Property was extremely clean the entire hotel from the front to the back well maintained The front desk was very friendly and helpful with a quick and easy check in but then the level of cleanliness of the room was indescribable looked great smelled great everything just as it should be IT WAS AUCTUALLY CLEAN!!!! which was a refreshing change because it seems as if the cleanliness/care of hotel rooms that are supposed to "higher end" hotels have drastically declined lately but this location is by far the best of all that I have stayed, and others could absolutely learn from this locations manager and staff!

Housekeeping for the rooms needs to be evaluated. I've stayed in many Hampton Hotels. This has been consistently not clean enough. Stayed 3 times at this location. All times rooms just slightly cleaned. Second trip walked into room that had not been cleaned at all. Nasty. Front desk didn't believe me and went to check the room. Got moved to another room. Other 2 times just not up to standard of Hampton Inn.

The staff was so friendly! The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the location in relation to the city as well.

The room was not really cool enough for me. The breakfast selections weren't as good the 2nd day.

The staff was attentive, especially the employee who service the breakfast.

Overall a nice hotel. Good location.

They have poor processes in areas. Breakfast. We've stayed there 2 times in last month and both times we waited on hot food. The process isn't honed to get more food in at a better pace. Morning peak check out time the elevators are tied up by cleaning crew with trash cans and laundry carts. We waited 12 minutes this morning to go from 2nd floor to first.
