Molly's Dune was fantastic! The property was clean, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed. We'll be back!

Canon was pretty clean, and had enough kitchen supplies and appliances for meal prep. It’s an easy quarter mile walk to the beach. Neighborhood feels safe, and pretty light traffic; more golf carts than cars. The bed we slept on was extremely hard, and our heads were lower than our feet, which made for a couple of restless nights 😬. No complaints from those in the other two bedrooms. I would recommend this location. Keitha at Jamaica Beach Realty was helpful with the rental, and got us a better price than using VRBO or AirB&B.

This house is in a great neighborhood. There wasn’t a ton of people around (we were there just as season was starting so that could be part of the small crowds) but it was quiet and pleasant. Because we had littles with us, it was a bit too far to walk to the beach but there is plenty of street parking at every beach access in the neighborhood that it wasn’t any inconvenience to just drive over a block or two. As for the property itself, this place is adorable! Upon checking in, we noticed that one of the beds wasn’t very sturdy and with a little investigation, we figured out it was just some loose screws in the frame. We tightened what we could with hands so it was usable for the night (we arrived late at night!) and reported it to the property management in the morning. Their response time was super quick and they asked when it would be convenient for them to come by or if they could come when we weren’t there to fix it. They got the bed fixed quickly and we were all set! The house was clean, though there was a fair amount of dog hair around (being that it was at the beginning of the season & this is a pet-free unit, I’m sure it was from the owners.) We are dog owners ourselves so this wasn’t a big deal to us but may be something to keep in mind if you do have any pet allergies! Otherwise, the house was clean. Bathrooms were clean. We did wash the dishes, utensils, etc. in the kitchen before using. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend!

Molly’s Dune was a great layout for our group. The rental process was easy checkin and Joel was super helpful with setting us up for a great time. The house was a last minute rental because of an unexpected cancellation that was stressful. Molly’s Dune completely saved our vacation. Very safe area, friendly neighbors, short walk to beach, inside was immaculate and very roomy. We were comfortable and would rent this property again and again. New favorite rental on the island. Highly recommended.

The house was well equipped; it even had a large crockpot. It was a couple of blocks from the beach, but with a wagon to hull our things and a stroller for the toddler we did fine. Do remember to bring toilet paper, toiletries and paper towels. This property does not supply. Not a problem; we came prepared. I’m more than happy to revisit
