Waterfront Retreat - Enjoy great lake relaxation outside and fun gaming inside!
Grande maison au bord du lac en eau libre et l'une des rares propriétés à louer des bateaux sur place. 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain, 12 couchages. Un quai de deux étages s'étend bien sur 120 pi dans le lac pour un accès en eau profonde. Ascenseurs à distance sans fil pour bateaux. Douche extérieure fermée spacieuse (chaude / froide) avec une vue magnifique sur le lac pendant que vous vous baignez! Trois hamacs en corde pendent de la tonnelle et du quai pour une détente ultime. A l'intérieur, profitez du garage climatisé transformé en grotte d'homme. Jouez à la PS3 ou à la Wii sur grand écran, aux fléchettes, au ping-pong et au billard (table de billard anglaise de 10 pi x 5 pi). Profitez du confort du matelas King Tempur-Pedic dans la chambre principale. La chambre 2 a des lits superposés construits sur mesure avec 2 doubles en bas et 2 lits jumeaux en haut, la chambre 3 a un lit queen. Le canapé du salon et de la salle de jeux se transforme chacun en lits queen-size, les deux ayant un matelas tempur-pedic. Magnifique cuisine ouverte avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, compacteur de déchets et deux fours. Salle de lavage a laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Belle cheminée dans le salon et un grand porche sur la porte arrière avec des sièges et un gril à gaz.

We so enjoyed this rental. the homeowner so so welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. the place was clean and the game room was a Godsend. it gave the kids something to do when they had too much sun time fishing and tubing. We will deffinatly stay here again.

This was the perfect lakehouse for me and my two boys (8 and 10 years old). The location is ideal--easy to get to, but still tucked away. It was nice to have one of the bridges nearby as a visual cue out on the lake for how to get back to the house. The house was clean and easy to manage. My boys thought the game room was the coolest thing ever. I did, too, for that matter. John was an amazing host. He communicated early and clearly, was responsive, and was *incredibly* patient with me (as I had almost no experience with lakehouses or watercraft, and it showed). Hoping to go back again!

The property was beautiful, very manicured and fully equipped just like home. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the kids swim and fish off the dock. We had s’mores sitting around the fire pit area and the kids loved the large swimming mat.

John's house was perfect for our lake trip. The location was great (less crowded part of the lake) and his Man Cave gave us plenty to do once the sun went down. We rented jet skis nearby and floated in shallow area by the dock.

Property was great! Booked house for my avid fisherman son and some of his friends for his birthday. We all swam and caught lots of fish. Host was super nice and responsive. We all had such a great time!

We had such a great time at this place. The view was great and the sound of the waves on the water just give you sense of calm. The kids loved the rubber dockie and we even made it out on the pontoon. At peak sun time we came in out of the sun and enjoyed playing in the game room before heading back out into the water. Such a fun mini vacation! Even the beds and pillows were comfortable. John was such a great host. Communication with him was so easy. We will definitely be back!

If you want a place right on the water so you can fish, swim, boat or just relax on the dock by the water, this is it. The fishing was excellent whether from the dock or out in the boat. Our kids swam right from the dock and played on our Lilly pad and John’s all weekend. There is a soft clean bottom right off the bank that made lake access simple and easy. John was very accessible the entire weekend for any needs we might have had. The neighbors were great and very accommodating. We will definitely be back! Thanks, John!

I came at the Lake house with the intention of having the best time with my friends and I sure did. It’s a really great place and you can enjoy indoors as well as outdoors. Just loved it! And the host was wonderful too!

Although the weather was not perfect for our stay, we enjoyed this property immensely. It was outfitted with everything we needed to have a wonderful holiday. We cooked, played games, had a pool tournament, a dart tournament and played endless games of ping-pong. The back yard afforded privacy and room for the kiddos to play football and run. We fished a little from the dock and enjoyed the space. The views were nice for just sitting, and there were different areas for conversation or reading. We will definitely choose this spot again!

