This condo was perfect for our family. Cleanliness is what is most important to me and the place was very clean, which made us all very comfortable. Good communication from rental agency, great location, our 2nd time at that condo complex, but first time at this condo. Loved the first floor location and tons of storage. We will rent again!

First I want to say that we used to own a place in this exact property. We took a lot of pride in making sure some of the basics were covered when we rented our place - having conditioned in addition to just shampoo, body lotion, spices and condiments that make it easier to cook without having to pack your entire fridge to go away for a few days. And a TEA KETTLE!!! This place has all the little things that make it so much easier to be away and stress free! We had the same exact floor plan and have rented many with the same since. It's hard to figure out how to sleep 8 comfortably but even harder with this floor plan to figure out how to seat all the occupants comfortably in the living room! they figured that out also. The 2nd bedroom can sleep a group of kids, a family of four or just a couple. I can't say enough about this rental. And the main bedroom king bed is incredibly comfortable. Well done to these owners!

This condo is extremely cozy and spacious! There is no way to capture this in pictures. We had 7 of us stay here for a week to ski and snowboard and my two sons who live in Winter Park visited, so we had 9 people congregating in the house and still had a ton of room. Plenty of seating and room to lounge. Extremely clean, well kept condo. Came with all of the necessities like paper products, shampoo, conditioner, soap, sheets, blankets, extra pillows, and fully equipped kitchen! Loved the shower and spacious bathrooms. All beds are very comfortable. The location is right next to Hideaway Park, so at night you look out the windows and see all the Christmas lights lighting up downtown Winter Park. I will definitely be looking to rent this condo in the future. When the water heater cut out on us due to a power outage, we sent one text to Becky and she was all over it to have it fixed!! This kind of attention and communication is exactly what a renter needs when they are not familiar with the area. Thank you Becky!! Best experience we have ever had with a rental! And a shout out to the owners of this condo for working with Becky to help us out!!

We had a very comfortable stay here over Christmas 2020. The condo had everything we needed. It is one of the newest condo's we've stayed in and it was nice to have the big windows and in-floor heating. Beds are comfortable, location is great, there is plenty of storage room for coats, boots, etc. We loved having lots of seating in the living room. Everyone could find a place on a couch. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed but not completely surprised. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

We had a short trip and stayed here for just two nights. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is really spacious and extremely clean. The fist floor location is a plus. The kids loved the hot tub and pool table. We will definitely be back. It is a little pricey per night once fees are added. However, we really enjoyed our time there.

This condo unit is located in a rather new complex right off Main Street in Winter Park. It's central to many restaurants and right across the street from Hideaway Park, a great place for sledding in the winter. It's also on the bus route to get you to the ski resort with little hassle.
The condo comes with nice furnishings, a king bed in the master, a bunk bed in the guest bedroom, and a TV in every room. It's also a first-floor unit, which was good for my older dad who has trouble with stairs. The complex is relatively quiet. Check-in/out instructions were easy to follow.
The only issue I had was paying much more than the advertised price. On top of added fees, there is a 7% Winter Park tax charged separately. The owner explains why it doesn't go through VRBO.

This condo was great, spacious, high ceilings, very clean, and in a great location with several restaurants within walking distance and the ski shuttle is about 100 feet from the back patio. I am looking forward to staying here with my family again for another ski weekend.

We were very satisfied with the layout, furnishings and condition of the condo.
It was obviously well taken care of and we tried to keep it that way. We appreciated not only the convenience of the washer and dryer but also the cleaning supplies as well the variety and convenient sizes of of other cleaning supplies and the condiments and kitchen items that were very useful. As an 82-year old who is not as nimble as I once was, I would suggest that, for greater convenience and security, you consider adding grab bars to the showers. Thanks for care.

