Plafonds cathédrales, deux chambres à coucher propres, une salle de bain, planchers de bois franc à aire ouverte, climatisation, cuisine entièrement équipée, avec tous les appareils de cuisine essentiels (mixeur, grille-pain, cafetière ordinaire, K-cup ..), comptoir en granit, îlot central, laveuse et sécheuse, télé à écran plat LED de 40 pieds, WIFI ..
Les deux chambres disposent de matelas Queen de haute qualité et de protège-matelas. Le couchage supplémentaire consiste en un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Détendez-vous dans votre nouvelle terrasse et patio, avec un barbecue à gaz direct, une douche extérieure privée et un parking .Dormez 4 à 6 personnes, enfants compris. Entièrement meublé et idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, près des magasins et des restaurants !!! Nous sommes les animaux de compagnie !!!!! Stratégies:

Great house and location in Lavallette. A short walk to the beach and downtown. House was as described. Loved the deck and patio. A special thanks to Felix and Elsa our hosts for making us feel welcome when we arrived.

Just back from a fabulous week staying at this cozy bungalow. It is tiny, but neat as a pin and close to everything: beach, bay, restaurants, shops.
Has all the essentials (no dishwasher but does include washer/dryer and a natural gas hookup for the grill--no fussing with tanks!) and the hosts, Felix and Elsa are lovely.
One quick note for dog owners: the yard is fenced on three sides, but there is a path to the street that is not fenced. We brought a 50-foot lead and tied it to the column under the deck and that worked great for ensuring our pup couldn't get loose while we were grilling and chilling.
Also, Felix and Elsa provided a baby gate so we could block the stairs and contain our pup on the deck if we were just sitting up there. Really nice touch. :)

We had very pleasant stay. House was immaculate.. our hosts Felix and Elsa were so accommodating and were only a text away to answer any questions.
Great location only a short walk to some restaurants and the beach. Loved the outdoor shower. We can’t wait to stay there again!

I had originally booked this house for my husband, myself and my in laws. Unfortunately due to my husbands work schedule we couldn’t go but my in laws really enjoyed their stay. Felix was wonderful and my in laws said the house was great!

Elsa and Felix are amazing good hearted people ! My husband and I got married during our stay . They were extremly accomodating to make our day special !! They went above and beyond and we would highly recomend a stay in either one of their rentals !! quiet street close to both the ocean and the bay. a cool refreshing breeze ran through the property keeping the heat at bay. house was clean and well furnished. hosts were accessible via phone and email as needed. highly recommend.

The host provided us everything we needed and more. I had a few special requests which were accommodated with kindness and efficiency. Everything is in fine condition. Cozy bungalow with all you need. The beach and bay are each a couple blocks away.