The sunrise on the water even greeted me from the master bedroom. The water is just everywhere and so lovely. Host was so accommodating to work with. For our family of four and grandad along too, the two bedrooms and third bedroom with bunk beds was super—beds were great. So much comfortable seating outside on patio, in yard and on dock to sit and enjoy the swimming/boating lake area. Our crew really enjoyed the game room with pool table darts and ping pong. Will come again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The owner was very nice and easy to reach. The house was wonderful, we had plenty to do with the game room and outdoor area. The dock was very nice with three ways to enter the water…which is a huge deal for us! The lake was low so we were able to touch past the end of the dock, it was a very clean area with very little rock or debris. We absolutely loved it and will book again!!

Awesome stay at a great place. Exactly as described. Plenty to do to keep everyone busy regardless of weather or lake level. Quality time on the back porch or a quick nap in the hammock chairs make for a great afternoon. Great view to the open water from the backyard and the 2 recliners in the living room.
Definately on the top of the list for every visit to Cedar Creek.
Also, Milanos Pizza is really good!

Great place and great location. Host was super friendly and attentive. Our only issues were the boat didn't run well and the AC was set to not go below 73. Was a little hot in the bedrooms sleeping. Other than that it was a great stay. Would recommend to friends

Listing was very accurate. Property was clean. Alot of activities for the kids and the game room was awesome. We never could figure out how to use the outdoor shower. And the a/c in the game room wasn't very cool. (Probably we just couldn't figure out how it worked) overall it was an awesome place and I really enjoyed it!!

Very nice house in a great location. We enjoyed the lake view, as well as the games in the “Man Cave”. Communication with the host was excellent. John was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful place for family staycation
We had an amazing time on our staycation. The pictures don't do the house justice. Would love to return. Our 4 year old was sad when we got back home and wanted to return to the star house. Definitely recommend!

This property was more than we had anticipated. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful lake front views. John was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Easy check in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING July 4th Weekend
We had 3 generations of family get together at the wonderful home aging from 4 years old to 70 years old. We shot off fireworks for the 4th and had a perfect view on the top level of the dock to watch the Big firework show and all of the neighbors shoot their fireworks. There was something for everyone to do. The Boys fished everyday from the Dock…Caught a few Bass and Catfish. The kids absolutely loved the swim mat. Water was about 5ft deep with a sandy clean bottom. The covered porch was a great place to get some shade and stay cool with the fans. The outdoor shower was a hit with both the kids and adults. And of course, everyone loved the boat. The space was just what we needed for the 12 of us with plenty of board games and cards. John was an Amazing host. Met us when we checked in, gave us a tour, and checked on us just to make sure we had all we needed. Already planning our next trip here!

We had a family gathering with some of our kids and grandkids and had a wonderful time! The property was well kept, both inside & out. Plenty of room for everyone, the kids enjoyed having their own space with the bunkbeds. The Man Cave was a fun hangout which we also used as a separate bedroom. The extra refrigerator in the man cave helped to store all our drinks since we brought all of our food for the trip. The boat rides were enjoyed by everyone and the boat worked well. We fished off the dock and even caught a few.The back porch was great, plenty of seating. Firepit was nice for our Smore's night. The outdoor shower was great washing off all the kids after they swam. I will have to say that the Floating Mat was the hit of the trip with the kids!! They absolutely loved it. Great family time at the lake
Really enjoyed our stay in John's nice lakefront house. Lots of fun outsides - firepit, grilling, relaxing on the patio. The lake was steps away from the house and easy to float/hang-out in. Floating pad was a great way to cluster people. House was comfortable and accomodated our group of 9. Really liked the dining take - we could easily get 8 around it but feel close together. John was very responsive and helpful...

Great spot!
This was a great spot! The pictures really do not do it justice. The layout of the house is great, with beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed our time out on the dock and the deck. We brought our own boat, which was very convenient to launch at a nearby neighborhood boat ramp. The house dock even had mooring whips to hold our boat in place. We hope to come back here in the future!
