Admirez le Sombrero Peak en vous prélassant au bord de la piscine / du bain à remous / du foyer, en cuisinant sur le grill gastronomique ou en vous relaxant sous le patio couvert. Cette maison de 4 chambres paisible et récemment décorée est située au bout d'un cul-de-sac calme, avec une vue dégagée sur le désert, de magnifiques couchers de soleil et une excellente observation des oiseaux depuis votre arrière-cour.
Une suite principale spacieuse avec lit king, salle de bain complète et grand dressing est au niveau inférieur. L'étage comprend 3 chambres, toutes avec lits queen (une avec lit queen et lits jumeaux) et un grand loft qui comprend un sectionnel / pouf et une télévision LED de 50 pouces avec lecteur DVD. Il y a aussi un futon en taille réelle dans le salon.
Lorsque vous entrez, à gauche se trouve un coin salon / détente avec un futon queen, de nombreux jeux et livres. À droite, une table de billard de championnat orne la salle familiale, avec une table de jeux. Il y a aussi une table de baby-foot pour profiter.
La cuisine entièrement équipée a des comptoirs en granit avec service pour 12 personnes. La salle à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement et le bar de la cuisine 3 places. Il existe un système de haut-parleur universel pour brancher un I Phone, un droïde ou un lecteur MP 3 qui peut être utilisé à l'extérieur. Internet sans fil est également disponible.
Un sentier de randonnée difficile sur Sombrero Peak est à distance de marche. Vous serez à proximité de 2 grandes épiceries, de nombreux restaurants, de pizzas avec des aires de jeux pour enfants, d'écuries d'équitation et à proximité de l'Interstate 10. À seulement 25 minutes au nord de l'aéroport de Tucson et à 20 minutes du campus de l'Université de l'Arizona. Un nouveau centre commercial vient d'ouvrir ses portes en 2017 et il est à moins de 8 km !!
Vous serez également à une courte distance en voiture du musée du désert d'Arizona-Sonora et des studios Old Tucson à travers le pittoresque parc national de Saguaro, à 5 km du parcours de golf de Pines et à moins de 5 à 15 miles de nombreux autres parcours, dont Dove Mountain. L'ensemble du tapis du rez-de-chaussée a été remplacé en octobre 2017 par des carreaux de porcelaine aspect bois!

I highly recommend this home for your next Tucson stay. From the Welcome Basket (my kids loved the snacks), to fully stocked paper products (who does that anymore?), so many pool game options, and a gorgeous house meant for just as much inside fun as outside. My children ages 5 & 4 loved the den with children’s toys. My ten-year-old spent much time and slept in the loft upstairs.
We have zero complaints at all. Thank you for making this reunion of two hero’s (my Purple Heart Marine Corp Veteran husband and the Corpsman who saved his life in Iraq 8 years ago). Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home for this unforgettable trip.

Lovely home, great neighborhood, perfect for our family trip. We enjoyed the pool, comfortable beds, well stocked with pack-n-play, kids dishes and lots of toys. We would definitely stay again!

This is a great home. Lots of room, well stocked, great pool and hot tub. Dark skies and star gazing at night. It’s near golf, the Huckleberry loop, grocery stores, restaurants and hiking. Short drive to Saguaro National Park. Kathy and Jerry are wonderful hosts and are very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed the house and pool very much. Very spacious for our group of 6. Great location to nearby shopping as well close to hiking trails.
The kitchen had everything we could think of, especially the amount of condiments left in the pantry came in handy.
The heated pool option came was great for the few cooler March days!
Would certainly stay again here if we are a group of 6-8 !

Our golf group has been coming to this property for years now. This property checks all the boxes. Excellent location, big and spacious, clean and with all the amenities. The owners are prompt and always friendly. We plan on using this place as long as the owners will have us.

This was our 5th stay at this beautiful, spacious home. The pool, spa, patio and fire pit in the back yard were amazing. It’s the best location, close to many amenities and yet tucked back into nature, surrounded by mountain views, desert cactus, and wild life. The communication with owners was great. Perfect! We will be back again!

We love our stays! The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with the most beautiful views of the desert and "our" mountain. The home is spacious and well appointed with everything you might need.

