Nouvelle fonctionnalité: GARAGE CHAUFFÉ! Récemment rénové une maison de deux chambres et deux salles de bain dans la vieille ville de Carmel, dans le Indiana. Cette maison dispose d’un petit étang à l’arrière, d’un garage et d’un parking extérieur, de deux chambres séparées avec ventilateurs de plafond et de grands lits. cuisine et buanderie entièrement équipée. Espace de vie ouvert avec une télévision intelligente de 52 pouces (la photo montre la télévision précédente plus petite), un lecteur de DVD et de magnétoscope, ainsi qu'une télévision plus petite pouvant être utilisée n'importe où dans la maison, une télévision gratuite avec NETFLIX, AMAZON et Internet sans fil. Peut accueillir quatre personnes confortablement. Deux personnes supplémentaires peuvent être hébergées en dormant sur le canapé ou le matelas gonflable queen fourni. This was a very nice property. The home was clean and well-organized. There were clear instructions for anything that needed them. The hosts were prompt, friendly, and responsive. The location was convenient to our weekend activities!

My family has stayed at several VRBO’s all over. This is one of the best! Great communication with the owners! The location was perfect…nice, quiet neighborhood. The pond actually had fish in it! The beds, and pillows are very comfortable. The house is stocked with all the necessities…including some extras! I highly recommend this rental, and would absolutely stay here again, if ever in the area again!

The house is well kept with spacious bedrooms and a nice primary bathroom. The house had everything we needed for our stay, including a washer/dryer which was so helpful. We also appreciated having coffee available on our first morning. The deck out back was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks while looking out at the pond. We walked most places as you can get to many restaurants within a mile or less. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our hosts provided us all the information we needed which made checking in and out effortless. The communication with the hosts was quick and responsive. We would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the area.

The best of Downtown Carmel. Walkable to dining, Monon, cultural events. Quiet neighborhood, immaculate property, and superb hosts. They thought of everything and the deck is an added bonus. I will be back.

The house is clean and very conveniently located for visiting in Carmel. The neighborhood is quiet but very close to the city center. The owners are excellent at communication and managing the property.

Very nice house with a very responsive host.We enjoyed the deck, pond and grill on eclipse day which turned out to be perfect. Three of us stayed in the 2 bedroom house and another drove in from Kentucky to share eclipse day fun. Kitchen cabinet and pantry well stocked and the Keurig coffee maker a bonus. Neighborhood was quiet so we were able to enjoy the event in private beautiful surroundings. A bottle of wine and snacks awaited us which we enjoyed. The roundabouts were a little hair-raising for out of town folks but the destination well worth it.

Perfect location for overnight stay. We were in town for a baseball tourney. Everything was great. Boys loved the pond and tried fishing multiple times. Very quiet clean community with plenty of things to do.

The property was very close to get on the trail which was specifically identified. And it was only a few steps away from the house. Very convenient to get on the trail. The house was well maintained and we were very impressed for the detail the host did to make our stay memorable. The extra water in the refrigerator plus some other snacks and beverages was a wonderful surprise. The kitchen had everything a guest needs to prepare their own meals. We only ate breakfast in the home so we did not use any pans etc, but the kitchen was fully stocked. The towels in the bathroom were Yummy, very soft and think. And the home was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved our stay and if our plans ever bring us back to the Carmel Indiana area, we certainly will reach out to the host. We have a saying when we travel which is, if we really like the place, we say "we could live here". And we said that about this place.

Nice house with plenty of space for two. We did have a little problem with the Kriskindle Market traffic the first couple of nights, but it was within walking distance. We would stay there again.

This house is very cute! It is well maintained and clean. Walking distance to the City Center and arts district! Location is perfect for our annual trip to Carmel. I rebooked the last day of our stay! One thing though, no pillow protectors! So gross!! I actually removed a pillow case from a pillow I wasn’t using so I could double the pillow case! The thought that people’s germs, drool, etc are getting on the pillows totally grosses me out! I put pillow protectors on my guest room pillows. Also a little surprised that we had to pull the bedding?! There’s a cleaning fee which should more than cover the cleaning people pulling the bedding. I’m scheduled for shoulder surgery in a month so pulling the bedding was very painful!. Other than those 2 things it was great!

Really enjoyed staying in this well-appointed, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with a nice kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, garage, and back yard. The hosts are very thoughtful and provided everything we needed for our 6 day stay. Such a comfort to arrive here after a stressful day of travel. Many thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay here. My son attended physical therapy in Carmel for a week and this was the perfect location. Close to everything! Large bedrooms and a nice view from the living room.

Great little place with a short walk to the heart of Carmel. John is such a great host and has seriously thought of it all to make his place feel like home for his guests. The house was very clean. We enjoyed cooking and using the grill to feed our daughter and her college friends a good home cooked meal.

You could not asked for a more convenient area. My issue was with the cleanliness of the pots, pans and silverware. They need to be replaced. Also, I just guess that I'm spoiled, you should have coffee and tea available (hotels do) to your guests at all time. Leave some foil, plastic wrap and other kitchen disposal items for people to use. A TV in second room is a must and not old radios. The temperature in the second bedroom was Very warm. You meed to put a ceiling in the main area to move the cool air around.

So nice after a long drive to arrive to a clean, comfortable place with a bottle of wine. It's a split bedroom, so each room is very private, one with en suite bathroom, the other with the bathroom right outside the door. Open living area is small but has everything you need. It's like being in a hotel suite but with no noisy neighbors, and you can drive right into an attached garage. Great food nearby. My husband said the grill needed cleaning but everything else was great!

I returned to visit Carmel, my hometown! I chose this Vrbo home because it is centrally located and features a lovely deck on a peaceful small pond where My daughter and I enjoyed dining on carry-out food. The landscaping was lush and comforting. The house is supplied with anything we could possibly need -from an ample supply of towels to a toaster and coffee maker. We appreciated the full-size refrigerator along with washer and dryer. The house is a home away from home!

We were in the area attending a weekend concert at the Ruoff center in Nobelsville and didn’t want to pay upcharged hotel fees. We found this listing and it was perfect, about a 20 minute drive from the venue. The property was clean and had all the essentials needed for a quick trip. Host had great communication and provided plenty of information regarding the property.

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament. The house was extremely comfortable for our family of four, and the owners worked with us when our arrival was delayed. Carmel is a beautiful town, and this house was close to everything. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in town.

We really were happy with the rental home. Well equipped clean and comfortable home. Nice bedding, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. We did not cook but kitchen was well equipped with what you would need. They even supplied coffee, creamer, and condiments. Comfortable living room furniture and a nice deck out back of the home. Loved the fact that it had 2 full baths in the home. Quiet neighborhood which is close to the Monon trail and Carmel. I don't care much for Roku TV and the fact that the sound did not match the picture made it impossible to watch TV. Garage and driveway parking which was nice. Overall a great place to stay when in the area.

We needed an overnight stay due to a basketball tournament. It was quick & easy to get in & out of. Close by to many great restaurants. Keeping this one on our list as a repeat visit for future.
