Cozy Ski Condo with Lake View, East Peak Loop (SL307B)
Ce deux chambres est situé sur le côté du Nevada de South Lake Tahoe. La maison est très proche de Heavenly Ski Resort avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes. En hiver, enfilez des raquettes et partez en randonnée depuis le Condo, ou faites un tour en navette gratuite depuis / vers le télésiège Stagecoach, qui est juste au coin de la rue, pour une journée complète de ski ou de snowboard. Une fois que la neige a disparu, et que le soleil d'été réchauffe l'air de la montagne, le lac Tahoe est un bel endroit pour le VTT, la randonnée, la natation. Après une journée d'activité physique, tentez votre chance dans les casinos à environ cinq miles de distance. Mais peut-être préféreriez-vous rester à l'intérieur et regarder un bon film, ou profiter d'une bouteille de vin tout en admirant la vue imprenable sur le lac et vous détendre sur le canapé avec un feu chaud. This home is situated in a beautiful community with breath taking views. Very nice neighbors. With that being said, this place has so much potential but it is in need of a deep clean and is very outdated. The pictures are deceiving. Had they put in a little money in to rehabbing this home then it it would well worth the money. What was paid to stay in the condition it is in feels like we were taken advantage of. My daughter is non verbal with special needs. We were denied her service dog. This is a federal law. I also own a short term rental and this is a HUGE violation to deny a service animal. LEGALLY YOU CAN'T. The stairs are falling apart and feel like they will fall through at any time. The carpet is filthy and I would not even walk barefoot in this home. Many items left in the bedroom facing the lake view that appear be from a bathroom conversion. It takes seconds to remove old bathroom hardware. Staples showing through the ceiling in the master bedroom and the paint or stain from the beams have stained and leaked down the walls. I would be really nervous to have any young children in this home. Unable to connect to WIFI with our computers or tablets.
Beds were comfortable.
No shampoo, or body soap and NO bathmats on bathroom tile floors which is a disaster waiting to happen. Bare minimums for the cost to stay here.
I would find a different place.
needs to be more effort into upgrades and cleanliness and not discrimination of registered service animals.

I stayed for a long weekend with my wife and two children, and my sister joined us as well. The space itself was fine, although a bit outdated. Bedrooms were solid.
The main issue we have is that the unit is unsuitable for small children. Our toddler walks and explores, and the slats on some of the railings / barriers are wide enough that she could fit through and fall a significant distance (8+ feet). This is true of both the loft and the barrier between the kitchen/dining area and the staircase down to the bedrooms.
Things were warm during the day without A/C in June, but that was ok since we were at the beach or pool during the day. It took awhile for the place to cool down at night, and this was made more difficult because the new, incorrectly-sized sliding screen door to the deck was not installed and just leaning against the glass door (and the old, broken screen door was leaning against the wall upstairs in the loft...).
Finally, there were some other disappointments: some watermarks/stains on the ceiling tiles in one of the bedrooms, molded leftover coffee sitting in the Mr. Coffee, and some dusty/dirty dishes in the cabinets. Last comment: we ended up leaving early on our checkout day, and were looking for checkout instructions the night before departure. But they were not emailed to us until 10pm the night before we left, after we had already gone to bed).
The space could totally work for some groups, but we were hoping for safer and cleaner.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Loved the proximity to heavenly and the casinos. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Will def look at this as an option for future trips

The condo is in a great location. Close to Heavenly Nevada base lodges. It has an excellent private hot tub which we utilized daily after skiing. The unit has most everything you need to cook meals. It could use a little TLC. Some simple upgrades to the bathrooms would go a long way to making this a five star. Management was very helpful and responsive when I needed to contact.

Great location, view from balcony was beautiful. Very clean, bed was very comfortable. It was a little dated but was fine for us for our ski vacation.
We were disappointed that the hot tub is not private at all. It is at the front of the condo right beside the road.

Great communication with the manager. Easy access to the property. Good location. Very reasonable price for a 2 bed, 2 bath. Comfortable beds. Only real issue is compared to most places we stay at, this one was definitely outdated and a bit rundown on the interior. Other than that, very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay for a ski weekend in Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed the location being close to downtown and the lifts but still tucked away in the woods. Would stay here again.

Well we arrived in a blizzard and left in a blizzard but the place was great! Parking was hard because of all of the snow but I'm sure in a normal year it would be quite easy. The place was big and comfortable.
There are actually 3 Beds (extra twin and trundle) in one of the the Queen rooms which would have been great to know! The view of the lake (which we only saw for a brief moment) was amazing from the first floor and second. There is also a loft that has nothing in it.. maybe a bean bag or two with some toys would be great for families...
We loved the location and will stay again, hopefully when the snow isn't up to the roof!!!

