Enjoyed our stay for 30 days. Close and walking distance to town and beach. House is spacious and was clean which is important to me. House is also extremely well stocked with everything you could need, including sand toys for my grandkids. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Is on corner of A1A and a little noisy during the day but is very quiet at night. Spacious and comfortable and would not hesitate to stay again. Also the grounds are nicely kept and flowers were very pretty. The owner Ann communicated well and is easy to reach if needed.

My husband and I enjoyed our month in Vero Beach. The location of the house is excellent---close to parks on the river as well as a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. While it's on a busy street, the house is tucked away and very private. It was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Ann was very helpful with clear instructions about the check in process and responsive to us and any concerns we had during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the nearness to the beautiful beach and downtown Orchid Island shops and restaurants.
Ann was very responsive to our inquiries and the weekly cleaning service was great. We felt very at home in this lovely vacation getaway. Thank you!

We left after one week. House did not live up to our expectations.
We arrived to find that there was a huge construction project underway just outside our door. When I called the owner, she told me that a new bike path was being installed. After research it turns out a new sewer system with a bike path was underway. The construction trucks with the dirt and noise they bring made it impossible to use an otherwise nice screened in porch. Due to the construction barriers lining the streets, accessing the driveway was difficult.........While the construction was something the owners had no control over, it would have been nice to know about it ahead of our arrival.
Since we are in our eighties, safety is a high priority. There were no grab bars in the showers. Other places the floors changed heights.....A real tripping hazard. Is amazing no one has been injured.
We also were disturbed by the lack of sunlight in the house itself. As former residents of Central Beach, we found the house to be very dark. Even at noon, one had to have at least one light on. Not exactly what one expects when vacationing in Florida....Was hard to realize we were in Florida...the sunshine state....
The final straw was the imminent arrival of a hurricane....a rare occurrence for November.

This home has everything needed for a great vacation.
Walk to the beautiful beach or stroll along the river. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance! Home is comfy and stocked with all the essentials you will need. The lanai was our favorite spot. WE could watch the rabbits play as we ate all our meals . The neighborhood is beautiful and the people are friendly.

Home away from home.
This lovely home in a quiet community was home for a month.
The house was all as it was advertised to be! Comfortable and cozy.
We were able to walk to the ocean and the river. Everything we needed was available. Ann and Leo were so easy to communicate with , it felt like I was talking to a friend. If you are looking for a home to relax this is the place! We will definitely be back. Thank you Ann and Leo for sharing your home with us.

Perfect!
Beautiful space near the beach! The house is very private and the large trees provide plenty of shadow for those hot afternoons. Inside stays really really cool if that is something that you want. We loved having the large porch to have lunch with our kids while having a chance to see the many wild rabbits that the property has.
The short walk to the beach and the many options of restaurants and shops makes it an ideal place to say in Vero Beach.

A great venue
We had a great time ! The house was beautiful and every thing was just as you would expect. We felt like we were in a "garden of Eden." It was so serene and privacy was a plus.

Vero Beach & Indian River Getaway
If you want to be within walking distance to Vero Beach and the River this is an excellent choice! The house is modern and clean. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms . The laundry room is spacious and the living room is very comfortable. The kitchen is big enough to cook anything you desire. This Beach home has everything you can imagine and then some. It's fully equipped for sure. You will love the neighborhood and will always want to return.

Great property!
A perfect place to stay while in Vero Beach! The house is clean and very comfortable, with everything needed. You cannot beat the location - so close to the beach and also to the river - nestled right in between. The hosts are excellent, responsive and thoughtful. We are so grateful to have found this home and look forward to the next time we are there.

This was my 4th year renting this property. So conveniently located.... walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and the park. The owners are very responsible and prompt in their communication. I was sorry to cut my trip short this year due to the virus outbreak😢�

Great home away from home. The house was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Well maintained, nice sized rooms and the large screened porch was a bonus. The amenities provided met our needs for indoor and the beach. Also the location was with in walking distance to restaurants , shops , parks, theater, and the beach.

The owners are sensational and the home is beautiful and well kept. The area is blocks from the beach and DT Vero. The home is kept like a five star hotel with all the amenities you could hope for. I highly recommend this property!

Central Beach - great location
The house is exceptionally clean and well equipped. Thr owner is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing about the house was overstated. We were pleased and happy with our stay. We walk to beach, restaurants, museum, theatre and enjoyed the freedom of not driving.

It’s all about the little details.
My wife and I along with our 7 month old daughter sold our house in Vero Beach quicker than expected and were in need of a VRBO for January as we finished our professional obligations. As now former residents of the area we can attest with authority that this place has everything you would want and need in a vacation beach rental. It’s location is perfect for access to beach, boutique retail, bars and restaurants. The owners are very attentive and are very accommodating, especially with our baby. Five stars all around...clean, private, comfortable and well appointed beach home!

great location!
this is the perfect spot if you want to be able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants in central Vero Beach. a little noisy since you are right off of A1A but the landscaping completely blocks the view of the road so that is nice. sleeps 4 comfortably; we did not try the Queen size sofa sleeper but the single sleeper chair is a great option for a child.......not enough support for an adult, though. overall, I highly recommend this house.

Lovely, lovely beach house!
Extremely clean and well-maintained. Owners provided terrific, friendly, and prompt customer service. Leisurely walk to the beach, restaurants, and boutique shops. The garden is extraordinarily lush and well cared for. House seems recently remodeled with great care. Off a busy street so you can hear traffic; plug in white noise apps and you're fine. You won't believe the oasis when you pull into the driveway. We have already passed along the site to family.
