Bienvenue dans ce magnifique condo sur le golfe idéal pour une escapade romantique en couple ou une retraite de plage pour une petite famille. Joliment décoré partout avec un roi dans la chambre privée et un salon / salle à manger très spacieux et confortable. Le dormeur queen dans le salon offre un hébergement supplémentaire en cas de besoin. Cuisine entièrement équipée, câble 49 pouces 4K Smart TV et DVD dans le salon et TV à écran plat dans la chambre plus votre propre laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Le condo comprend des comptoirs en granit, des carreaux partout et bien plus encore. L'hébergement au rez-de-chaussée vous permet de sortir directement sur votre terrasse privée avant du golfe où vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de la vue magnifique sur le golfe. Empruntez l'allée menant à la plage à quelques mètres de votre porte. Profitez de la piscine du complexe de condos idéalement situé lorsque vous n'êtes pas sur la plage. Nous voyons souvent des dauphins nager le long du golfe pendant que nous nous asseyons en train de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse!
La région: c'est un super endroit pour des vacances! Si vous avez déjà visité notre région, vous savez pourquoi vous devez revenir. Si c'est votre première fois, eh bien, vous allez vous régaler. Si vous cherchez un endroit où l'eau est belle et le sable doux, vous l'avez trouvé, les plages de South Walton. Nous sommes assez décontractés ici, il n'y a pas de restaurants fast-food ou de parcs d'attractions, ils sont à proximité, mais pas sur 30-A.
Nous sommes fiers de nos pistes cyclables, des magasins du marché et des concerts gratuits le soir où vous apportez les couvertures et le vin et vous détendre. Une fois que vous avez décidé de venir dans notre région, vous adorerez alors Blue Tide Condominiums. Il s'agit d'un petit développement de 18 unités. Celui-ci est au rez-de-chaussée, et comme vous pouvez le voir, la vue est superbe! Nous avons une piscine, si vous choisissez de ne pas vous baigner dans le Golfe.

We’ve come to BlueTide for many years to celebrate my wife’s birthday and once again we’ve reserved again for next year! This is the perfect spot for us with a private beach and a million dollar view of the gulf and the beautiful. accommodations of CanitaPeterson 2A is the perfect combination… 30A Also gives us that community feel with all the great little restaurants and shopping.

Having stayed closer to PCB in the past, we thought it would be nice to stay a little further west - where it would be quieter and more laid back. This location closer to Seacrest Beach is a great option. From here, biking on the bike path runs east and west directly in front of the condo. And the condo itself is easily accessed on the ground level. Parking is a designated space directly in from of the unit as well. Our host, Canita went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was great. I reached out a few times with questions, and she was always prompt to respond. Upon arrival, we found the unit to be very well cleaned - no issues at all. The bedroom is a good size, and has a nice king size bed with a mattress we both liked. The bathroom was a little tight for both of us at the same time, but more than adequate. The kitchen appears to have been updated not long ago, and includes granite counters and nice appliances. We also found that there were more than enough plates, pots/pans, gadgets etc for us. The kitchen opens to a nice sized living area with comfy furniture for a roomy feel. The sliders out to the patio provided immediate access to the outside, along with views of the gulf. There's a small outside closet that contains many beach accessories. This place sits on a bluff that provides expansive views of the gulf. There are a couple flights of stairs to traverse, but we didn't find that to be a problem at all. Overall, a great time, and we will be back.

This location is probably one of my favorite areas to stay in in 30A. The beach was perfect and the beach side service was the best. Keep in mind that the unit is perched on a cliff (hence the fantastic views) so there are several (about 2 flights worth) of stairs to the sand. The unit had everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. Canita was a fantastic host and very responsive. We will definitely be staying again. We had a great time!

Blue Tide has a great location right in the beach. The chair service is the best we’ve ever had! So nice to be able to walk right out to the beach.

We liked the condo, but the parking lot was not great. We were assigned a spot (which is great), but people would park in places that were not designated as overflow and it was difficult to get our vehicle in and out of our spot. There needs to be a no parking zone in front of the pool because it can block residents in.

We've stayed in this unit three or four times. And we'll be back again. It's always top notch and the owner makes sure everything for your trip is in order including a pair of beach lounges and table. The new outside renovations and the upgrades in the condo are very nice.

My husband and I loved our stay!! The easy access to the beach is great! The daily chairs and umbrella set up on the beach is an AWESOME BONUS. Easy and short commute to restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and had lots of space. Definitely recommend!!!!

We have had a great week at Bluetide. The condo is located on a bluff above the ocean. The view is spectacular. You can see for miles. We enjoyed games in the yard, and then walked down the steps to play in the sand. There was easy access to the pool. When we had a minor problem with the dishwasher, Canita responded promptly and the issue was quickly resolved. It was a fine week of making memories. Thanks for a great stay.

Well worth the wait!!
After two postponements due to Covid, we finally made it to Blue Tide for an anniversary celebration. The well remembered views -- from inside and outside -- and closeness to the beach and sea, immediately brought back memories. Our time there was even better than hoped for. Many thanks to Canita for swift responses and even seafood market recommendationss!

Perfect spot for getaway for couple
Clean neat comfortable quiet condo situated right on the beach. Just my wife and I went and had the most relaxing time. Convenient quick access to Seacrest and Rosemary shops and restaurants while still being away from the hustle and bustle and crowds. Private beach with chairs/umbrella was perfect. Many conveniences of home for a great rate.

Perfect on every level
We’ve been at a few VRBOs in the past 2 years, but none have been this wonderful! The place was super nice, it was perfectly clean, smelled nice, bed was very comfortable, everything we needed was there and then some! The decor was refreshing-not your usual pastels. The owner was awesome as well-immediate responses and incredibly accommodating! Great beach-we will be back!

Post Pandemic Escape
The property manager was so excellent. There was never a time when I could not get in touch with her. I could tell that she was really invested in making sure we had everything we needed. The beach service was EXCELLENT. My husband is somewhat handicapped and they made sure he had a chair that worked for him. Condo was nice and clean and we enjoyed the beach tremendously -- even though one day was a tropical storm! WE LOVED IT!

Great Spot to Get Away and Enjoy the Beach
The unit is very comfortable and well appointed. This is strictly a residential area, which we appreciated. Beach is very nice and the chair service is a welcomed extra. It should be noted that all properties in this area are situated well above the beach. Access is via several flights of stairs which could be a problem for those with physical limitations.

30A Hidden Gem!!!!
We can’t say enough good things about this unit. From parking/unloading (literally outside the front door), pool access (literally steps away from the front door), the Gulf view, and access to the private beach (with chairs and umbrella included) - everything was wonderful! The water was crystal clear the entire week; the clearest we’ve ever seen in our vacations along the panhandle. (Bring your snorkeling gear.) Simply breathtaking! We loved being in between Seaside and Rosemary. Because of the close proximity, we visited those areas often. It was also a quick drive to Destin and PCB. Our only minor complaint was (and this is based on personal preference), we found the mattress to be a little too firm for our liking. Having said that, it didn’t stop us from sleeping late each morning, so please don’t let that deter you from staying. Canita was so kind to check in on us upon arrival and she was quick to answer any questions we had. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay on 30A, this is it! We can’t wait to stay again! Thanks again, Canita!

We absolutely adored our stay! It was exactly as described, but better! The location to the beach was so convenient. The condo had everything you need, was quiet, and it was easy to get to shops, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for small family!
We loved the location and the easy access to the beach. It was a treat to have beach chairs set up daily! Plenty of room for our family of 3. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, too! We plan to return.
