Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans ce condo nous sommes tombés en amour avec le droit de la vue et nous savons que vous aussi!
Situé juste à côté du pont de Grand Glaize à Osage Beach, ce condo est exactement là où vous voulez être et vous fournit chaque logement pour vos vacances en famille, un voyage de golf, le shopping escapade, ou week-end romantique de détente au bord du lac.
Ce condo de vacances de 3 chambres à coucher offre un espace de couchage pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et a été entièrement rénové pour la saison 2019 en utilisant les commentaires de nos derniers clients et leurs commentaires comme guide.
Les mises à jour comprennent des armoires, des comptoirs, tous les appareils de cuisine, une nouvelle laveuse et une sécheuse, des sols, des chambres à coucher, des salles de bain, une cafetière Keurig, un thermostat Nest pour refroidir l’appareil avant votre arrivée, etc. Nous sommes convaincus que nos invités et leurs familles seront à l'aise pendant leur séjour et ne peuvent pas attendre vos commentaires et vos critiques!
Avec un roi dans la Master Suite, une reine dans l'une chambre, 2 lits jumeaux dans l'autre chambre, et la reine lit dans le salon, tout le monde peut dormir confortablement avec leur propre espace. Pendant la journée, vous détendre sur votre terrasse couverte surdimensionné avec une belle vue panoramique sur le lac avec un accès depuis le salon ou la Master Suite avant d'aller à la piscine pour un peu de soleil, la station d'accueil pour certains de la meilleure pêche autour, une marina locale pour ramasser votre bateau, ou hors de profiter de la quantité infinie d'activités que le lac des Ozarks a à offrir.
De retour à la maison, pour vous détendre à la fin de la journée, profiter du magnifique coucher de soleil, rattraper votre journée avec votre accès Wifi gratuit, regarder la télévision sur un écran plat 46 pouces ou même rattraper votre netflix avec le nouveau Roku.
Notre condo a pas pas de stationnement à la porte d'entrée pour inquiéter qui en fait le meilleur endroit pour tous les âges et capacités. Si vous souhaitez descendre à la station d'accueil ou à la piscine, l'ascenseur est juste devant votre porte. Il n'y a rien qui vous empêche de profiter de votre séjour!

We had a wonderful time in A302 during our week at the LOTO. The condo was clean, well stocked and all furnishings were very nice. The view of the lake was beautiful and we enjoyed the sunsets. Great location close to lots of great places to visit.

The property is in a nice location that was close to amenities. New furniture and decor with comfortable beds. My husband and I stayed with our two adults children and their significant others. It was just the right size. We had 1 issue with towels and the host responded very quickly and had them delivered promptly. The pool was clean and peaceful with comfortable loungers and tables with umbrellas. Very pretty plants around property. I would stay again and recommend

Checkout was painless. Slightly confusing, instructed to start dish water. Yet, we were instructed to shut water valve off and shut water heater off. Was only instruction that was questionable. Would book it again when the opportunity comes up.

Everything was wonderful, from Scott's communication, to the door lock working, the furniture is great and comfortable, beds are very nice and provide a great nights sleep, the video games are fun, the view is perfect, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, can't think of a negative thing to say. We will be returning.

We brought our elderly parents for a long weekend. The condo was great for them, no stairs required. Great view of the lake and the Grand Glaize Bridge. Nice place to stay!

We had no problems. Scott was very receptive and easy to deal with. The place was clean and had an awesome view of the lake. Our kids loved the pool and we were close enough to everthing. Thanks for a great time.

Great location! Microwave did not work, emailed owner immediately but received no reply. Refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer which ruined some food and most of the packaging of our product's. Entire place needs a thorough cleaning, inside and out. Dirt piled up on the window sills outside making a dirty appearance on the deck looks as if it's falling apart, nails pulled out of the wood, braces could be spun in circles. Needs painting. Inside, fairly clean. But we needed to move the couch as something fell under it, omg! Filthy! I checked inder my bed to be sure I hadn't left any shoes. I was horrified to find a huge dust bunny approximately two feet long by a foot and a half wide. Extremely aggravating as I just had sinus surgery, still healing. To think I was breathing from that dirt, dust and hair is disgusting! The beds are quite worn and uncomfortable! One guest said she could feel coils in her back! Another guest found a spider in her bed. For the price, $125 per nt, I guess we got what we paid for. Furniture, couchs, table and chairs, bar stools are completely outdated and worn out. Dishes and glssware appear new and in great condition. Pots and pans are black on the bottoms and horribly worn out. Lake themed decorations on the wall were cute. Could have used a lot more towels, dishcloths and dishtowels. Soap dispensers had only a few inches of soap in each bottle hardly enough for four women! Ran out of TP, PT and trash bags. Only one blow dryer for 4! 😳😔

Well maintained and clean. Three bedrooms were perfect for our family. Location is great, right by the Grand Glaize Bridge.
Owners Scott & Heather Elliott contacted me when the unit was clean for early checkin. This attention to service is greatly appreciated.
They also followed up with me confirming everything was to my expectations shortly after checkin.

Great property, very spacious, so nice that it had no steps. Great location, enjoyed sitting on the deck watching all the boats. Everyone had there own room, comfortable beds and all the amenities you could ask for. Definitely stay here again!

My family stayed for 7 days at Parkside Place. The location was close to everything and right on the lake. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area and fishing off the docks. Parts of the condo were newly remodeled like the flooring, kitchen and bathrooms. They looked beautiful. Some things coming still use updating. The living and dining furniture is a big outdated and the beds could be more comfortable. For the price however, a few needed upgrades is to be expected. Our only disappointment was not within our unit but must be mentioned. Remodeling and construction appeared to be happening in the unit above us as well as small children who ran about the unit all hours. We heard sawing, loud pounding and heavy foot stomps throughout our stay. Made sleeping in impossible which would have been nice in vacation. Hopefully this work will be completed and not effect the next visitors, because everything else was great.

Our stay was great. The condo is close to everything and has a beautiful view that’s right on the water. It also is very quiet and peaceful at night So you can really sitting here the water! Beautiful! I will definitely be visiting again!
