We loved the condo and the proximity to the beach and Kihei. The beds were super comfy!! We didn't take the time to figure out the cable TV system and weren't able to watch local news, but the stay was great. You and your family were very hospitable and accommodating with our vacation.

Beautiful property with all the amenities that were promised! We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai and the kids had so much fun in the pool which was so conveniently located right outside the lanai. The beach was just steps away across the street and I was even able to find a nice quiet spot to do morning yoga right on the beach. The beds were all very comfortable and suited our children just perfectly. Everything we did was convenient with a short 20 min drive to/from. The building was always peaceful and quiet, never loud with parties. The only complaint we had was with the parking spaces, they were tight but that's not within the control of the hosts. We cooked out on the outdoor grill most every night and when yhe grills were out of propane we used the oven which was exceptionally clean. The bathrooms were immaculate and updated nicely. The snorkel gear, coolers, umbrella, and beach chairs were much appreciated. We had a few hiccups with starting the washer and dryer but was not at all an inconvenience nut nice to have stocked with laundry soap so that we were able to wash towels as needed. Check in and check out were very easy and being on the first floor right next to the unloading zone was also very convenient! All in all, we would highly recommend this condo and host to any family of up to 5-6 people, it was just the right size and stocked with everything needed for a long stay. 😀

Great place for when traveling with young children. The access to the pool was perfect. My granddaughter loved sleeping in the bunk bed.

First, the showers ROCK. A good shower is such a sweet luxury after a day in the sun. This unit in particular is so perfect. Ground level so no waiting for elevators. Walk straight off the lanai to the pool. Plus this unit looks out to the pool instead of the parking lot👌. This location is just steps from Kamaole 3 beach and within walking distance of our favorite eating places. Coconuts, Cafe O’lei, and the Cinnamon Roll Shop. No AC was no problem as there are so many fans to use and with the windows open you can create quite the draft and cool off the whole place quite quickly. Check in and entry were simple and easy. This is a super kid friendly area. We were blown away by the kindness from everyone we interacted with. So grateful we chose to try this place, and were able to stay in the most perfect beach paradise.

This place was a gem. Such a great location right across from the beach. Rooms were super cute. Such a cozy feel for me and the family. And Lisa was always so quick to respond to any questions.

Location is ideal property is a little dated but it works just fine portable AC unit would be help however fans worked suitability some of the bedding had a little wear to them overall enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend to others for future reference

My family loved that I found such a nice place to stay on our first trip to Hawaii. Clean, quiet and right across the street from the beach. Walked to dinner and shops. Two miles from awesome snorkeling. Very well set up with everything we could want for our stay. Thank you!

We stayed for a week with our 3 kids under the age of 9, the kids bedroom was perfect with a pullout bed and bunk bed. The bathrooms are updated and there are plenty of beach/pool chairs, toys etc. This is a great location across the street from an excellent beach and walking distance to great restaurants, cafes and all amenities. The condo is well equipped and good value. Our kids loved the pool and the vibe is very chill with families bbq’ing at night. There is no A/C which we failed to notice when booking but there are plenty of fans and we enjoyed it. Very communicative and proactive hosts, we will be back!

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Location, easy access and shops/restaurants short 10 min walk away. Beach across the street perfect fro watch the sunsets.

Great location. Walking distance to the pool, beaches, food, rentals and shopping. We had a great stay and appreciated the careful instructions sent before our stay as well as in the binder inside the unit. The beach chairs and toys on the lanai were a nice added bonus. A/C in the unit would be nice, but we got along just fine with the fans in the rooms.

Property was very clean with an excellent location to restaurants, beaches. Check in and check out were very easy. Lots of information about the local area provided. Good amenities and had all the necessities we needed. Only have two minor issues 1. Quiet hour is supposed to start at 9 or 10? However, the condos start the sprinklers at 10:30. Woke my partner and I up each night we stayed when they started with very loud thumping 2. Accurately listed without A/C but had some difficulty cooling off the bedrooms Overall great place and would stay again.

