We had a great stay and the house was just as described. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for the 8 adults we had. I can't say enough about the location. It was great to boot up at home and the bus literally picks you up out in front of the condo and drops you at the Town Lift, or Main Lodge of Park City. We used the bus to also go out at night which was perfect. Tracy quickly responded to any questions that I had during our stay.

The house had plenty of room to accommodate all 11 members of the family. Kitchen was nicely appointed to cook meals. Great boot room to get ready to ski. The wood burning fireplace was a nice touch.

Our family, ages 17-74, had the perfect vacay at this home. Mattresses and bedding were fantastic for all of us, which was extremely important, as some of the older family members have back issues. Kitchen was well appointed. The great room furniture was super comfy, with a gorgeous view of the snowy back and side yards, which includes a great sledding hill for the kids. The hot tub out back was perfect, as well as the ski equipment room on the first level. Firewood was provided for wood burning fireplace which made our evenings extra warm & cozy. To top it all off, the bus stop for the free bus system to the area resorts, Main Street, town lift, etc., was right out the front door. A bus literally comes by every few minutes! This was perfect for our avid skiers who could come and go all day long. It was also great for the older folk who didn’t ski, but wanted to go shopping, out to lunch and dinner, etc., without having to worry about parking and driving in the heavy snowfall. The owner, Tracy, was wonderful and very responsive. We loved it all so much that we’ve already booked it again for next year and cannot wait to go back!

3 generations, family of 10. Every one had plenty of space. Condo is perfectly set up for ski trip. The downstairs area with benches, ski racks, boot warmer and hooks was great for keeping snow and wetness out of the rest of the house. All of the many beds were comfortable and we had all the linens we could possibly need. Kitchen is well stocked. We cooked every night and again had room for a large family. The hot tub was enjoyed after skiing. The bus stops right across the street- it took a few trips to figure out the system.
Honestly the pictures don’t do this home justice. It’s a very nice place.

We have been to Deer Valley many years. This was our first time in December. While the snow conditions were not as great as February, John and Tracy's home made our vacation exceptionally enjoyable. Owner's were very responsive and their hosting agent was quick to respond for any issues. The home is nicely laid out for multiple families or one large one such as ours. The bus is a few steps away from the unit so easy to get to Snow Park quickly. We will be back!

The condo is right on the bus route making it very convenient to access all Park City has to offer. The kitchen is well equipped and the condo can hold a lot of people and with two hot water heaters we never ran out of hot water! Will definitely stay here again

We stayed for a week and it was just ideal. Super clean. Well stocked with whatever you need. The bus stop is literally out the door and across the street. We had two couples and a teen, so we all had a king bed room with private bath. Very comfortable beds, BTW. We originally would have had another couple and two 7 year olds with us but an accident caused them to have to cancel. The bunk room downstairs would have been ideal for them. There is a ton of space downstairs, with an additional tv area. We loved everything about this home and the owners could not be more lovely to work with. We had huge snow to top off the week. You would be pretty hard pressed to do better than this location, and if I could give 10 stars, I would.

Great house! An amazing time staying at 1140 Stonebridge Circle during the Sundance Film Festival. Right across from the bus stop, so convenient for swift travel almost anywhere, all film venues, restaurants, Main Street. So lovely to come back to our warm and cozy home at night, all of us enjoying crackling fires and hot tubbing under the falling snow. Dog-sledding and snowmobiling (not to be missed). We went dashing through the snow in a horse drawn sleigh. We saw Elk and wild life and Films, took in the scenery, and of course skiing and snowboarding. Magic!
Two-weeks was magical! So different from others in Park City, feels like truly a home in the mountains: dark wood trim, stone walls, robust fireplace, and high ceilings. Bedrooms r large and livable, very comfortable king size beds and lots of sitting areas. Incredibly well-stocked, tons of bedding, pillows linens and towels a massive washer and dryer and chock full, loaded kitchen.Everything needed to cook breakfasts lunches and the rare home-cooked gourmet dinner.
So walkable to Park City, the sidewalks perfectly cleared of snow daily. Best of all, just across the street from the bus that runs almost every three minutes – and whisks you away to any desired location within minutes.
The owners are responsive and fantastic. Private outdoor area gas grill and hot-tub, right proper rip-roaring fires in the fireplace. We love it. We will be back!! Had to cut the review short - not enough room to say it all!!