We had a wonderful comfortable family reunion. Large home, perfect for young and old. Only one tiny step so our elderly mom could enter easily. We had a toddler and there were toys and safety gates available which we appreciated. Owners were very friendly and responsive. It rained a couple of days and the pool table was just what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at this property was great for our family. There was plenty of room for our big group. We enjoyed being backed up to the desert. It was quiet and had a great yard for bird watching and visiting. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed being able have a fire in the firepit. It was great to have toys for the kids. The fooseball table and pool table were a big hit. The owners were great to work with. Questions were answered promptly. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Nicely maintained property and the pictures do it justice. Very clean and very convenient location. Only downside…not enough washcloths, so that should tell you it’s worth the booking!

The property was beautiful with everything we needed and more to enjoy family time together. The welcome basket with snacks was such a nice touch since we had been traveling all day and were hungry. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a dinner for our extended family. We were able to enjoy my son’s wedding weekend without any hiccups with accommodations. I would definitely recommend!

Had a great time! Towels could have smelled better. Pool table was very nice but there was no chalk and the cues were not good. Kitchen was well supplied. Swimming pool was fantastic but could have used some floaties. Overall a very enjoyable stay!!

This home was in a great location at the end of a cul de sac in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool and jacuzzi was wonderful, clean, and the perfect temperature. The kitchen had plenty of supplies/spices etc. The house was super spacious and represented well on the vrbo site. We would definitely stay here again.

We travel from Colorado to Tucson each March/April for golf, biking, hiking, pickleball and relaxation. This home is comfortable, well stocked, clean and in a great location. The heated pool and hot tub are clean and relaxing. It is close to the loop and hiking trails. Kathy is a great host and very responsive. We’ve already booked for next year. We highly recommend this home!

Our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids) really loved our time at Kathy’s property! The house is in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood and the view from the backyard is amazing! It felt like we were in the national park.
The pool/hot tub was nice and warm and a huge hit with our group.
The house was beautiful with more than enough space to accommodate us.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. You can tell how much thought was put into accommodating their guests.
We would highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon!!

Our family of 6 (2 kids 8/10 and 2 grandparents) very much enjoyed this home. The pool was fantastic, location is perfect (feels like you are practically in the National Park West side). We found the owners to be very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our time at Kathy’s property. The house is deceptively large - there were lots of spaces for people (especially the kids!) to disappear into and not disturb others. The main space was great for the family to come together - a huge kitchen and family room that was super comfortable. The kitchen is really well equipped and it was easy to cook or grill for 9.
Despite the December rain and temperatures, the pool was a hit - the kids were in it for hours and the adults supervised from the hot tub!
The location is amazing - the house is in a cute neighborhood but when you are out back you feel like you are in the National park. We saw wildlife everyday (and listened to the hyenas) and had amazing sunsets. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to see and to get groceries etc.
Kathy was so helpful and we would definitely recommend staying here!
The only very small thing to be aware of is that we found the beds in the two guest rooms more like doubles than queens, but we managed fine!

The house is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places to sleep with great mattresses. Garage available which was nice. Our family enjoyed our stay here with a grocery store right around the corner. Enjoyed meeting the owners on our way out. Communication was quickly responded to. Thank you!!!

Kathy is a great host who responded quickly to questions and made it very easy to check in to this wonderful home! It's at the end of the block in this super quiet neighborhood and the views from the backyard are extraordinary. Close to stores, shops and restaurants with everything you would need within a 5-10 minute drive. Well laid out with great amenities like the heated hot tub and pool. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Tucson this is it!

The home was exactly as advertised. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the views were incredible. Upon arriving, we could immediately tell how clean the house was. The kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking item we could need. I would highly recommend placing this house on the top of your list. So close to the city but the views felt like we were in the country!

This was the perfect place for our visit to Tucson. The house was lovely, spacious, and well stocked. The pool was a big draw as were views of the sunsets from the back porch. We put out bird seed and hummingbird food so we could watch birds. This is a special place!

Another amazing trip
This is our 3 rd time staying at this property and we LOVE it! The location is perfect. Everything you could possibly need is within minutes from the house. The pool and fire pit are great!! The pool table and football table make for great family time. We love coming to Tucson to meet up with our family from California. I recommend this house to anyone who want a great house in s great location