Great place in Kihei, right off the beach. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

We were a family of 5 (kid ages 7,9,11) and it was enough space for us. We had a great time at Lisa’s condo! Beaches right across the street and reasonable distances to other parts of the island. The kids liked the pool. You can walk to restaurants and markets. You can run up and down Kihei Rd. if you’re a runner. Lisa was very responsive the whole time. The only thing is the parking spot is really tight if you have a minivan and other minivans next to you but manageable.

Perfect condo that was close to the beach. We loved the chairs and beach supplies that were provided. Pool and grill area were great! Just the right amount of space for 5 adults. Can't wait return!

This was the best vacation experience while visiting Maui. Lisa and her husband was very kind and made the reservation process really easy and our stay comfortable. The location was on the bottom level across from the pool and the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. We were very close to grocery shopping locations, gift shops, restaurants, and other beaches. When it came to going to the beach, this unit had a boogie boards, mats to lay on, chairs to sit at the beach, cooler for drinks and snacks, snorkel gear, and more. Everything was available so there was no need to rent these items. Inside the condo, each bedroom had a beautiful renovated bathroom along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked with a gift bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome present. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have the Maui experience. We are already planning our return trip in 2023. Thank you to Lisa and her family for this awesome experience. This is a 5 out 5.

Lisa was responsive and helpful. Unit is right next to the pool and directly across the street from one of the nicest beaches in the area (great for snorkeling, smaller waves for kids, and beautiful sunsets). You even get a slight view of the the sun setting over the ocean from the patio. Tons of useful beach gear in their patio storage cabinet.

This was a nice place close to the pool and beach. The provided beach towels were also nice.

We had an amazing time in Maui! This property was in a great spot… our kids loved the Kamaole beach right across the street- the 5 min walk was so easy and convenient. The boogie boards and beach gear available for our use were much appreciated and the master bed was very comfortable. Great Cinnamon Role place up the street as well as some decent gelato and other eating places we didn’t try. The owner was responsive, helpful and easy to get a hold of. I have to be honest- the unit was very hot with no air conditioning - even in Oct. There are fans which help, but spending time there in the day can be rough. Thankfully, we were out exploring most days so it was okay. Our biggest disappointment was finding a note upon our arrival that the dryer was broken and unavailable. This was a big downside and would have been a deal breaker for us had we known as this was a top reason we chose this rental. There is an on-site washer and dryer but the hours are limited and closed at night and early mornings which is when we were home and needing to use it. Hopefully this will be fixed asap but I just mention it so others can make sure it’s working before booking. More towels would have been helpful in this scenario since they needed to be washed after the beach and don’t air dry well. Overall we would recommend if you can handle the heat and if the dryer is fixed. It’s a charming little place on well-kept property and it was a wonderful trip! We loved Maui and we will be back!

Lisa was very easy and promp to communicate with. The condo was everything that was advertised. The pool was great for 2 days when the beach was too rough for our you g children. We personally love the S. Kihei vibe of the island more than anywhere else. Food is close and amazing close to the condo. Just a few steps to Kam3 beach (which we loved). All in all was a perfect stay 🤙🏻

This location was perfect for those that want a home base to travel around the island. There is a beach directly across the street and shops/restaurants within walking distance. The air flow in the condo was actually perfect and provided such a nice breeze. Despite the extremely rude and condescending building staff, I would consider booking this location for our next location.

Me and my wife, and a friend and his wife stayed here for 5 nights. We each have a baby under 1. The space was great. The location of the property is right across from the beach. We had 2 cars, one parked in the parking lot and another parked around the corner, under the trees. No issues. The condo has everything you need in terms of utensils. The condo does not have AC, however if you take advantage of air flow, you can keep the place cool. Thanks!

Great condo and location. Beach across the street has some reefs and sea turtles. Bottom floor condo, so stayed a little cooler, fans and screen doors make the night comfortable too. Would definitely go use again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Maui. The property is super close to a great beach. The kids really enjoyed the boogie boards while we enjoyed the beach chairs. A great spot that I would love to stay at again.

Loved the location. Even though you cross a road to get to the beach, no other place has such a great spot, access and a bit of a view. The pool is right outside the door. Loved the sleeping arrangements for my 4 girls, they each had a spot on a mattress. Loved to do laundry when needed. Although I had almost all teens, I noticed they had items for littles too. The fridge water was great to refill bottles. A really nice place. Owners Lisa and Andrew were so easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.