Everything was perfect. The homeowners and manager were so helpful and quick to help. The Bus system is right out the door, so helpful to getting around to downtown and the ski slopes.
We drove 20-25 minutes to Midway to tour the Ice Castles one evening and one morning headed to Woodlands for some snow-tubing with our group (1yr-62 yrs)

I can’t say enough positives about this rental. The home was fully stocked with everything from kitchen needs to games to extra linens, towels and blankets. The common spaces were large for groups but there was also a separate area in the basement for our teens and kids to comfortably hang out, watch tv and play pool.
Loved the boot and jacket area. Plenty of space to leave all the wet, snowy gear and the boot/glove drier was a bonus!
The location is about midway between Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts but they are minutes away so no need to hesitate about not being in town. The home is steps from the free shuttle which takes minutes to get into the downtown Park City shops and restaurants on Main St. The free shuttle also takes you to the ski lifts, runs frequently and is easy to use.
An unexpected bonus was this unit being on the end next to a hill. The kids (ages 2-15) spent endless hours on the snowy hill sledding and building snow igloos and snowmen.
The owners were amazing to work with. Tracy was quick to respond, provided great information before arrival and made check-in/check-out so easy. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is perfectly located a few steps from the bus stop on the main road between Deer Valley Base and downtown Park City.
The place is perfect for a large group and all the beds we used were very comfortable. We had two sets of grandparents and a family group with two children. Great area in the lower level for the kids and also a great space at the entry for coats/skis/ski gear and a boot rack with dryer. In addition, there were plenty of supplies of soap/shampoo/toilet paper and paper towels. (Some VRBO rentals only provide the minimum).
We walked downtown to dinner and also took the shuttle bus to town another time. The bus stop is just steps from the front door.
The owner checked in with me shortly after check-in and was always quick to respond if I had a question.
Our blended family group had a great time here and we would definitely return.

An excellent property
There were 14 in our group, 8 adults and 6 children ages infant to 13. This property was perfect! We had plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo, the beds were all very comfortable, and we liked the location. It is possible to walk to town, but a bus comes by often and it is a short ride to Main Street. This condo is in a beautiful location and the owner was most accommodating in answering our questions before our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was everything we could have asked for. John and Tracy provided a wonderful space and were attentive and available hosts. The property was clean and comfortable. We had a great time in Park City and Deer Valley, this property is so close to everything and has lots of room to spread out when you are not out skiing or snowboarding. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Getting in the hot tub was one of our favorite things to do after a day on the slopes.

Family Vacation
We stayed here for our family vacation (4 adult couples). There was adequate space for sleeping as well as common space for dinners and socializing and we never felt crowded. Right on the shuttle route, very easy to catch the bus for skiing, but also a short walk in to town for dinner. Hot tub was great. Host was very responsive to any questions during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Property!
This property is by far the best place we've stayed at in Park City. The pictures don't do it justice...it is huge! There is so much room to hang out, play games, or watch TV all together on the main floor. The kitchen is well stocked and had EVERYTHING we needed more! All beds and bedrooms were wonderful! The bunkroom and spacious and the bottom floor was great for the kids. We travel a lot and this place was so worth the money! We will definitely return!

What a truly great experience. If anything, the website pictures didn't do the high quality of this property, justice. We had a group of 12, all ages. Plenty of room, plenty of gathering space, and all very well done and clean. Huge bunk room, great downstairs gathering spot for kids, large and perfectly situated hot tub. The ease of use of the FREE Park City Shuttle to get to the mountains was unparalleled. We have been coming to Park City since 1997 and this was definitely one of our best trips due to the Grady's property. Great kitchen, great wood burning fireplace. Tracy was a delight to deal with. I really can't say enough, we will undoubtedly be back.!!!

