Great floor plan- The house is very comfortable and well decorated. We have been coming back since summer 2018 since we have such an enjoyable time!

Highly recommend this house. It’s updated nicely, has comfortable furniture, is clean, great location, beautiful front porch for hanging out and people watching. The neighbors are super nice and the house has good bones. Didn’t hear one thing through the walls from the neighbors or outdoor noise once inside.

This was a great stay, host was perfect providing all details and information whenever needed. Place was very clean and perfect place to stay at by the beach. I would highly recommend this place!

Our second visit here. Everything you need is here, clean, comfortable, easy access to town— walking. Chairs, umbrellas, nice back yard, comfy porch to sit on after day at the beach. Kitchen well equipped, beach badges -6- multiple bathrooms and outdoor shower. We love this place.

It was a very pleasant experience and comfortable accommodations! Really enjoyed the front porch and layout of the house.

This was our second time staying here and it never disappoints. A lovely, spacious home with more than adequate amenities. Close to the beach and a convenient location to everything! Such a lovely vacation! We will be back!

This home is located in a perfect location one block from the ocean and stores a short walk away. The decor is beachy and fresh. Kitchen has everything you need. Grill, Bikes, Beach chairs and umbrellas included.

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. It was a short walk to the beach and had a cozy front porch, perfect for enjoying coffee and a book. They had plenty of beach supplies for a family, family games, and movies. In addition, the owner was very responsive to my inquires.

Great, well-kept property, clean, quiet & close to the beach!

My husband and I rented this townhouse for 2 weeks. The first week we had some family visit and the second just us. The location is amazing, with easy access to the beach, as well as local shops and restaurants. The house was very clean upon arrival and was very well stocked with household items such as detergent, soap, cleaning products, dish towels, and paper towels etc. A few things to note, if all rooms are going to be full the A/C has a hard time keeping up at times, and second thing we noticed, the house wasn't very well stocked with serving platters/bowls if you are planning on eating at the house. The internet did give us some issues while working remote, but other than those few things the house was amazing and would highly recommend staying here. The house was also well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, two bike, and a great amount of outdoor seating. Again, we really enjoyed out time here and would highly recommend!

Jeff maintains a clean, and comfortable place in the heart of Lavallette. Right down to the smallest detail this host does it all. Staying in Lava for past 10 years, Jeff’s place is right at the top of our options.

We had the best family vacation - 5 weeks flew by !! The house is very well equipped and nicely decorated- we had all the comforts of home 1 block from the beach. Jeff, the owner, was terrific and we cannot wait to book again for next summer!!

When I am on vacation I enjoy being able to walk to stores, restaurants, beach, bay, drugstore, food store, amusements...this location offered all of this!

This is the quintessential beach house. The beach décor is lovely and high end. So clean and comfortable! There are quaint little shops right next door, a great seafood restaurant across the street and the beach is just a block away. Jeffrey is a great host and I thank him for sharing his home with me.
