Perfect location, easy access to lake, the house had everything we needed. It was a great stay!

This house was clean, comfortable, spacious and spotless. The beds and linens very comfortable. The home is modern, so everything worked well. Everything we could need, or want, was provided, along with extras. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our family, 2 adults and 4 children (1-13 yrs old) had a great week here. The house is in a great location to spend time at the lake, river or hikes. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Great location. Weekdays were very noisy with neighbours houses under construction from 7am onwards. Very well equipped. Couches need replacing otherwise it was a great getaway.

The accommodation is perfect for a large group. Would prefer that non-perfumed detergent was used for the bedding. The scent was a bit strong for some of us. Kawkawa Lake is nice for swimming although a little shallow in the roped off area.

We had a fabulous time - great property, great location, well maintained. The house is modern. Laundry room just off the kitchen was handy and well stocked; lots of linens, kitchen and panty had lots of utensils and supplies. Toy cupboard kept a three year old and nine year old interested plus puzzles, games, etc. Nice yard. Air conditioning was nice as we were there during a heat wave. Tricia was always accessible, very helpful in providing information and keeping in touch. The location is superb, so close to the lake, which everyone enjoyed. Easy to run back to the house for food or whatever and easy to drag own toys, blankets, beach stuff, etc. We brought a paddleboard and wagon which were handy. Access to garage was great for bikes and other stuff. Driveway parking for 3 to 4 cars. Quiet and nice neighborhood. 5 minute drive to grocery, bakery, pizza, etc. We were an extended family of 5 adults and two children. Couldn't have been better. Would definitely book here again.

The property was clean, well-stocked and decorated for Christmas. Overall, awesome renting experience, definitely recommend it!

We have been very fortunate to get to stay at this property twice and hope to continue relying on this awesome rental for future retreats. The set up in the living room is ideal for facilitation and there are enough bedrooms and bathrooms to allow for our team to feel comfortable - not to mention how lovely it is to be just across the street from the lake!

It was an amazing time at this house!!! I didn't want to leave . Coffee out front looking at the mountains or on the porch still looking at mountains or the entry to the lake . So easy to have a relaxing time there ...walk across the street to Kawkawa lake and spend the day come back for lunch and go again . Kayaking was great there . Stores all close by ...Tim Hortons, McDonald's,saveonfoods, fast stations, liquor store and restaurants. She had the house stocked with everything needed . Cupboards had spices and seasonings and fridge was full of condiments and pantry had lot of extra toilet paper and paper towel and towles and clothes . Lots of pots and pans and cups plates bowls so no need to bring anything . Very comfortable house and just overall great time . I will be coming there again . Thank you

Very close to the lake (but far enough to avoid the noise), newer home, well-equipped with very thoughtful touches. Our family had a wonderful weekend here - so close to Metro Vancouver but yet by a lake in the mountains....wonderful!

What a great find! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was very comfortable we would recommend this place to any family looking to get away from the city. The lake was awesome and just a stones throw away from the house! You’ll love it!

This was our second time at this property and we really enjoyed our stay again. The house has a large amount of space and is perfect to hold all our stuff for the week. We hope to come back again.

We had our family come together and stay in this wonderful location. There are endless outdoor activities to do - hiking, bike park, kayaking, fishing, sightseeing, hot springs. Absolutely loved our time

Great location and neighborhood, beautiful lake and mountains. Master bedroom is gorgeous; the other three were a bit small and spare. We were able to sleep nine with a rinky-dink mattress and frame we found in a closet, but the “sleeps 10” description in the listing is a big stretch. Living area and kitchen were very spacious and enjoyable, but couches were a bit on the ragged side. Appliances worked very well, as did wi-fi when six or fewer people were using it. (The router sometimes dropped users above that number.) We never received an answer to our inquiry about using the rowboat stored under deck, nor was it mentioned in the listing. Property manager was very helpful otherwise.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. As per my previous stay it lived up to my expectations as well as the description on the website. The house is spacious and well maintained with all the equipment required for an enjoyable stay. The location is good and at night it is quiet as it is in a residential road. There are many beautiful places to visit within a short drive and the town of Hope is nice and very scenic. It is nice to sit outside with a drink and listen to the birds or to go to the lake (about 1 minute away) especially in the early morning or in the evening. We would love to come back one day and from our experience, would recommend it to others.

We were there for my sons hockey tournament. Great location only 4 minutes from the arena. Place is very clean. Had a great stay

The house got almost everything we need except the tv is a little small for us to count down for the new year. If you don’t need a big screen tv for movie; I highly recommended this place for you.

I celebrated my birthday in this wonderful place! Near the lake, the forest, all the shops nearby. Very beautiful and pleasant home. The owner is very pleasant in communication. I recommend this house to everyone !
