Notre luxueux condo est à seulement un pâté de maisons des ascenseurs de Park City Mountain Resort. Ce condo privé a une atmosphère très chaleureuse qui devrait placer ce condo en haut de votre liste pour vos prochaines vacances! Nous sommes extrêmement proches de quatre ascenseurs différents à Park City Mountain Resort! Notre condo est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée complète de ski, VTT, shopping ou l'une des nombreuses activités qui sont disponibles dans toute la région de Park City. La vue depuis le patio privé est fantastique, avec une vue imprenable sur la station, la ville et la montagne elle-même pour votre réveil le matin. Et bien sûr, un jour après le ski ne serait pas complet sans un bain dans votre propre bain à remous privé.

Il dispose de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bains: Chambre principale avec salle de bain complète et terrasse. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et TV. La dernière chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés queen et sa propre salle de bain. Le condo est situé à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Salt Lake City (30 minutes). 10 couchages dans des lits.
Le salon dispose d'une télévision HD avec lecteur DVD. Il contient un système stéréo avec prise IPod et lecteur CD. C'est aussi une escapade parfaite pour un groupe de couples qui cherchent à s'amuser! Les enfants sont les bienvenus, mais le locataire doit être âgé de plus de 21 ans. Les animaux domestiques et le tabagisme sont interdits, sans exception. Nous pouvons rendre vos vacances à Park City super pour vous! Loved the hot tub after skiing. The owner responded quickly

Overall, a great place to stay. Great location. Skiing was amazing! Walk over to the lifts. End of the day was a little trickier to get back as we had to ski down an ungroomed black run, but we managed :)
Owner was very responsive and quick to fix a few issues (hot tub was not working the first day - low temp, low water - but was fixed within 24 hours). Heating of the unit took a few days to figure out - we were hot! Turned off the heated floor, lowered the thermostat, but still couldn't figure out why the bedrooms were so much warmer. We had to open some windows, but unfortunately the bunk room windows didn't open (very old, need replacement).
The condo could use a proper "House Manual" - we had to figure out a few things ourselves. Also, a few things in the listing are old - there is no stereo or CD player. There is no TV in the queen bedroom. Beds were ok but could use some new pillows/bedding.
The first night, our neighbors upstairs were very loud, very late (about midnight/1am) unfortunately. It was mostly just a lot of footsteps and items being dropped? There's not much that can be done about that but just a heads up that there is a unit above this one.
Also - door code given is for the side door which was confusing. We thought it was the garage door but that is different.
We had everything we needed for cooking and grocery store is very close. Overall, we had a great time at the condo. Thank you.

We enjoyed the apartment. We had some difficulty adjusting the thermostat to be cool enough for us. We would have liked to know how an inexperienced skier could ski in so there was less walking. Skiing out was great. Really liked that all 3 bedrooms had full size or larger beds and a private bath. Also liked that there was enough seating for all of us in the family room. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. We would stay there again but would choose to have our own car with us. There is no shuttle service without a long walk.

We recently stayed at the condo with a total of 8 people. It has the right amount of space to stretch out after a long day on the mountain. It's closeness to the slopes is perfect, closeness to downtown made for lots of fun. We appreciated the hot tub and the beds. Whether it's a family or a group of family/friends, this will suit you well!

The location of this condo cannot be beat -- less than 5 minute walk to silver star lift/rentals/restaurant in one direction or main PCMR Village in the other direction. Condo itself is nicely outfitted and well laid out. The private hot tub is the perfect way to apres ski and so wonderful. There is a condo above this one, so upstairs neighbors can be a little noisy depending on their schedules. Patrick the host was responsive and helpful. Good vibes throughout the condo - it is a wonderful place to stay for a family who loves to ski and spend time together.

Incredible experience that allowed us to avoid having a car at all with a ski-in-ski out location. Very nice unit with anything we could need. Good for group that aren’t sharing beds. Garage code provided was not accurate but otherwise host was very responsive. We were able to leave our bags in the garage after checkout to be able to ski another day.