Perfect for 2 Families
Our experience at this property was wonderful. The staff is AMAZING and extremely willing to help in any way they can. We are very happy with our choice to stay here. We were two families of 6 people each. There was PLENTY of space to sleep, lounge, eat, shower, etc. We were never short on space. Our only regret was not planning enough down-time to enjoy the property itself. The kids especially enjoyed sledding down the hill right next to the property. We would most definitely stay here again.

Georgia ski family
The house was perfect for our family of six adults and two babies. Lots of room to spread out. Having 3 king beds was a first for our crowd and much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. The bus stop was right out our front door! The hot tub was the perfect finish for our sore Ga bodies. Lots of space in perfect location
House was even more spacious than we expected. Family room was comfortable, bunk room was a big hit, my older kids enjoyed having a downstairs TV + gaming area, and my wife and I enjoyed the privacy of the upstairs master suite. The location of 1140 Stonebridge is perfect for DV skiing (the PC bus / shuttle stop is right in front of the condo) but it's also a short and easy walk to Main St. in Park City. I thought I would miss having a garage for our car, but the parking spots are right next to the condo and super convenient. Hot tub, boot dryer, gas grill and wood burning fireplace were all great to have. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of extra supplies (spices, coffee filters, etc.). Only one thermostat for all three floors but owner has put space heaters in most of the rooms. Great communication and support throughout our stay.

Perfect Home!
This home could not have been more perfect for 3 families with 8 children! It is comfortable, functional and perfect location for the slopes with a bus stop right out front! We enjoyed cooking every night in the fully stocked kitchen, playing in the side yard with the small sled hill and were all comfortable lounging around the house and in the hot tub after days on the slopes at Park City and The Canyons! The wall of bootwarmers is an added bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed! We will be back!

Our ski trip to Utah!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed spending a week at this lovely home! It was very clean, and we had everything that we could have possibly needed! The kitchen was well equipped, and we made several large meals and had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. to prepare everything! The location is perfect too, close to both Deer Valley and Park City resorts, as well as very close to downtown Park City, shopping, and restaurants. The shuttle comes by on a very regular basis, and the shuttle stop is just steps away from this property. We would love to stay here again!

This was a great condo for our ski trip. Just a short drive to Park City Resort and very convenient to downtown. Plenty of room for our group of nine adults. Had a great time.

Full week stay- 2 families with older kids
This is our 3 rd stay at 1140 Stonebridge.. great for 2 families with multiple kids. Condo is exceptionally well stocked with lots of extras and the location to free buss transport is invaluable.. no car needed, ever. The owners are easily accessible if needed. Washing machine broke( as all appliances eventually do) and the washer/ dryer set was replaced with a brand new set in under 5 hrs. Really!

Great place for a large group
This place was great, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit park city. Some highlights:
1) The house was huge, easily slept 14 without feeling crowded.
2) It was very clean and nice inside. With a great layout for a big group.
3) location is perfect as well. Very close to the bus stop that comes every 3 mins to take you to the park city or deer valley resort.
4) The property manager was very easy to reach by email and text.
Would gladly stay here again!

Great family home!
This condo is awesome—nicely decorated end unit so it feels like a house. It’s very well-stocked in kitchen and all baths, with comfortable beds in large bedrooms and an open family den/kitchen area with wood burning fireplace which we enjoyed all week. Downstairs rooms and den are a plus and add room to spread out. Hot tub was a hit with our group, and you can’t beat the condo’s location at entrance to Deer Valley but walkable to downtown. Bus stop out front was so easy in both directions to ski DV or Park City. We’ll be back! Thanks for sharing such a beautiful home.
