Rustic 2 Bedroom Condo minutes away from the Arizona Lifestyle.
Rez de chaussée rustique 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, plus un canapé-lit dans la grande salle à Surprise, en Arizona. Cette unité 1300 pieds carrés. Est situé dans une communauté fermée avec une piscine chauffée, bain à remous, salle de yoga, salle de massage, salle de théâtre, un centre de remise en forme, et club-house avec cuisine et piscine la table d'un chef. Notre condo Park Place dispose d'un gaz et le charbon de barbecue en plein air et un terrain de pétanque. Le complexe a même un gardien de concierge et de sécurité.
Le condo dispose 10ft. plafonds, climatisation, appareils en acier inoxydable, laveuse et sécheuse, planchers de tuiles dans toute grande salle et cuisine. Il ya des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre et l'unité est au rez de chaussée. Lit king size dans la chambre principale, et la reine dans la chambre. L'unité dispose de 2 TV avec un grand écran HD de Sony TV LCD dans la grande salle avec un paquet de sport Direct TV. Wifi gratuit dans l'unité.
Emplacement, emplacement emplacement. Le condo est situé directement derrière un centre commercial qui abrite plusieurs restaurants, épiceries, grands magasins, pubs, et Starbucks! Surprise dispose de plusieurs terrains de golf dans minutes et PGA Tour Golf 45 minutes. Surprise est la maison pour MLB camp d'entraînement de printemps pour les Rangers du Texas et les Royals de Kansas City (Texas Ranger joueurs et la gestion séjour à Park Place pour la formation de printemps).

Rented the condo for the month of March. The arrival instructions provided were clear, the condo was clean and as advertised. The pool is a short distance from the unit and the people we met were all pleasant and friendly. Many amenities a short walk away. Sue and I had a great time and will be looking to return to the area. Kathy was great to deal with.

Great place to stay!
My husband and I just returned from a 2 month stay and thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. The condo was exactly as pictured and was nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils, and the washer and dryer were nice to have. The location was great for what we wanted to do, i.e. play golf and enjoy the warm weather. The complex is so quiet and very well-lit at night. Being able to walk to the grocery, Walgreen's, Trader Joe's, Texas Roadhouse was great. It was a very short and easy drive to get to Walmart (always busy) and Bell Road, which has an assortment of restaurants. I took advantage of the pool and it was nicely heated! We were very sad when we had to leave!

This condo was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed our stay in this little community so much that we ended up inquiring about purchasing in the future (although no unit we toured was as nice as the one we stayed in!). The location was perfect for attending Spring Training games and the close vicinity of Starbucks and restaurants was a bonus! We especially enjoyed Little Sicily restaurant. In our week stay my family enjoyed the friendliness and community that is in this quiet little Oasis. We cannot wait to come back and are hopefully making plans to do so next March. I just hope we can get this unit again! I cannot say enough about the ease of renting, the kindness of the owners, and the beautiful retreat they have created.

This condo was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed our stay in this little community so much that we ended up inquiring about purchasing in the future (although no unit we toured was as nice as the one we stayed in!). The location was perfect for attending Spring Training games and the close vicinity of Starbucks and restaurants was a bonus! We especially enjoyed Little Sicily restaurant. In our week stay my family enjoyed the friendliness and community that is in this quiet little Oasis. We cannot wait to come back and are hopefully making plans to do so next March. I just hope we can get this unit again! I cannot say enough about the ease of renting, the kindness of the owners, and the beautiful retreat they have created.

We used the 303 for an easy and low-traffic commute to Goodyear . The grounds are very well kept, the amenities offered in this community were great as well. I enjoyed chatting with the 'regulars' in the well-outfitted gym. We found a few mom-and-pop restaurants in the area, which was a pleasant change from previous stays in Goodyear and Phoenix which are inundated with almost entirely chain restaurants. I will definitely stay here again next year if it is available for the dates we need.

Our vacation in this condo was very nice. The condo is spacious and comfortable with a nicely equipped kitchen. The complex is well cared for and quiet. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and retail shops. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. On top of all this, the weather was great!

Fabulous vacation rental in Surprise. Just minutes away from Baseball Spring Training, NBA games and NHL games!! A great sports trip for the family! Close to awesome shopping outlets and restaurants to suit any palate. Lovely community in the Park Place community as well. Beautiful Hiking trails at White Tank mountains, 10 min. away. Friendly people, quiet and safe gated community. Ahh... and the weather was perfect for our 10 days there. Couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

Fabulous vacation rental in Surprise. Just minutes away from Baseball Spring Training, NBA games and NHL games!! A great sports trip for the family! Close to awesome shopping outlets and restaurants to suit any palate. Lovely community in the Park Place community as well. Beautiful Hiking trails at White Tank mountains, 10 min. away. Friendly people, quiet and safe gated community. Ahh... and the weather was perfect for our 10 days there. Couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!
