Summer Magic est à quelques pas de la plage, du parc, des courts de tennis, de la piscine, de la chapelle et du centre-ville de Carillon. This was our second time staying at this house. It is such a perfect beach house for our family of four—so clean, great proximity to the beach walkover, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including fun family games and puzzles. This property deserves more than 5 stars! This house is impeccable. The whole house was clean, had a stocked kitchen of utensils, cutting boards, and containers, and the beds were comfortable and bath towels soft. They even provided pool towels that were thick. The house is a quick 1 min walk to a beach walkover and a couple minute walk to all the pools. I hope this review doesn’t jinx us in not being able to book the house again because it becomes so popular! We will definitely stay here again!

Summer Magic is a beautifully decorated and super functional beach home with a fantastic layout ! We loved the location as well since it is a short walk to the bell tower, basketball court/pool as well as to the beach. The living area has more than enough room for a large family to watch a movie and the kitchen comfortably seats a large family as well. The kitchen is fully stocked. Everything you would need including a blender, muffin pan, 2 types of coffee makers, croc pot, 4 slot toaster… it has it all! The beds are very comfortable with beautiful linens. We loved the thoughtfulness of monogrammed beach towels and so many board games. Summer Magic is impeccably clean! We can’t wait to book for next year!!

We have stayed in carillon several times and really love this community for a beach trip with our young children. The property is beautiful, as described, pictures are up to date, very clean. The price is on par for the condition and attention to detail of the home. The paper products, cleaning supplies, and beach towels were more than adequate for our week stay.
I personally loved the house was not filled with random condiments, oils, butters, etc, that you sometimes find in vacation rentals. Some people may miss this, but it’s hard to know what’s cleaned and how pervious users have kept those things germ free.
We really appreciated the check out process, it didn’t feel as though we were being asked to clean the entire house while also paying a cleaning fee.
The beach chairs closer to the water were a nice touch. We enjoyed them much more than the bulky lounges farther from the water.
We would love to come back to this property. 10/10

Charming and Clean
This was the perfect home for us. We loved how charming and clean it was! We enjoyed sitting outside on the screened-in porch. The location was perfect, so close to the beautiful beach! We also loved having the beach chairs waiting for us every day that came with the house. The house was immaculate and felt brand new. The owners thought of everything. And, the beds were super cozy. Beautiful home, most comfortable stay!
I’ve been inside lots of homes in Carillon and this might be the nicest. It’s small, but spacious; beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. The kitchen is an absolute dream. The bathrooms are gorgeous and have plenty of storage. The linens are luxurious. And the location is fantastic- so easy to hop down to the beach, pool, or downtown area. 10/10 highly recommend!

The house was very pretty, clean, organized, and well stocked. Great screened in front porch. Super fun to be outdoors without having to be concerned with the bugs. This was our first stay at Summer Magic, and will be keeping this home in mind for a future trip.

Dreamy beach vacation
Our spring break stay at Summer Magic exceeded all expectations!
The house was spotless and impeccably organized with all the essentials. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals.
Summer Magic is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family of 6 (including children ages 5 and 7). From board games to a selection of dvds, the house was prepared for a rainy day, but luckily the weather was perfect the week we were there.
The kids loved the bunk room. The mattresses in all the bedrooms were so comfortable that we inquired about the brand afterwards.
Courtney’s thorough communication greatly helped with our planning efforts.
Summer Magic is a few minutes walk from the beach and heated pool. We really enjoyed the 4 beach chairs and umbrellas that were included.
Carillon Beach is a special retreat from the hustle and bustle of neighboring areas. We hope to return to Summer Magic again soon.

Picture Perfect!
Summer Magic is absolutely stunning! From the beautiful screened in front porch, to the open kitchen and living space, calm and serene bedrooms, 3 large spa like showers, all the way to the inviting twinkle light backyard! It truly feels like a home away from home! Courtney has thought of everything. As a mom of 3 I so appreciated the sound machines and nightlights in all the bedrooms, along with an extra for the hallway. The movies, games, and toys were so much fun to use and enjoy as a family! Everything is clean, neat, and tidy and has it own place (almost everything is labeled which was so helpful when putting things back or turning on the correct light switches). The location is perfect - it's a quick walk to the heated pool by the tennis courts and its even a quicker walk to the beach. We loved the lounge chairs and umbrellas. Be sure to go down for the sunrise and sunset it is breathtaking! Courtney was responsive and helpful during the whole process. We made so many wonderful memories during this trip, it truly was picture perfect! My kids were begging to come back even before we ended the trip! We could not be more happy with our stay at Summer Magic and really hope to come back in the future! Thank you Courtney!

Our time at Summer Magic was perfect from start to finish! Courtney was amazing to work with and is super responsive-- she's a top notch host for sure! The house is in pristine condition and feels like you're staying at a friend's beach house instead of just another rental property. The decor and furnishings are all top notch! The house is super clean! The exterior is well maintained and manicured. Such an easy walk to the beach with no worries about traffic. Community is great for quiet morning walks or runs. I can't say enough great things.. we can't wait to go back! We love Carillon.. it's a hidden gem away from the 30a busyness! The bells, The Meeting Room... so many beautiful spots you wouldn't find at other spots. We can't wait to go back!

The Perfect Beach House
Summer Magic is such awesome beach home! We’ve vacationed at Carillon Beach for 26 years. Summer Magic is the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in. The furnishings are new and decor is beautiful. The mattresses are so comfy. High end EVERYTHING!!! The kitchen is well stocked with quality dishes and quality cookware. The screened in porch was a favorite. The owner is wonderful to work with. We can’t say enough about this home. We can’t wait to return.

Summer Magic is wonderful! We have visited Florida many times, but this was our favorite place we've stayed. Easy walk to quiet beach. Nothing short of magic!
We loved our time at Summer Magic! The listing and photos don't do this house—or Carillon Beach—justice. It's beautifully decorated, and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. It's so hard to believe that this neighborhood is tucked between 30A and Panama City Beach—it's so quiet. We rented a golf cart and bikes, but the house is so centrally located to the town square, the heated pool/tennis court and the beach walkover that we could easily have done without either. A few things to note: It is BYO beach toys. The WiFi was powerful all throughout the house. The bunk room was a huge hit with our kids.

Excellent Beach Home
This home met all our expectations. Wonderful location, facilities, and experience. Home is beautifully decorated and fully stocked for at home cooking. Close by heated pool and short walk to the beach. The bikes were a sure plus for the kids. Christmas tree lighting was a plus. We hope to visit again next year.

Wonderful, Clean, and Comfortable Home
We had a wonderful time during our first trip to Carillon Beach and the Summer Magic house was so enjoyable to stay in. Our group included my parents, my husband and our 3 children (7, 6, and 4 years old).
Communication with the owner, property manager and housekeeper was seamless. Booking, check-in and check-out processes were easy and well thought out.
The house itself was wonderful. Everything was in beautiful condition and felt like we were staying in a friend’a home rather than just a beach rental.
The kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware and appliances. I can be very picky when it comes to cleanliness and the house was very clean when we arrived. The linens and bedsheets are all white and the beds very comfortable!
We had brought all of our own beach gear and bikes, but the shed is well stocked with tennis rackets, a basketball, bikes and all the beach gear you would need.
The house was a quick walk to the beach (walkover 2), the pool and tennis courts. We also enjoyed hearing the bells from the bell tower which was also nearby.

Our stay at Summer Magic was wonderful. Courtney was a great communicator throughout the process. We love Carillon and typically stay in a home with an ocean view but we didn’t miss it. Summer Magic is convenient to both the beach and the main pool- great location. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great experience and wonderful memories made!
