherman bar on the pier. The kids enjoyed using the heated pool. For the most part, the complex is very quiet.Our one issue was that the elevator stopped working for part of a day. We could easily take the stairs, but we had one person using a walker and they couldn't get upstairs to the unit.I would definitely stay here again.

This property is ideally located in a wonderful vacation destination. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The view was excellent. The price point was reasonable.
I would recommend this place to anyone as long as I knew the potential renter: 1)Would be fine with the 10PM -8:00 AM lock-down rule and 2)Is not overly particular about how well maintained a place is. It doesn’t bother me if the washer and drier are broken, the sofa has torn fabric or if a lot of bulbs are burned out, but I know some people are bothered by this type of thing.
If you are not too picky, go to bed early and appreciate a great view, I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The unit was filthy. The carpet and rugs were grungy dirty. There is no AC and the box fans had hanging dust and soot from the blades. The clothes dryer was out of service. The ice maker was mot working. Did not use the dishes, but he beverage glasses were filmy.. requiring wash before use. Minimal supply of toilet paper and paper towel.

Convenience with a spectacular view
The pictures don't truly show the beauty of this condo and property. We came to San Clemente for our summer family vacation with our teenaged son and daughter. We immediately felt safe at the property, as well as in downtown San Clemente. The property and location was perfect and the views are amazing! Not only did we a have short walk with front row seats to a beautiful beach, but also just a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. It's also conveniently located just an hour from LA and an hour from San Diego. We loved our stay and plan to come back here again with friends.

Fabulous Location and Views
The location was fabulous. Arrive rested and before dark because entry is tricky. Kitchen has everything you'll need. The balcony has wonderful views sunrise to sunset. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful beach trail and pier. Don't miss out on the gardens and history of Casa Romantica Museum right next door.
