We stayed here for a week. The apartment was very clean, had all the basics we needed. A lovely view, and was a short drive into downtown Juneau. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Juneau again, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location out of town, but still close. You can see more eagles out the living room window than at eagle beach. Close to the dipac hatchery which was cool to visit. And lots of awesome trails near by. Owners were frendly. We would definately stay here again.

This second floor apartment has everything you need. It has a comfortable bed, a beautiful view and wonderful property managers. The kitchen ballast went out and a time was scheduled immediately to get it fixed! I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Juneau.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Merigwen’s accessory apartment. The views across the channel were so lovely and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the eagles and shorebirds fish in the tide flats from our livingroom window. The place was even more spacious than we imagined, especially with the bonus attic. My teens LOVED having that level as their own private refuge! The full kitchen made it easy for us to cook our own meals, sparing us from having to deal with the constant onslaught of cruise ship passengers downtown. We rented a car, which is an absolute necessity for staying so far out the road on Douglas Island. The payoff is that this area is not touristy at all. You’re living among the locals. We really enjoyed that part of it - it feels like the real deal. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Very grateful and satisfied with my stay here. Scenic location. The host responded quickly to things and thought of everything. Even bear spray! Which we are grateful to not have used ;). I highly recommend staying here. You can hear the eagles and see across the waters.

The studio was clean and cozy. The hot water was awesome and the view was impressive. Our granddaughter loved the upstairs room! Her own little nest. The stairs were a little problematic given we had luggage and carrying up our groceries. We're not in our twenties anymore, but fortunately, we can get around well given our age. Over all we were very satisfied.

Check in was a breeze, the place had the necessities, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Host came by to check on us, nice host!

We were glad to have a car because of the distance from downtown. Excellent views onto the water and hosts promptly answered questions for us. I would stay here again!

Beautiful view. There was nowhere to sit outside to view the water but this was OK as we spent all our time exploring the gorgeous area.

Beautiful views, very quiet. Hosts were great. Kitchen very well equipped.

We enjoyed ourselves. The views are beautiful. Eagles right out the windows of the bay. Parking was easy. Laundry was most excellent! Good hot water and easy use kitchen. The teens djs sleep in the loft on the carpet with pillows and blankets and they liked it just fine.

The place was clean, attractive and comfortable. On inside. Hosts were most accommodating. Because of airline changing tickets and covid we had to revise our stay twice and in fact ended up staying only one night (paid for three when originally planned five nights). Hosts were helpful and understanding. They were highly responsive to requests for chairs to sit outside. With a bit of work, the outside could be more comfortable for guests. Little shade. Also we are healthy seniors so stairs to apartment not a problem for us but could be for others. The location is unique on Gastineau channel without homes or lights in the view across the channel.

We loved our stay here! It was a perfect fit for our family. The couch bed worked great for our 4 year old (although I’m not sure more than one adult or two kids could fit on it) and there was room for a packnplay for our 2 year old. The apartment was so clean, smelled great and check in was easy. Merigwen worked with us to check in a little early so our kids could take a nap after a long over night ferry ride, which was much appreciated! Her communication was great and she was quick to help us when we needed anything. We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 nights, the kids were comfortable on the pullout sofa, my husband and I were comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family and the home was clean and cozy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute little apartment. Kids could play upstairs in the loft while we prepared meals and/or tidied up. We were surprised to find some great hiking trails nearby along with a nice sandy beach/park (not walking distance mind you). We definitely would stay here again should our travels bring us back to Juneau!

Overall, excellent accommodation

The hosts were accommodative and fulfilled our requests for more pillows and toilet paper. We never saw them, however, and wouldn’t recommend the fold out sofa in the living room.

Super clean and cozy!

This is a nice, clean apartment in a family own building. It has a magnificent view on the bay and mountains above Juneau. Location of the house is on Douglas Island, so it will requite 10-15 minute drive from downtown.

We really enjoyed the apartment and the bed was comfortable. The only wish list we had was for another blanket for TV evenings on the couch. Highly recommend the property. Thank you!

I really loved staying here for a couple nights! The view was lovely- at any time I could look out and see dozens of eagles on the mud flats. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless and very comfortable, with plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking at home!

Absolutely perfect place to stay for my friend and I while visiting Juneau for 4 days. The windows look out towards the channel and when we first arrived we saw a bald eagle hanging out on the shore. Very clean and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were very nice to have too. We hope to come back for a longer trip one day!
