Nous avons récemment effectué d'importantes rénovations dans notre condo. Nous sommes ravis de le partager avec vous. Notre condo est de 1100 pieds carrés de vie intérieure / extérieure avec accès à la plage privée. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un dressing et une vanité double en marbre avec douche à l'italienne. Chambre d'hôtes comprend un lit queen avec placard. Salle de bain d'invité mise à jour, équipée de douche et baignoire avec vanité en marbre. Cuisine mise à jour avec de nouveaux placards et comptoirs en quartz, appareils mis à jour et entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine. Peut accueillir six personnes maximum, notez les frais supplémentaires pour plus de quatre personnes sur la page des notes tarifaires. Les deux chambres ont de nouveaux SMART TV (accès à Netflix, Youtube, etc.). Tous les draps inclus et serviettes de plage. Espace buanderie situé dans le condo avec laveuse et sécheuse. Overall a very nice condo. Second bedroom had no storage for clothing. Would recommend getting rid of tv on wall since there already is one in the corner and put a dresser in the room. Great location. Right across from pool.

I booked our getaway a bit late and found this property. Our stay was wonderful. We spent each morning on the back porch drinking our coffee and enjoying the weather. We biked each day and spent many hours reading a good book on the beach! John was very responsive to our needs!!!!!!!

The unit was well stocked with beach wagon, had camp chairs and an umbrella and cooler-we bought three beach chairs and a full size coffee pot and left them at the unit. The owner was very responsive to questions. Easy walk to the beach…only once a day as it is 0.5 miles each way-beautiful weather, easy trip to Lido key, Siesta Key village-we enjoyed paddle boarding near turtle beach😀

This rental was in the perfect location near the pier to fish, the pool, and a short hike to the beach. We loved this spot and it was perfect for our family getaway!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice location, very comfortable. Property very clean and safe, both unit itself and community which it is in. Appreciated the amenities available like beach toys, towels, nice sets of linens, well appointed kitchen. Some broken things, as typical of rental properties: door handle, both TVs in guest room, bedroom fan. Nothing that significantly affected our stay. I would rent here again.

An enjoyable family stay
We really enjoyed our family's stay (6) at this property. Everything was clean and the location was great. Only steps away from the large community pool and a short 5-8 min walk away from the private beach! The provided wagon, beach chairs, toys, etc made the beach trip that much more easy and enjoyable. We also took advantage of one of the six Weber grills and tennis/pickle ball courts that community had to offer.
Check-in and Check-out were super easy and John was very responsive with any questions we had. The next time we consider a trip back to Siesta Key - we'll definitely check this property out!

The Perfect Vacation
This place was fantastic! Stocked with everything that we needed and more. It was clean and the location to the pool was great for kids. My favorite was sitting on the enclosed porch drinking coffee in the morning. We were sad to leave and will definitely plan a future visit back. Thanks for hosting us!

Great Spot
Great vacation property for a beach getaway. I went for a week with my wife and two young children and we loved it. The property has two pools and private beach access. Very clean and modern. We would absolutely book again if traveling to Siesta Key.

We had a great time. The property is as advertised, up to date and relaxing. Red tide limited our time at the beach but we were grateful to have the pool onsite. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful unit
We had a great time and loved the condo. As described, it’s beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds (even the pullout was great) and great location to the pool. Short walk to the beach, which was beautiful.
Only glitch was the dishwasher broke just before our stay and they were not able to get one before we left. The owner was great and did his best to replace but appliances are hard to come by these days. He credited us back the cleaning fee for the inconvenience which was very nice.
Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend

Amazing Location and Place
We loved this condo and can't wait to get back. Amazing location, the place is in great shape, loved the appliances, super well-stocked kitchen, all updated furniture, and rustic/beach modern touch decor. John was amazing at communicating and understanding or needs. I give this place a 5/5. Beautiful Siesta Key Condo
This condo was beautiful and perfect for part of our 2021 Spring Break Trip. Loved the lenai off the back with the nearby fountain to relax in. Right across from the main bayside pool. The ocean is about a 15 min walk which is farther than we are used to. Our girls slept on the comfy pull out couch. WiFi, cable and fully equipped kitchen. Great communication with owner. Garage needs a restock as chairs and beach things have seen better days. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place!

Beautiful Condo
Clean, totally renovated & super comfortable master room bed! Beautiful family room, lots of kitchen utensils and nice to have the basics(soap, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent) upon arrival, although we bought some during our stay to contribute. Will definitely rent again if it’s available for our next trip! Thanks!

Loved this condo.
We absolutely loved this condo. We felt very at home. It has everything you could need in the kitchen as well as for the beach. The fishing pier was just down the way and the pool was across the street. We loved it all. The only thing I would say is the washer and dryer will need to be replaced soon. It’s very noisy and the dryer ruined one of our shirts. But we were happy to have one in the condo to use. It made life much easier. My kids want to stay here again next year.

First class condo ALL THE WAY!!!
We were 100% impressed with all aspects of this property. This unit is furnished beautifully! From the granite counter tops to the comfy beds, this place will not disappoint. We had great communication with the owners who have it all together. This was the most comfortable stay we have had yet with VRBO. You are literally steps from the pool. The bikes in the garage were a great touch. All the hidden goodies in the garage I will leave to your imagination..(can't spoil all the fun discovering) Do yourself a favor and book this property. There is easy "walking only" access to the beach across the road. It's maybe a 10 min walk. The Security Officers are visible and super helpful at the gate. When it comes to booking a condo we wanted high end stuff....we got high end stuff!! It's all here. We will book again DEFINITELY! Hit the dock early, wait for the mullet to swim by and toss your cast net...WHAMMY instant bait. I fished all week. Or..you can cheat and go to the bait store on Stickney Point Rd. This property is attached to the inter-coastal waterway...go and enjoy it!!!!!! We did!

We absolutely loved our stay!
The condo was up to date and beautifully decorated. It felt like home with new appliances and comfortable beds. As well, the outdoor property was very well maintained and in a great location to access the gulf and the bay. We enjoyed the pool and cooking out on the grills for dinner a couple evenings. The staff was friendly and the owner easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Home Away From Home, but better!
Lovely property! The townhouse had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Well provisioned so we could prepare meals in the newly renovated kitchen. The photos and description are completely accurate. One pleasant surprise was that the unit is on the first floor. In the listing picture I saw lots of stairs, and because of the word townhouse I thought there'd be stairs. But the entrance to this unit is actually behind the stairs.
I loved the decor and artwork.
The screened lanai looks out to a pleasant pond with a fountain and beautiful birds visiting often.
Smart TVs let us catch up on some Netflix shows in the evenings.
You can pack light when a washer and dryer are in the unit - a definite plus.
We didn't use the bikes in the garage because we didn't have helmets, but they look like great bikes. There are also beach towels, chairs, coolers and everything you'd need for a day at the beach.
The pool and a modest exercise room are right across the street from the unit. There's another pool and two tennis courts near the entrance to Gulf & Bay Bayside.
We love Siesta Key and the location, across the street from my favorite beach, Siesta Beach, made it easy for us to walk on the beach every day.
John was extremely responsive to any questions; a joy to deal with. We enjoyed our vacation here and hope to stay again next year.