The condo is super nice and very comfortable and roomy! The kitchen had everything you would need to cook for a large group all week (griddle, blender, toaster, crock pot, plenty of utensils and other equipment). The second bedroom with the bunks was awesome and provided a ton of room and sleeping. The floor plan is great too, with the 2nd bathroom directly across the hall from the 2nd bedroom. The laundry in the unit was perfect to dry out wet ski clothes.
On the downside the complex and facilities were not so great. The walks and parking lot were not cleared. Each day I had to walk in ankle to knee deep snow to get to my car. There was a significant snow fall while were stayed and only 1 time did i see the parking area get partially cleared. The sidewalk never got cleared although they did provide a shovel and bucket of sand. At over $320/night I would expect better. I have been staying in WP for over 40 years and I have never seen anything this bad. I appreciate the mountains and love the snow but when you pay good money to stay at a complex I expect these things to be taken care of. I would stay in the condo again in a second but will think twice simply because of the poor facility up keep.

Going skiing in Winter Park was a Christmas gift for the family so getting it perfect was imparative. Becky shaw the property manager was amazing to work with. I wanted to have a package from Santa delivered and waiting for the kids when we arrived. There was a mishap with mailing but she did everything she could to make sure we had that gift on Christmas Day when we arrived. Thanks Becky!!!
The condo is much bigger than the pictures looked. Clean, decorated beautifully, well equipped with anything you could want. Big comfy couches and beds, plenty of seating for meals, a mud/wet room for gear. A minutes drive to anything although you could walk if you didn’t mind several feet of snow. We are a family of 5 with boys ranging from 12-20. They had plenty of room to sprawl out. What I appreciated is the little stuff like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hair and body shampoo dispenser in the showers, trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper... that stuff can add up to a fortune when buying at the local mart but it seems everyone just pitches in and leaves whatever nessesities they have left for the next group. Big thumbs up! My youngest loved the outdoor heated pool in the clubhouse. Several well behaved teenagers hung out there watching TV and playing pool.
Winter Park was great! We ate at Randis for lunch, Denos for a Christmas Dinner, a Mexican place in Cooper Creek and Hernandos pizza. The only place we didn’t care for was Hernandos although it was packed with a wait every day?? Denos was perfect for Christmas Dinner.
Winter Park Resort was kind of a hassle to get equipment and waivers. Advice- even if you complete the waivers and upload pictures online there’s a good chance they will not be able to find them. Plan ahead and bring the gang with you when picking up lift tickets unless you buy early enough to get them in the mail. It takes several weeks. The slopes were great and the village was very cute!! If youre contemplating staying in the village by the slopes or down town like we were just be aware that the slopes close at 4:00 and most shops close at 5:00-6:00 pm so there’s not much to do later in the evening. Save the money and stay here!!! It’s money well spent and it’s only a few minutes drive to the resort.

I visited here in January with a few women from my church and it was so lovely! The condo was bigger in person than in the pictures too. It was very clean and comfortable to stay in! The bus to Winter Park is about a 6 minute walk from the condo and from there, it took no more than 10 minutes to be at Winter Park Resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Perfect Winter Park spot!
We have stayed here several times in both winter and summer ...and ALWAYS find it hard to leave. Extremely comfortable, well equiped, works well for 2 or 10, ideal location (15 mins from door to lift at Mary Jane), kids love the pool and pool table ...and the wonderful park just steps away, easy walk to restaurants, shopping, movies, rec center, and more. We hike, bike, fish, snow shoe, and Nordic ski out the back door., bunk beds rock, always warm and confortable with fireplace and floor heat...and everything works! We will be back!

The home was beautifully decorated. It had everything: PLENTY of extra linens and pillows, all of the kitchen items we could possibly need, all bathroom potions in a convenient dispenser in the showers, a spacious front hall closet for all of our ski equipment, tv with cable (Dish/Direct?) in both bedrooms and the living room, huge dining room table, wifi, washer & dryer and radiant floor heat! The kids LOVED the bunk beds. I was happy that they couldn't fight over the top bunk. And the giant stuffed dog was a big hit. The master bedroom has a very nice mattress though a little too soft for us. It was so nice to be on the first floor though the elevator would have made it super easy if not. We never heard any neighbors. Super peaceful and quiet. Absolutely perfect.

We have just returned from our vacation in Winterpark and we had such a great time! This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 boys- ages 12, 10, and 6. There was plenty of room. The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We loved the location, being across from the sled park and 10 minutes from the mountain. The property mgr, Becky, was very easy to work with and the owners were also very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here next yr. Loved it!