Our stay was comfortable, the property manager is great, the location to Heavenly is amazing, and the town house was clean but, very dated for the cost. The bedroom ceilings were in need of repair, toilet seats need to replaced, kitchen cabinets need a remodel, and new oven mitts would be great. The TV is minimal cable and there is no Netflix, HBO, Disney, or app option, despite the button on the remote.

Great location and easy access to the Stagecoah lift and town. The condo is older but has all that you need for a good ski weekend. Hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes.

Great little cozy condo. Had a great time, got tons of snow while we were there so the hot tub was covered but great besides that! Place was clean, beds were soft and warm. Lights were a little too bright, expecially with all the Mirriors so some dimmers might be nice to just take the edge off when it's dark in the mornings/evenings.

We enjoyed the stay in this cozy house except that the soap and shampoo are not provided. It was snowing outside and very hard to go out and buy. I wish you could kindly provide these common items or provide a reminder to the customers before they arrive.

It fulfilled the purpose we needed it for as just a place to sleep. If I had had to spend more actual time at the property I probably would have complained. It was very musty and had a stale odor the moment you walked in door. The property seems poorly maintained and I’m not referring to the cleaning. It was fairly clean but not great. Besides the couch’s most of furniture was old and very worn. The beds were not comfortable. It felt like I was at a very low end apartment. The location is beautiful and with some work it could be a great spot. Also they had a loft which wasn’t even mentioned and was completely empty. Do something with the space. If you just need a place to sleep that’s a little better than a cheap motel sure.

Great location! View is amazing. Great place to watch the sunset. Unlike a lot of Kingsbury Grade locations this one doesn't have a lot of stairs which is a plus. Had one minor issue and the staff was there to take care of it first thing in the morning.

The condo was in a beautiful area with breathtaking views. But a sprucing up with paint is badly needed. Also curtains need replacing in one of the bedrooms. The condo could also have a better clean job. One more thing, the east bedroom has one window that is located underground looking at dirt making the room like a cave. We were surprised and this should be noted in condo description. So overall too expensive. Nightly rate should be lowered.

Lake Tahoe apartment
The view and location of the apartment is wonderful. It is an old apartment which has no been very well maintained. It has very sparse amenities (no tissues or dishwasher detergent). It is not very clean.

First trip to Tahoe
This was our first trip to Tahoe. Beautiful view from balcony. Condo was clean and comfortable. . Hot tub was great after a day of hiking/biking. Fiixtures are dated but everything works as expected.

Beautiful views and great location
Wonderful views! Would definitely stay again. Be aware that the condo is not updated at all, but is very cozy and the location makes up for it. The only thing I wish I knew beforehand is that after securing the condo on Vrbo, you must check your email to sign a rental agreement and then download the Hospitality app to view property access instructions. These extra steps were not communicated to me on the Vrbo app so I had to contact property management to figure out how to access the property. Their response time was quick.

Management was slow to respond to my emails and didn’t seem to really care. The view from balcony is lovely but when inside the pine tree obscures it. Washer and dryer located in the back bedroom closet, which is the only closet available for use.
I won’t stay here again. I don’t think the price (no weekly discount either) is worth it.

Loved it!
Perfect place for my friends and I when we came for a weekend trip to Tahoe. Clean property, inside and out. Nice neighborhood, quiet, and close to Heavenly Mountain and the town. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to Tahoe. Also appreciated that they let us check in a couple hours earlier. Thank you!

Amazing first time in Lake Tahoe!
I just spent the past 4 nights with my husband & kids and we had such an amazing time. This home is within 1 mile of two of the main base lifts at Heavenly ski resort, which made it such a prime location! And the sunset views off the balcony that overlook the lake are just incredible! We couldn’t of been more pleased with our stay, and will definitely be renting again the next time we come to Lake Tahoe!

I rented this condo for a week to take my 2 daughters skiing at Heavenly. It was only a 3-4 minute car ride to Boulder Lodge which is never crowded and has plenty of parking. View from condo is great (woods + Lake Tahoe). Condo was clean and kitchen well stocked. Private hot tub was clean. Area is quiet. Parking was ample and not an issue. Place is not luxury but functional and met our needs. Has a loft that would make a good 3rd bedroom but it was not set up with beds. Two bedrooms with queen beds in each and one with a double bunk bed. Overall, the condo was OK for us and good for the cost.

Record Snowfall
Once we were able to get to the condo we were so happy and content. The drive to the condo from Reno took awhile since many were using the road to get back to California since I80 was closed.
The views from the condo are amazing and the fact that you can walk and get a shuttle to the ski lift key since the parking lots fill up quick and we heard the line at the gondola took hours for people to get on the mountain to ski. I don't know the area very well but believe the location of this condo is ideal.
The beds and pillows could be more comfortable but we usually say that about every place we stay that is not home. The property manager was great to work with, he always answered my calls and calmly talked to me when I was stressed about getting to the condo etc. (the drive from Colorado was daunting)
The living area was comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub.
I recommend this cozy condo.