We had a great family ski vacation to Park City. The house was very clean, close to the slopes and was the perfect size for our family. The living room was very cozy and made for perfect movie-watching at night after a busy day of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room area was great. The hot tub was enjoyed as well!

We have rented this unit before and it is great. We own a unit across the street but when we have the entire family we need more space. So it is perfect and has a hot tub to boot!

We had some issues - lamps not working, toaster broke mid week, outside garage door opener did not work, no lighting in stairway for a few days, fireplace issue finally did get fixed, screen fell out of window in middle of night - but no major problems. The heated floors were a major plus - loved them. Very nice TV and internet service. Not related to condo - the bus system in Park City sucks. They should take a lesson from Steamboat Springs or Crested Butte. Those 2 areas know how to run mass transit for skiers.

This is a very nice condo a short walk away from the Park City Resort base area. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the condo layout worked very well for us, a grandparent, two parents and two children. It was very nice to have access to a garage for our car. The hot tub was a great addition, enjoyed daily by all of us. Patrick, the manager of the property, was quite professional and responded quickly to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Our 6-man crew had a great stay. Proximity to the slopes is awesome, there are plenty of beds for 6, and the unit is well appointed for meals at home. Quiet neighborhood, very close to the Resort Center. Can't wait to go back.

We had a great time at this property! The condo sits right up against the mountain and its a short walk to Park City Mountain parking lot as well as the Silver Star. The second bedroom (queen) doesn't have a bathroom and there isn't a hall bath upstairs, so the guests in that room used the main floor full bathroom and it wasn't a problem. The check-in code was incorrect so it took a bit to get a new code and Patrick was responsive, but after that the stay was perfect (otherwise I would give it a 5)! The area is great for walking and hiking and the main downtown is very close. We used the hot tub every night, which was fun. The family had a great time and the changing aspens were a delight. Thank you Patrick!

This condo was a lot larger than the listing lead us to believe, and was perfect for our group of 6 guys. The hot tub is great, and having 3 bathrooms was also a huge bonus for us. We especially appreciated the indoor fireplace at night, and the easy 5-minute walk to the lift. Thanks for having us and hopefully we'll be back soon!

We had a very nice stay at this property with a group of 6 friends. Its not quite ski in/ski out with a short walk to get to the slopes (and some uphill coming back...) but its nice to not have to rely on shuttles. The unit is nothing fancy but quite comfortable and accommodating. Patrick was awesome with communication always contacting back literally minutes after messaging and helped us out with people arriving/leaving at different times throughout the day.

Our group of 4 had a nice stay at Patrick’s place. I wouldn’t exactly call it a ski in/out property but it’s close to the slopes. It’s a several minute walk down the street which dead ends into the resort. Unfortunately, the trail coming down the mountain to that point was closed so we had to walk back up the mountain to get back.
Overall, the condo was comfortable for the four of us. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Cozy condo for nice family stay. The bunk beds were great for the kids. Hot tub was perfect temperature and easy to use. Getting in and out was a breeze.
Cookware and plates were a little "worn" but should be expected for something that gets used this much. Not the condo's fault but there is another unit above us and those renters were pretty loud and were getting in late in the evenings. It is a little tricky to find the "ski in / ski out" and little far to walk for my father-in-law. Probably faster to just drive to Park City if you get there early enough. Overall great experience.

it is a decent property but we were disappointed with the tv 's in the bedrooms were all disconnected from cable and any stations and only one was working, the manager did not know why owner had done that. We found the shuttle to be quite a walk with skis poles etc and did not love location as it seems great on map but a little difficult in person. The place was clean and manager was attentive just not a location we preferred , deer valley skiing was more our taste so probably stay closer to there next trip!

Stayed here with three buddies for a long ski weekend. There’s a lot to like about this place: terrific location (walk to the slopes), hot tub is nice, updated bathrooms and kitchen. Bedrooms and furniture in living room could use some updating. We’d definitely come back.
